Let me first start by saying the technicians are great and very knowledgeable and friendly. However, the mosquito and ticks program that we started this year seems to be quite ineffective and although we've had several revisits under their guarantee, we continue to get bitten multiple times each time we go to our yard. This has caused us to cancel their program prematurely this season and I requested for one more re-service after cancellation, assuming they would uphold their guarantee regardless of the cancellation (since I paid for the month already). Instead, I was informed that they will not revisit unless I sign up for their program again. Just a bit disappointing as a long-standing customer, and disappointing that I've paid into their program for this long without results. I will no longer recommend this company to family or friends.

We used a different company in the past and switched because we still experienced breakthrough mosquitoes. I couldn't stand paying for a spray service while still acting as a meal to these nasty bugs. We hired Backyard Patrol and were able to enjoy the backyard over the summer without getting decimated by mosquitoes & ticks. Not sure what formula they use but it works well. A Very reliable service. Emails communications are fantastic! Customer service is awesome, very responsive. After rain, there were breakthrough events but not bad at all and they would show up right after to spray us down. I believe the key is regular and early initiation of service to combat the problem. I don't care if other critters are taken as well, a reduction in fire flies for instance. but we enjoy fire fly watching from one home down. A very small sacrifice IMO for the health and safety of my family. It's worth it to me. Mosquitoes and ticks are frightening vectors for deadly diseases and in these crazy uncertain times of pandemic, I won't risk our well being. If you pay in full you get a good discount. We still get bites on occasion, especially right before our next scheduled service, but it's 1000 times better than it was before. I am a mosquito magnet and before we started treatment I was consistently covered in bites from early May to late October--often getting 5+ bites within only a few minutes of being outside. Every time. Now I only get about 5 bites the whole season. The difference is amazing, and we are very happy with the company's service overall. It's definitely worth the very reasonable charge for seasonal service every year. We plan to continue next year for sure.
