I have been taking my dog here for the past few years for day camp, boarding and grooming. First of all I have never been to any day camp/boarding facility that will give you a full tour of the facility so you can see where your dog will be during that day and at night. I cannot say enough about the staff they are all friendly and they know each and every dog there by name. Everyone there is a dog lover, and it doesn't seem to be just a job for them. They make all of the parents feel comfortable and most importantly the dogs love it. My dog can barely contain himself when we pull up, all I have to do is open my car door and maybe the front door and he knows exactly where to go. The play area is always clean and there is always fresh water for them to drink. When we board they have large suites for them not just a kennel like most other places the space it roughly a 5x5 and you can bring what you want to make them feel more at home. I am very particular about how I want my dog to look and the groomer at PB always takes time to listen to what I would like and I am never disappointed. All in all if you want the best experience for your pup Paw Beach is by far, our the best place we have experienced. read more

I have been going to Pet Paradise for years. It has really gone downhill the last two years. The management is changing constantly and there is no consistency in the staff. I had my two pomeranians boarded there this last week. I called to tell them that I would pick them up in 45 minutes. When I got there I still had to wait 15 min. The staff person brings them out. My little pomeranian's back end was covered in feces. I was asked how long he had been like that and she said it must have just happened. She took him back and washed him off. After I got home both dogs had diarrhea and were vomiting. I had to take them to the vet. He said the little pom must have been sitting in his own feces for the week. He equated his backend to a baby having very bad diaper rash. Both dogs had to get injections and are both on medication. I called and emailed Pet Paradise. They don't care. Has to better options out there. read more

Pet Paradise Custer is an amazing place. We have never used a boarding facility before and the last time we left our dogs in someone's care, we had a very traumatic experience. So when we dropped our furry family at Pet Paradise Custer, we were a little nervous. They assured us that they would take great care of them and they were very true to their word. They sent photos and an email update every day letting us know how the dogs were and what they had been doing. I am a dog trainer and will sing the praises of Pet Paradise Custer to all of my clients. Our vacation was more memorable because of this facility. read more

I am a Realtor and I hated leaving my Cocker Spaniel at home alone all day while I was out showing homes and didn't know exactly when I would return. I discovered Pet Paradise and met the friendly staff, observed the clean indoor and outdoor facilities and knew my dog would love it too! They have great hours that work with my hectic schedule and the whole staff welcomes my dog by has name when he enters and he is sooo excited to go back and play with the other small dogs and staff. Our pup just had his first boarding stay at Pet Paradise and we couldn't be happier! The employees are very friendly and took great care of our dog. We were able to add extra ice cream treats and there were also options to add extra playtime, or a bath before pickup. We loved the fact that we could watch our pup play using the online app and the cameras had 4 different views. The only downside was that when we went to check, a few times the camera did not work. Overall, we will definitely be taking our dog here again!! read more

Pet Paradise has been providing great service for our Black Russian Terrier for at least three years. We've never had an issue and Shadow obviously loves the place - he gets so excited when we turn the corner and pull up to the location. He stays frequently for boarding and at least once a week for doggie daycare and playtime. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly. I love to travel but leaving my little Roxi behind has never been easy. When I found Pet Paradise it soon became her daily hangout and when I travel, it is her home away from home. We have been taking our pets to this Pet Paradise location for as long as they have been open. Our little Morkie, Jack, is a regular 2-day a week day camper, and he gets really excited when we drop him off. Of course he is always happy to see his mom when I pick him up! One of the best boarding facilities ever used! They really care about their guests. Lindsay and Brandon and others are kind and gentle with the animals and actually treat them each special. I tried the other place off Preston near 121 where the manager is a real witch. At least at Paw Beach I know that things are running smoothly and all the dogs going in and coming out are real happy. My Mother and I recently visited this so-called pet paradise when looking for a doggy day-care. we were greeted by a very nasty manager who seemed very angry we had come to see the facility. we did manage to tour the facility which seemed more like a prison then a paradise. The entire building seemed like a trash dump, I won't be bringing my pet here ever. read more

Our 2 dogs have just finished an 11 day stay. They came back so healthy and happy that I know they've had a great time. They get to stay together in a suite which makes them comfortable and cozy together. The people at pet paradise are so nice and accommodating and love dogs. They take good care of ours. Pet Paradise is amazing! We use them for boarding, daycare and grooming. Our 10 year old Lab loves to go. In fact, this is the first boarding/daycare that we have used where HE BEGS TO GO TO!!
