    Crystal is always fantastic with Freckles. We didn't think we could get her for freckles grooming appointment through the app. But crystal saw freckles name on the schedule and immediately claimed her appointment. Never had an issue at PetCo.

    We were debating for a couple of years whether to get a pet stroller for our dog. At some point in a few years he's gonna have walking issues and we decided to get the pet stroller to help ease him on the longer walks. Petco in Teterboro always has what we need. A few things we can find is available when we don't have time to wait from ordering online. Petco staff is helpful, walking around and the cashiers. The pet stroller has been great so far. Just the right size for a medium size dog. When you can close the cover, still breathable for your pet. It comes with a cups holder attached and a bottom basket (both not pictured, we detached it until we need it). This was the only pet stroller available in the store. Great purchase knowing we will be using often for the longer walks to take care of errands. Our dog is comfortable in it too which is important. Everything you need here, happy pets with happy smiles.

    We had a slightly emergency situation of needing to see a Dr. for two dogs rescued from an unhealthy situation. The Vetco staff in Teterboro welcomed us, squeezed us in and Dr. Beeber was wonderful. We appreciated the warm welcome and will be coming back again. Thanks team in Teteboro.

    So we had a grooming appointment and while on the way there we were text that our appointment was cancelled. So they rescheduled us with a manager. I said 2 things. Do not cut her face square and do not cut her lashes. I was showing a couple pictures of her when her face is cut correctly. I was rushed because "the big boss" was apparently there. The manager said "ok ok I understand. How about you just trust me?" I said of course however do not make her square!! I must have said it 5x at least. Well upon pickup she tells me she was matted and had to charge me extra. Ok, I don't truly care about that. So I tip her and then out comes my dog. I said "oh Harley you smell so good. Your so clean" I just don't want an altercation whatsoever. I had my 11 year old with me and we both just kept looking at each other. It's almost as is she heard me say "please make her square!" I have no idea but my cute little baby is not cute whatsoever and she is completely square!! I wish I saw her before I tipped! I couldn't get out of there quick enough. We will NEVER be back and I will post pictures as well as a review on facebook groups and anywhere else anyone may listen so they NEVER bring their dog there! No I don't want the manager to call me. She is who did this awful cut in my baby!!! Also she claimed my dog didn't like being groomed and got nasty. Makes me wonder what she did to her as she has been getting groomed every 8 weeks for 2 years. We loved the place we went to, we just can't afford to drive an hour and a half from home. Guess we will have to!

    We took our old lady Roxy for a mini spa day. We where greeted by a friendly staff. But most importantly our groomer, Adrain. You can tell he is an animal lover by the way our Roxy was excited when she meet him. She hasn't been to the groomers in awhile. We let Adrain know our concerns and he was very comforting. He treated her so kind, we stayed and watched through the window. He talked to her, and was even able to do her nails with Roxy pulling away. I would definitely recommend Adrain to anyone who is considering going to this Petco location. Definitely can't wait to bring her back.

