The service was nice. The people gave us dates and rooufza because they knew we were fasting. A nice added touch that was much appreciated. We ordered 6 piece wings which came out hot and tender. The waiter mentioned it would be a 20-30 minute wait. Which we were prepared for based on reviews. I did not particularly like the mango chilli sauce we picked, so I would recommend another sauce. We also ordered the chicken panini sandwich. that was actually pretty delicious. Good amount of sauce and again chicken was tender. Did I mention it was halal! How can you deny that? read more

I was excited to try this spot, I am always looking forward to new chicken spots.. however, the experience here was disappointing. I got to the counter to order and I wish the young kid helping could've been more helpful with explaining the process. I ordered the half a chicken and he immediately asked what sauce I wanted to get. I asked how the process works bc this was my first time here.. he proceeded to tell me that I get to chose one sauce for the chicken. I didn't know if this was a dipping sauce, or marinade, unsure. I asked if I could get multiple, he said it is only one. I ordered my food and waited and waited and waited for 35mins until I asked how much longer would it be, there was only one other table and they received their food and finished all while I was there. They smiled and said "one more min, I am waiting on the sauce" then a few mins later I get my chicken.. total of 40 mins. Chicken flavor was alright, presentation is absolutely not the best. Chicken has a couple of grill marks but just seems precooked/boiled before grilling it. I chose herb and garlic sauce and tastes a bit like Italian dressing drizzled all over the chicken. This was their soft launch, maybe I'll give it another shot once they have their full menu and iron out any kinks. read more

I stumbled upon this hidden gem on the Too Goo To Go app. Upon entering we were greeted by a young man at the ordering counter, he was very friendly and welcoming. We picked up our bag which contained a leg quarter on a bed of rice. We decided to order some additional items to go along the chicken. We ordered the peri peri chicken (grilled chicken skews marinated in your choice of sauce- we chose hot), & falafel plate (falafels are drizzled in your choice sauce- we chose medium). While waiting for our additional items we decided to eat in & started on our surprise bag order. I was pleasantly surprised with the chicken it is a unique marinade and very tasty. Their rice pairs up with any of the sauces well too. Just a heads up be prepared for a brief wait as they cook your chicken fresh so turn around time from ordering is about 15-20minutes. My additional items equally as tasty with reasonably priced portions. The young man at the counter allowed us to sample one of their dessert items- galub jamun which was also delicious. We will definitely be back as it is worth the drive from the northeast side. I highly recommend if you are in the area of the Rim definitely don't pass up the opportunity to try them out, you will not be disappointed. read more

First off the food was amazing. I called in an order for pick up and went off their recommendations, whole chicken in their medium sauce. The young man at the counter was very polite and walked me and let me sample all the sauces. Took it home and it was outstanding flavor. Whole family loved it. I don't understand the negative reviews about the wait. This is grilled chicken. Made FRESH. They don't make it before hand and let it sit under a warm light like some places. I watched them cook my chicken on the grill. Anyone who knows how to grill chicken knows it's can't be rushed, 30 min minumum. Call ahead or just sit and expect to wait, it's worth it. We also had the fries with sat which were perfectly crispy with great flavor. Will definitely be coming back. read more

Don't go in here unless you're dying for food swimming in mayonnaise and terrible service. Also plan to show up an hour before you want to eat when its empty. I'm guessing longer if there are people inside. Out of the four things we ordered only the French fries were correct, we were over charged, and the food took over an hour when the restaurant was empty. Also, the restaurants online descriptions are really lacking. I called in an order for my fiancé and I at about 6:45pm on a Wednesday. I ordered a pita wrap with lemon and herb sauce. The description on the website said this came with chicken, tomato, lettuce, & onion plus you choose your sauce. Not only did I get a pita that didn't have lemon and her sauce, but it was swimming in some sort of mayo based hot sauce. I couldn't taste anything besides the sauce and it was completely soggy. Like wetter than chicken salad that has too much sauce. Next, I ordered the potato fritter with the chili mango dipping sauce. They forgot the dipping sauce, and there's a lot more than potato in the fritter. The crispness was great but honestly not having the sauce was a huge miss. For my fiancé, I ordered the ciabatta spicy chicken sandwich described on the website as chicken tenders with inferno sauce on a grilled ciabatta bun. At first I asked for the inferno sauce on the side, and then I asked the person to tell me if there were anything else on the sandwich besides chicken. The man proceeded to list TWO other sauces and onions and tomato. I asked for all the sauces on the side. Whenever either of us get fried chicken sandwiches to-go we do sauce on the side so it stays crispy. They guy on the phone asked me to confirm that three times like he couldn't fathom the idea of sauce on the side. Of course the sandwich was also swimming when recieved, and there were a lot of other things besides onion and tomato. Why you'd need three sauces on a sandwich is baffling in the first place. Lastly I ordered a side of fries which were really delicious. Loved the seasoning there. They had told me the order would be ready by 7:30. 45 minutes seems long, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They were probably busy and it's not fast food. My fiancé walked in at 7:22 to a completely empty restaurant except for the three staff members. Only two other people came in to pick up food while he waited until 7:55 to recieve our food. He said when he asked about our order, he was told they were working on it and they were very busy. Upon inspecting his food, he asked them to take his sandwich away and remove it from the bill because he didn't want to wait another 50 minutes for them to remake it. He ended up picking up fast food. It's also worth noting that my fiancé got agitated with them when the food was taking so long and the staff just kept saying "sorry sir" but in a way that was clear they just wanted him to shut up and didn't want to hear his frustrations or fix anything. Oh and lastly they added some kind of rice to the order that my fiancé didn't realize I didn't order. It had a very strange sweet flavor, and we were charged for that. read more

Tried this place out for the first time with a pick up order and it was such a delightful surprise! They made the food right when we got there so it'd be fresh and hot. This place is absolutely worth a visit! It almost appears like a hole-in-the-wall restaurant but it is a new place that is incredibly clean and the workers are super friendly and they want you to enjoy yourself. I've been here twice and both times I ordered the chicken tender plate. Tge chicken is super moist with a slight char on the outside which is great. I highly recommend the inferno sauce if you love spicy. If you don't like spicy as much, the medium and mango chili sauces are also amazing. The sauces are filled with a ton of flavor. read more
