When we arrived to get the car, the owner, David, was extremely aggressive and confrontational. His tone and behavior felt intimidating and bullying. We repeatedly asked him to simply give us the keys so we could leave. After several uncomfortable exchanges, he finally returned them, but continued to be confrontational. We ended up going to another shop less than a mile away, where the same service was completed for about a third of the price.
