The biscuits weren't fresh, I suspect they were microwaved. The potato hash that I'm used to turned into dice size little potato cubes which don't quite appeal to me. The only two things that I liked from today's experience were the side of bacon (generous and well done) and, surprisingly enough the coffee (which used to be weak and not tasting like coffee). Bravo on these two last items! Service was excellent, as always, prompt and friendly. Ambiance? It's okay, the bar fixture installed by the new owners doesn't seem to jive with the log cabin feel of an old, historic place like Nora's. Next year? Definitely one of the best quiches I've had. The breakfast sandwich was also an amazing savory item on the menu, it was served on their croissants so you get the best of both worlds.
