Wonderful store. Brought my sister's dog here after a muddy hike for the self serve pet wash. Was my first time using something like this. A staff explained how to use it and it was very simple. Pleasantly easy experience. They only have two stalls for one small dog and one large dog. Was on the wait list for 50 min so killed time by getting lunch at one of the restaurants next door. A staff cleans up the stall each time before a new dog wash. The wash comes with warm water, different types of shampoos/conditioner, rubber brush, towel, and hose dryer using cool air. You get 30mins total. It was $14 a wash and there is a discounted option if bought in bulk. read more

I placed the order online and got canceled without any reason. I contacted the Corp office, they told me this is independently owned and operated franchise location, they would have someone call me to apologize. I got a phone call from the store from a lady who was extremely rude. She didn't call to apologize, she called to scold at me. When I asked for her name, she got so scared and hang up on me. So I'm reporting it to corp again. Whoever owns this store is terrible at doing business. They should get their franchise license taken away. read more

I have had it with this place. I ordered an item online for pickup and when I got there to pick it up it was the wrong item. The image on the website was not what was in the store. So I went to get a refund and I was told since I did not officially pick up the item I would not be charged. Of course, I was charged. Mind you it is a 18 mile round trip to this store. I call get the manager and I was told that I could simply drive back to the store to get my refund. They do not have the capacity to do a refund???????? No real apology, but what I did get was "do not worry I will make a note so when you come back." I reminded this young manager that for me it is going to end up a 36 MILE round trip for something I never got and for my to get my own damn refund, and that was his response...do not worry we will be here????? One would think they would have compensated me with the same product which is on their shelf but not packaged, but they never do, ever. My wife and I went here specifically to drop some money on a couple of awesome dogs, and we spent the better part of an hour filling our basket. Then came the checkout gauntlet.... - Cashier: "Um, what number do you have with us?".. Me: "What?".. Cashier: "We need your phone number or none of the sale prices will apply".. - I felt live voltage creeping up my spine, but we played along. It turns out, the phone number is not enough, they also demand your full name and your email address, and... I stopped the interrogation right there. I clarified with the cashier that we were about to be charged a $50+ PENALTY for refusing to submit to the demand for our personal data file. Affirmative. - I argued that this stupidity should have been disclosed at the shelf tag. The cashier assured me that it was there, likely in microprint. - MANAGER: Spare me your tired trope of "disappointment" at another irritated customer. Your stupid datamining project turned a $200 sale into a $45 sale. - Here is the real stinger... After being sent away from your store for non-compliance with data tyranny, we drove 2 miles to another store where we found most of what we intended to buy at your place, for about 50% less money. Worst experience with curbside pick up. Ridiculous policy! Tried to pick up my curbside order and didn't have the card I used on hand and they wouldn't give me my order even though I had MY ID. What a waste of my time and gas and had my two kids in the car with me and couldn't get down cancel my order and re order. They have the worst excuses for their products. I bought a spray for home use to prevent/kill fleas and ticks. In EXTREMELY small print on the bottle it says Do not use if you have cats. I took the bottle back to exchange it for something safe and the answer was NO. They blame me for not reading the warning of no returns on these items. I found this place on Yelp so I can see what toys and treats I can get for my two puppies. When I went in there, I noticed they have tons of selection. I signed up for there free membership because you can earn rewards, which I already got back $15. I end up coming here more often now for the toys and treats for them. The staff are really friendly and helpful by letting me know that the regular Pet Supplies Plus Instagram account usually would post promos on Friday for the weekend so that helped us save some money since these dogs are spoiled. Haha. Also, I have received coupons through the mail too. I like that you can bring your dog in, but hopefully one day we can bring them in when they are trained to behave to be outside in public. They have other services like for you to wash your dog so this is good to place to check what else they offer. There is tons of parking since it's in a plaza. read more

Short: cashier was super rude go during weekends or nights when the customer service is actually good I usually shop at night and on weekends when the younger and kinder staff is there but today I decided to pick up my online order. The older lady at the front was extremely rude. There was a misunderstanding about presenting the original form of payment and I didn't have it on me. I've been shopping there for over two years and no one has ever asked for that. She was just so rude about it when informed her I didn't have it with me. This review is for management, I have been a long time customer and have always placed my orders online and when you place an order online it gives you the option to add someone else to pick up the order. However, even with my order history, and adding a pick up person to my order they are not allowing them to pick up. I have to show up myself with Id and card, but funny enough, last time I was there with my Id and credit card, the guy didnt even bother to look at my credit card. Just my ID... What is the point then??? If you are not going to let customers have the order picked up as filled out in the pick up form then remove that option completely!
