Got there at a busy busy time and they told us it would be an hour but we had our drinks immediately and food only took 20 minutes - so very efficient! Love this place. Cool vibe. Art on all the walls. Food and pastries never disappoint. This Wilson location is bigger and accommodates more patrons. There's also more to choose from on the menu. The Jackson location is also great food and pastries, just cramped and super crowded so it's hard to find seating, but that's because the food is so good. Everything here is homemade from the jelly, bread, cream sauces. The coffee is amazing and the eclectic atmosphere is like the neighborhood coffee shop that it is. Ever barista there is friendly. Your breakfast is custom made. We ate here twice during our stay. Amazing. read more

Worst location. No parking, nowhere to stand inside and the staff are not friendly. It took 30 minutes to have a latte come out. Everybody acts like you're a cancer. I'm sorry for existing and flying into your precious town and dropping major $$$. I guess that bothers people. read more

Such a cute little Bakery with so much to offer . This was our first stop on our visit to Jackson hole and it really set us up with high expectations for the rest of the trip .Walking in, the first thing you notice is the ambiance, its very tastefully done in delicate colors and has a very French/European vibe . The indoor seating is limited but there is a patio outside with ample seats . The whole place has a very elegant yet chic vibe .We were a big group so it naturally took them some time to get our order . We bought a lot of baked goodies from the shelves along with our order and headed out to sit on one of the outdoor tables . The Kouign -Amann and the croissants were flaky ,fresh and extremely delicious . we also had cookies and other warm beverages in the meanwhile we waited for our food . The sandwiches all had baguette as the base and came with a packet of chips . The French toast was also a big portion and comes with berries . Over all the food was good but the bakery products were the show stealer for us. The service was not very fast but I would attribute that to the lunch hour rush , they also missed a few of our beverage orders but fixed that right up ,once we reminded them . Parking is readily available on the street but might depend on the time of the day as well . Overall I would highly recommend them if you are in the city . read more

Persephone is always a safe choice. When I want to get out of town and avoid the crowd the Broadway location can bring, I drive over to Westbank. With the weather cooling off, it's nice to have a spot I can get a cozy green tea. I don't mind how chic the aesthetic is either! read more

First of all, it's ridiculously cute inside. I'd love it if my house could look a fraction that good. Second, Ina Garten is a fan. You can't go wrong. We biked from the village and treated ourselves to nutella banana bread. It's soooo scrumptious and moist. There's a nice thin layer of frosting, but it doesn't make the bread overly sweet. We came back with my mom to get lunch. The portions are small and prices are high, but it's Jackson Hole. I got mushroom toast because shrooms are a big deal in this area. It was good, but I could have used more. My mom and husband enjoyed their meals as well. We snacked on an average chocolate croissant and fantastic kouign-amann. And of course, we took home a slice of nutella bread to go. read more

Stopped by here out of the blue for a coffee run and was thrilled with the over all experience. We ordered an ice americano, a mini pumpkin pie, cinnamon brioche and a chocolate filled croissant. First off, I love the interior. We need to come back and try breakfast in here. Since we were only grab and go, I just appreciated the atmosphere and the friendly staff. While all of the treats were great, the mini pumpkin pie was my favorite. The crust was dense and buttery, the pumpkin filling was spiced perfectly. The perfectly shaped whipped cream topped with the candied pecan balanced the whole treat out nicely. Go here. You won't regret it! read more

Came here early morning for coffees. The baristas were very cold and unwelcoming. All the ladies were basically rude. I tried to smile at them and engage them but got nothing in return. We where so excited to try Persephone because of the great reviews ( and they are apparently recommended by notable chefs ) first things first expect a long line, they open at 7am we arrived at about 10 past and the line was already out the door. Also they tend to run out of pastry's early in the day so u have to go early. We ordered a savory & a chocolate croissant , an herbed omelette and a scone gravy dish. While the omelette was PERFECT the pastry's where sadly disappointing. We didn't even finish either croissant ( and I'm Obsessed with croissants) the coffee was good, nothing exited me there, they offered a honey lavender latte special which was good. Overall I'd rather a pastry from Starbucks then here.... BUT like I said , the eggs where perfection. Also the ambiance is cute and there are a lot of outdoor seating options and a fire pit. Had a delicious breakfast overlooking the Tetons! We did carry out and then drove to a nice lookout. Had a cup of coffee (in a cute blue cup) which was great and then the monte cristo which was also delicious. Then had a USA-shaped cookie with a little heart over Wyoming which was adorable. I normally tell visitors that Persephone is a "must" place to visit in Jackosn. And, I still think that. However, I do think the quality and consistency has gone down a bit, especially as to the Cinnamon Brioche. They used to be quite flaky on the exterior, with a very moist and dense center core. Lately, it seems that they are dry throughout. Not sure what shortcuts they're taking, but it's not good. read more

This was by far our favorite breakfast/brunch spot on our trip to Jackson, WY! Both locations are amazing (Jackson and Wilson) but the Wilson location is bigger and has a couple different menu items. I don't recommend going to any location except the original. The service at the Aspens location is exponentially slower than the main location -- and the entrees for some reason don't seem as good. It feels like they make the food at the main location and then bring it over to this one? I will say the seating at the Wilson location is better. So, if you're popping in for a pastry and coffee -- it's good for that. I wouldn't recommend spending the $ for the larger dishes here. read more

The outdoor seating area is well curated with lovely tables, umbrellas & attractive plants. Their other food looked amazing at surrounding tables but we were only there for the coffee & pastries.
