They are located behind Westgate mall where there is plenty of parking. The inside is small and they only have 2 fitting rooms. Now that is where the bad news stops seriously, that's it, they are a mom and pop place where service is priority one! They are not salespeople! They are people who listen to what you are expecting and will even under sell you if they think it's not needed "as in my case" I asked them if I should buy a blazer with my shirt & slacks? And they talked me out of it!! That's service, that's really trying to do right by you as a customers, that's integrity! BUT WAIT THERES MORE! Normally they size, fit and do the alterations all in the same day!! No that's not a typo, same day! They have an in house tailor who does tailoring for men and women and I found out that the tailor can even stitch leather, patches and jackets! Wow!! I mean wow!! Now the day I was there, the tailor had the day off, and they were very apologetic. They said that they would have everything ready for me by the next day and because I wanted my shirt fitted they told me that the tailor would measure me and adjust my shirt while I waited the next day as well. Now the next day came and I showed up, my pants and shirt were waiting for me, the pants that were measured the previous day fit me perfectly. The crazy part was that the shirt fit me perfectly too?!?! Then the lady that help me the day before said that instead of ordering the shirt that I tried on she ordered me a slim cut shirt! So she saved me money there as well because I did not need any alterations done on my shirt!! All I got to say is wow!!! They got my business for life!! No in-shop tailoring (so no measurements), but they'll refer you to one local service. They have a really good eye for what your appropriate size is. I ordered a tux, and it was ready in a few days. I ended up swinging by a month after the tux was ready, only to find out it had been accidentally sold to someone else or was lost. I don't blame them, it's a small business with very limited space, and I was at fault for waiting a month. They immediately reordered the tux again and it came in less than a week. The saleswoman, who was extremely kind and professional, asked them politely to refrain from making videos in the store due to privacy concerns. However, the girls immediately began bullying the saleswoman, telling her that she was only a salesperson and that they could try on as many dresses as they wanted. They also made it clear that they had no intention of buying anything and continued to create noise and laugh at her. Eventually, they left the store. I was extremely disturbed by the way these girls treated the saleswoman. She was a classy woman who did not deserve to be bullied in this manner. To my surprise, I have noticed more than 10 or 15 reviews from that day from seemingly girls and a couple of guys. I did not see any other guys in the store that day, only these teenage TikTok girls. I hope that these girls are held accountable for their behavior and that Google & Yelp takes notice of this incident. It is unacceptable to treat anyone in such a disrespectful and rude manner.

Unfortunately, when we got there, the suit they had was an Executive fit rather than a Regular fit. My husband wears a Regular, so the Executive was much too large. It was frustrating because that could have been clarified before we made the trip. Since we were on a time crunch, we ended up purchasing the Executive fit and paying to have it altered. Even after the alterations, it still didn't fit properly. After spending around $750, we were left disappointed with the final result. The staff was polite, but the communication between stores could have been much better. Verifying the exact fit before sending customers to another location would have saved us a lot of time, money, and frustration.

The dress needed some adjustment as it was completely see through on the waist and she showed us options to line it with a nice fabric so my skin wouldn't be exposed. I felt so comfortable knowing we can fix the dress and adjust how we wanted with very little pushback. She offered her expertise and knowledge on how to fix the dress the best way. My alteration appointment was very straight to the point and the tailor had a lot of experience. My dress did need some second alterations as there was some corset type material poking into my skin causing discomfort and she was very nice about how to make the dress more comfortable When it was time to pick up my dress Georgette was so great with helping my mom understand the bustle process and was very thorough and kind. I got it without any big procedures and formalities. He chose the right one from me, including the tie. He allowed me to take the the rental for 3 days on same charge. Peter is the bud that needs more than 5 *** if there was any. I called this morning at 9. I need to get to part tonight at 6PM. He found the perfect fit Tuxedos for me along with shirt, two bow tie and even one extra matching tie for me. The one thing that ticks me off about this place, and the reason why I will never shop here again, is that the owner of the boutique is shady. He was showing me some winter coats, and I fell in love with a Development coat that she said was $740. Shocked at the high price, I instinctively went for the price tag but to my surprise there was none. I've been in the store once, and was ignored by all of the employees working there. I guess it's because I wasn't wearing high-waisted shiny pants, a v-neck t shirt, and a cheap fedora hat, like them. This was my…read morefirst time having a suit made from scratch, so I really didn't know anything about the process. We started the process about 9 months before the wedding. We first met with the assistant, Josie, who did a great job of talking us through the process and explaining all the differences between different types of fits, materials and over all looks that we could go with. Once the suit was made I came in for a couple different fittings to make sure that the suit was going to fit perfectly on the big day as well as to make sure the accessories that I had purchase on my own were going to match with the suit. We did have a couple of issues with the appointments. On two different occasions I was scheduled to come in for either fittings or to pick up the suit and on both occasions the owner, Ben, either no showed (sick) or cancelled at the last minute. This was a definitely a bit frustrating, however, both Ben and the other owner, Mark, were very apologetic and did go above and beyond to make it up to me. In the end, the suit came out perfect and I was extremely happy with the look that we came up with and how the suit fit. This was my first fully tailored suit so I didn't know what to expect, but Ben went above and beyond and made the suit fit like a glove. I went in to get a suit for myself and my son. Combined I paid for what may have gotten me 1 suit somewhere else. The suit is beautiful and extremely comfortable, love the fabric. Mr Castelli will also make sure your suit is tailored perfectly. If you get the chance to fish this family's deli in Fulton definitely go. The have some great Italian food and great service as well. I can't recommend this business enough. Again you won't get better service anywhere else.
