Perry's was a savior during our overnight flight delay. It's open 24 hrs and the staff was more than accommodating. Both quality and quantity of food was above average. Loved the hash browns and pancakes. I'd avoid the bathrooms though, unless you are desperate. read more

Typical greasy spoon. Service could be a little better. It's main selling point is that it is open 24/7. I'd much much much rather go to Perry's than Denny's or Waffle House at 3am ;) However, there are better cafes on the south side and there are definitely a lot worse. read more

My close friend and I come here often and it is so good. The night cook seems to be better with the breakfast food and the mozzarella stick are amazing with honey mustard. Sandwiches can be a little dry so be sure to request extra sauce. Their fries are awesome as well. The interior is a bit older but overall this place is wonderful. I can't imagine why all the ratings aren't 5 star. The food was the best I've had in a long time. Service was great. We were a bit concerned about a possible wait because the place was packed at 9:00 am. No need to worry, seating was immediate, service was excellent and the food was out of this world. There is a blonde chick there that discriminates, twice now she has refused to serve us passing us to someone else for no apparent reason. As soon as she sees us come in she starts making gestures for someone else to take us. I don't know what her problem is but it's down right rude. We have never said or done anything to her.The only reason we will go in there now is when Michelle is in there cause she treats people with respect and always has a smile on her face no matter what she is dealing with. read more

Service is terrible. Our waitress never smiled at us and treated my boyfriend and me like we were unimportant. The food was fine, nothing to write home about though. The women's restroom was nasty and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in days. Everyone, customers included, looked miserable. We have always loved this place, the food is great but, when we went last week the waitress was so rude & didn't take very good care of us. I voiced that when I paid and didn't leave a tip, I always leave a tip, she was so rude though I just felt like she didn't deserve it at all. I agree that this place is great. Let's just start with the word unlimited. Unlimited crackers galore, unlimited coffee refills, and tons of salad dressing makes this place the place to be amongst friends. When I walked in, I felt like I was amongst people alike me, so it felt extra like home, especially because I'm so far away right now. Downsides: no pets allowed so I had to leave her in the car, but fed her with some of the crackers I got at dinner. Two (cracker) crumbs up LOL! read more

Little home town diner feel. Service is always hit or miss. Either incredibly service where you feel like family and the staff makes you feel welcome/taken care of, OR get treated like they do not want you there or have the time to take your order. I want to give this place no stars at all. It was absolutely horrible food and not that great of service. When we walked in it had a very overpowering weird smell it was gross it smelled like bug spray , but we tried to ignore it because it was kind of late and we were hungry. We told the lady our order and she couldn't even get it right we tried to order a chef salad and she couldn't even get that right the chef salad said on the menu that it had ham and turkey and all we ask her to leave off was the boiled eggs and she asked us over and over if we wanted ham we kept telling her over and over that we wanted both meats but no eggs and she still wrote on the ticket no ham and brought it with the eggs so we had to have her take it back and make it new. My husband had the Belgian waffles which were not that great and he said the ham slice was not good either tasted like cheap meat. The kids had the kids hamburgers and they said they were ok. I ordered the chicken fried chicken the chicken was good but my potatoes were cold when they brought it and the corn was the most unappetizing non flavorful crap I have ever had I even poured a ton of salt in it and butter and it still didn't work. And the Diet Coke was so gross there was something not good about it. My husband couldn't even drink it. We also paid almost 60 dollars for a breakfast place that was so gross. We honestly had every right to walk out on the bill but we didn't. Just know that we will never go again and we wouldn't recommend anybody else to go there either. And I honestly believe that the reviews that are good reviews are from people that go late at night and are drunk before they come in. read more
