A Frank Rummel from Savage Pest Warfare responded and came over to inspect my attic. He arrived in a Savage Pest Warfare vehicle. He put one of my traps and one of his company's traps in my attic. He insisted on payment of 375 on the spot, saying his preference was Venmo. While I was uncomfortable about this I felt that since he worked for a reputable company it would be ok. Bad news. He ghosted me although texted me several times saying he would 'sort it out'. Trying to be fair I said I'd only ask for a 300 refund. Silence. I called the company and they said he made an unauthorized sale since the company did not work in this area. I had to hire someone else to get the squirrels out and am out 375 from this joker. The company has refused to refund me for their clearly crooked employee who still drives the company truck in the neighborhood. Hence I do NOT recommend this company nor do I recommend Frank Rummel (who by the way also made an inappropriate comment to me by text). Keep this man out of your house. Not safe. Sincerely, USN Veteran

I had talked to several providers and Savage Pest Warfare was the first one to offer a viable solution of providing a wire mesh blocking all the beams, thus preventing any further nests. I now have a beautiful patio that can be enjoyed in the spring.

He thoroughly explained how the problem started. He provided very efficient, timely, and reasonably priced work. It did not take long to put me on the schedule and come out for service. I would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them. A++

Justin came out at the end of March, and the service I paid for specifically included attic treatment, sealing the attic edge line, sealing exterior weep holes, sealing an entry point along the garage roofline, and attic baiting/trapping. The entire point of paying this much was not simply to put out traps--it was to identify and seal the entry points so the mouse problem would actually be addressed. Yet only a few months later, I'm once again hearing mice running back and forth up in the attic. For $1,850, I think it's completely reasonable to expect the exclusion work to last longer than a few months. Instead, my experience has been that the emphasis seems to be on returning for repeated treatments every few months rather than actually eliminating the source of the problem. I understand that no pest-control company can guarantee a mouse will never enter a home again, but when you charge $1,850 specifically for rodent control and exclusion/sealing work, customers should reasonably expect the entry points to be properly identified and secured. I paid for a solution to the problem, not an endless cycle of recurring treatments.