    Took my dog for a regular grooming appointment 12/23/2023. He had a couple of matted areas which I told the groomer about in hopes that she would remove them.. The groomer called Izzy S. instead shaved my dog almost bold. She completely removed all of his hair. Not once did she call me and inform me if I was okay with that decision.. She shaved his private parts so much that now its also irritated. Shame on Petco for hiring such careless staff. I trusted this person with my dog in hopes that she would have done a good job but that was not the case. The customer service in Tereboro grooming has horrible. Izzy S. didn't even hand me my dog personally instead some other lady gives me my dog and tells me to Brush Brush Brush after I complained. I will never step a foot in Petco again and use their grooming services. They just lost a customer and I will make sure all of my dog friends hear about this and spread the word. I scheduled an evaluation on Monday, December 6th, 2021 for Wednesday, December 8th, 2021 at 4:00 pm. I did this through their website on their automated calendar system. The slot for 4:00 pm was available. I received two automated emails that my appointment was confirmed. My husband and I took off of work. On December 8th, 2021 we arrived with our doggy. The worker came out and explained that our session was canceled by Emily because she had a dinner party to go to. The worker explained only Emily could do the evaluation, and we would have to come back another day. She stated Emily would reach out to me on how to move forward. On December 9th, 2021 Emily did reach out to us and this is when I began to become suspicious. Instead of Emily looking to reschedule with us, she sent us a thank you email for attending the evaluation. All of you can obviously guess the scam here. She wants to secure her $100 by claiming she delivered a service she never did. This email was not automated and from Emily as we would begin a long thread of arguments. The end game for us was to return our $100 since she was borderline committing a theft by deception. Emily claimed she was at an organizational dinner-party that happens once a year. Emily believed since she had called once that morning to cancel that was satisfactory and the fact I missed the call was my problem. It was less than 8 hours notice. Emily also claimed since I was complaining about not receiving the service she didn't want to work with my kind. It's pretty obvious Emily intended on stealing our $100. If she is the CEO and founder, she knew her holiday dinner-party was already scheduled and that she wouldn't be available for our appointment. She made no attempts to genuinely reach me after two days of the service being scheduled. And after just one email she stated she wouldn't evaluate my dog. Also, she explained when I stated I would seek a chargeback, that she has plenty of experiences with these situations and that it would be very hard to get my money back and "good luck." Continuing with the deceiving trend, her website states she is BBB certified but if you check this website she clearly is not. Emily is a liar all in all and doggy owners: BEWARE!!!!! Do not bring your dog there. Now that I'm doing more research it's a horror. Many reviews claim their dogs were traumatized or became sick while being in her custody. I know the claim there is three sides to a story. I have attached screenshots of the conversation so you all can be the judge.

    Leaving my annual review update for my favorite groomers/ people!…read more I just can't believe it has been over 10 years since I first brought my rescue Puffy and they so generously groomed her after she was neglected for so long. I still can't believe they took us on a busy Saturday. I still can't believe they were so patient with her. And I still can't believe that I had to fight them to take my money! Having them take care of my own baby who they never made stay in the crate because i spoiled him and so he hated them. And who they opened up early for to do his last grooming before he passed. To now caring for my new baby Barron and he looking like a million bucks every time he leaves! A poodle with parents that don't comb/ brush him as they should... and squeezing us in when they can because busy is not the word! Honey if you groom like they do, care for one's fur baby like they do and are affordable in this day and age of gouging grooming salons - you simply stay busy. As they should! I'm so proud of their growth and the relationships they form with their customers and most importantly their furry clients. I drive over an hour to get to them. And when I travel or they are booked my poor baby has to get Mom's bad in between face cutting BUT I refuse to go anywhere else. Ever. Just not worth it. Love you guys and I remain proud of and thankful for you!!

    Pat is truly amazing. We have two dogs, a cat and a nine month old, so most days we live in…read moreorganized chaos. We have had other "trainers" before but none like Pat. Our main goals were to address poor manners when people came over (jumping/barking), poor leash manners (pulling/leading the walk/leash aggression for one of them), and all around general behavior training. We wanted, and needed, help to rectify these things before our son became truly mobile. We emailed Pat on a Friday night and he called the next day. We spoke for over an hour and he reassured us that things would be okay. We scheduled a training session for later that week and haven't looked back. He is an incredible teacher; he took the time to learn about our dogs, our family dynamic, and what our hopes were for the training sessions. He began teaching us right away and showed us how to get into the minds of our dogs. We are five sessions in and there has been such a vast improvement already. We are currently working on walking both dogs and pushing the stroller - a dream of mine - that is soon to be a reality. We genuinely look forward to each session and getting to hang with Pat. Our pack was definitely out of whack but Pat has been instrumental in teaching us how to teach our dogs and reframe our thinking. If you are looking for a no BS, honest, caring trainer/behaviorist, and you are willing to trust someone, and put in the time and work, look no further - he is definitely your guy. We cannot recommend him enough.
