I looked up places, literally sorted by distance, called and left a message and moved on to the next one on the list. By the time I was finished talking to the next option I already got a call back. Told him a little about what was happening and told him I was going to work on getting a tow. Your results may vary, but from my experience, anything related to car repair as a woman who knows nothing about cars can be really stressful. I don't know enough to discern if they're telling me the right thing or taking advantage. They showed me the codes. Asked if I knew how certain things worked. Literally explained to me in a way that I could actually understand what was wrong with my car and what they needed to do to fix it. AMAZING!!! I dropped it off in the afternoon and picked it up, running just fine, mid-day the very next day. Absolutely honest, kind, and reasonably priced work. You'll be my go-to place now! Its been a year now and I have been snoozing writing a review for Jason. There is no way I could…read morejust not write a review. Read on... We were moving from the midwest to CA and on the first day of our 4-day trip our first night would have been in Albuquerque. However, 75 miles outside of Oklahoma city there was a loud noise coming from under the car that was louder at higher speeds (2018 Honda CRV). We stopped by the side of the highway but could not find anything (at that time). I quickly looked up auto care and saw so many great reviews for Jason. And he was open for 24 hours - how can you beat that esp on the road. He answered right away and told us he would come to us once we got to OK city - he had a few pit stops that night but was so happy to help. We got to OK city much later than expected as we could only drive 35-40mph so that the noise was not as loud. he advised for us to get a hotel that night and come first thing in the morning. Marriott was nice too they cancelled our ABQ reservation and we got a room at a OK city Marriott. Before we got to the hotel we were able to see what had happened to the car. I called him at least 4-5 times that day to give him updates, send him photographs of the issue. He came to our hotel early the next morning (with his dog) - fixed the issue (without any new parts). A truly godsend - we the issue never came back. He has every tool, diagnostic check, his car is like an auto care place. He only asked for his regular on-call rate. He is an honest man and a god send! We need more people like him who care and are there to help. For the past 3 years, I have had a dash lights issue for the honda crv..honda stated it was an issue with the fuel injection and it needed to be replaced (the car was newer back then). It would come and go - but in the last 8 months it has stayed on. When we met Jason it was off (how sad). We've been to a few places to see if we could get it fixed..no luck unless you spend a lot of $$. We always remember Jason and tell ourselves that we should plan a road trip to OK city and see Jason and see if he can help. Jason - we wish you the best and please continue to help those helpless people like us who just need a helping hand and with you they (their car's and wallet's are in good hands). - God bless you.

In my search for a new car I would take the cars to them and they would give me their honest opinion. I later took in my Nissan Altima because it had the check oil light on after I had my oil changed at a chain. Turned out to be the cap was loose after having that "checked" at the chain I went to (they didn't charge me for their time). I've gone many times to have them check my car before road trips and they have never tried to get me to fix something unnecessarily or they give me a timeline of when I should get something fixed. When my tires were past due to change, they ordered the tires at a discount for me and told me who I should take the tires to to have them installed (again free of charge besides the little kickback he probably got from ordering the tires). If you haven't already guessed. I trust these guys with all my car needs. I could have easily been swindled seeing as my car knowledge is 0. These guys are the best!!
