They added things that I was not aware of. I had to call my insurance and find out what they tried to put through. Yet didn't add the right information for the reason I need dental care . You can't get through to the office, when you finally do, they immediately but you on hold for 20 minutes or more. The girl that answers the phone is extremely dismissive, rude and never follows through on what she promises. She doesn't care about the patients that need immediate answers. She promised to call back and update me, same day, she never followed through, so I called back days later, only for her to dismiss me once again, She told me she was going discuss with the doctor, my concerns and she never did. Most unprofessional Dental office I've ever experienced. So disappointed with Gentle Dental in Perris! The dentist and staff need an huge professional upgrade. Question everything!

I was being charged for a procedure I never had done, and I was gaslighted when I asked for any bill, break down of the cost, or even explanation over the amount I originally owed. Each email contained a different person responding with a different amount, and then the only document they had on file with my signature was from over 2 years ago, for a bill I had already paid. I was left on hold for over 45 minutes, and once the staff member got back to me, she would repeatedly state that her computer closed the tab on my account and she needed to go back in and open it, which resulted in another 10 minutes of being on hold each time! It seemed intentionally designed to get me to hang up. I usually disregard online reviews as a place for extreme opinions, but this was honestly absurd. If I had not stood my ground, I would be paying over 5k for a procedure I never had done, or needed had I not been paying attention. Stay away!
