If I could give this place no stars I would. I've only taken my field golden once before to get groomed in my hometown of South Carolina and loved my experience. I usually do it myself but for convenience purposes I needed to take him to get groomed. He is the sweetest boy that does get nervous and shy with grooming but only because of the noises. We asked for a little trim to clean him up a bit but when he was finished his belly was shaved to the skin including his private area. I understand keeping it clean but a trim around the private area and belly would've been fine. I know he does not like the shaver due to the noise and feeling so I'm not sure how this was accomplished, but you can imagine it was not a good experience for him. His ears were red and irritated from also being shaven too short. And when I tell you he is the most social, wholesome, and submissive dog with people and other dogs, I mean it. But after bringing him home and walking through the door to greet our two other dogs (which are his best friends in the whole world) he began to get skittish and aggressive towards them as if something was wrong. He even tried to lunge and bite at one of our other dogs. I have NEVER seen him in such a distressful state. I am now having to re-socialize him with our two dogs that he's been around for quite some time. It's very upsetting to see him in such a distressful state. I'm sure some might have a good experience here, but we surely did not.

This review is overdue! They do a phenomenal job with my cocker spaniel. She gets compliments all the time on her hair cut!! I highly recommend Pet Parade!!

They returned my dog injured and didn't even bother to let me know so i could treat her injuries. Looks like they cut her right on her clippers and she had visible scarring and dried blood. My pup wouldn't eat for a couple days and was hiding between pillows. Don't trust let parade with your doggo.

When I picked up my Doberman she was screaming and the nephew was yelling at her, jerking on her leash. She reeked of urine. The owner refunded what I paid a few days later. Its been over a year now... But since going to Pet Parade my dog is afraid of being hit. I have no idea exactly what all took place there, but I never went back. They ruined my dog.

The front of the shop. Don't miss it! It is right over the bridge on the right.

Ok - so I read the rave reviews and decided to try Pet Parade cause it was closer and I was running on a tight schedule that day. I was not dissapointed! After only taking Zeus to PetSmart for grooming, I am so glad I tried Pet Parade! They are friendly, great with the animals and reasonable with their prices. No fuss. No nonsense. He was clean, well clipped, and his ears and nails were lovely! They do a great job! I am so happy that I got him back dry and so well brushed! Zeus will definitely be back!

Our dog got an ear infection from this place. I'm bummed we won't return here because they did provide a nice hair cut at decent prices.

We tried to do the whole bath thing, but my cat was not having it and Marie volunteered to schedule another time where we could do it together.

When I contacted, the next full grooming appointment was about a week away. Jessica, the owner was very accommodating. I showed her a photo of the haircut style I wanted and specifically asked if she could trim around my dog's eyes without cutting her long eyelashes. I was a little nervous to ask because my dog hates baths and constantly wiggles whenever her face is touched. Jessica took note of my concerns, and reassured me with her calm and professional approach. She explained that full grooming usually takes 3-4 hours so the dogs can stay relaxed instead of feeling rushed or scared. Since I groom my dogs at home sometimes, I understood exactly what she meant and felt confident my dog was in good hands. After two and a half hours, I got the call that my dog was ready for pickup. She smelled so fresh and looked absolutely adorable with her summer haircut, exactly how I had hoped. Her long eyelashes were still beautiful, and the cute pink bow around her neck made her look even sweeter. I'm so glad we found Pet Stop Grooming. Jessica is clearly experienced, caring, and very reasonably priced. The results truly speak for themselves.

I found Pet Stop grooming thru Yelp and read all the great reviews. i booked an appointment and brought him in. Since this was a new groomer, I was a little worried about my fur baby, but as soon as we walked in and were greeted, my guy went right in without any issues. I explained that he did not like the hair dryer and was told that would not a problem, but it may take about 3 hours sicne they can not use the dryer. About 3 hours later, I got the call that he was ready. My baby was cleaned and he was super happy. He even got a nice treat. I will definitely be going back to Pet Stop Grooming.

Anyone familiar with the Akita breed knows they can be strong-willed and have very distinct personalities. Our boy definitely lets you know when he's unhappy about something. While he has never bitten anyone, he is very vocal and communicative when he doesn't like being handled. Despite his temperament, the team at Lucky Paws has always treated him with patience, professionalism, and care. They understand his personality, work with him calmly, and consistently do a great job grooming him. It's not easy finding people you trust with a large breed dog, especially one with a mind of his own, but we've never had concerns leaving him in their care. After nearly 7 years, we're grateful for the kindness and dedication they've shown our dog. We highly recommend Lucky Paws to anyone looking for experienced groomers who truly care about the animals they work with.

I found Holly, and it was a perfect match. First order of business was earning my girl's trust, letting her explore off leash, and getting comfortable. Not too long after that, my girl would get SO excited just to hear we were going to see Holly. She'd eagerly scratch at the door if they didn't get there to open it quickly enough for her. She'd even give Holly kisses in the face (my girl doesn't even give ME kisses on the face)! Every groom was gorgeous, and my Scottie always got compliments wherever she we went. We even went to a groomer out if state to have her nails trimmed while on vacation over the holidays. The owner of the shop was so impressed with the cut and wanted to know where I had taken her. My girl and I are so sad that Holly has closed her doors. Not only will we miss the excellent work, but we will also miss her and Mik on a personal level. It's hard for Scottie parents to find good groomers who know how to do a breed-standard Scottie groom, but to also love, respect, and adore the dogs they groom.
