I've been wanting to try this place for a while as a few friends have told me how great it is. I will even say that I was highly skeptical because I went to their website beforehand and saw their prices. I thought this was going to be another over-priced pizza joint. A friend and I walked in and the young lady behind the counter suggested we order slices. We thought she was crazy. We were 2 grown men. We thought we could easily eat one of the full pies. We ordered an order of garlic knots, and their Vodka Sicilian Pep Pie (we added sausage and mushrooms to it). First the garlic knots came out. They were good; not the best I've ever had, but definitely better than most. Then the pizza came out. WOW!!! This thing was huge, not just distance across, but it was at least 2 inches high of crust, sauce and liberal amounts of toppings. There was enough pizza to easily feed 6+ people. And the taste was beyond any pizza I have ever had before. We were in pizza heaven. If you like a vodka sauce on your pasta, you will love this sauce on your pizza. And the ingredients were definitely good quality. I cannot say enough good things about it. I have found my new favorite pizza place. It's a 25 minute drive from where I live, but it is soooooo worth it. I highly recommend this place to anybody, even if it's a long drive. You won't regret it. read more

I finally found my NY pizza spot!!!! Yea Yea I know; NYers know good pizza! This is a damn good pizza spot. I ate a slice of the Sausage and Long Hot peppers while I waited on my Vodka Pie to go! Both pizzas had excellent flavor. The owner and his staff were super friendly. We chatted it up for a little bit. I can't wait to try their other pies, but I loved and recommend both of these. I stopped by this Pizzeria which is two miles from my home because I heard it was good. This is an understatement. This pizza was the best I have had since New York. Called to place an order since the online ordering isn't set up yet and the gentleman was very friendly over the phone. I asked if I can order a chicken parm pizza and he said he could make one up for me. I also ordered the gold standard: pepperoni. He asked for my name and said pick up would be in 15 minutes. I got there and immediately he asked if I was the one who called and he remembered my name. He grabbed my boxes and said he was proud of the pizza he made for me and wanted to show me how good it looked. He explained that he layered it with fresh mozzarella, pieces of chicken parm and provolone. It looked and smelled amazing! When I got home my family and I devoured it. The pepperoni was very good but the chicken parm was my one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time. The crust, the sauce and the cheese all tasted fresh. I will definitely be back! read more

Super Salty Pizza, First time ordering, expectations were high especially with the rave reviews and their convenient location in Pompano Beach. Ordered a Margherita pizza but added olives...big mistake. They use kalamata olives, which are great in salads except they are much saltier than regular black olives (kalamata not mentioned on the menu). Ingredients seem high quality otherwise; but considering every ingredient in their pizza is salty or salted, including the sauce and dough, the entire pizza is extremely salty (with or without Kalamata olives). Pizzas are one size (huge) which is great but again, way too salty for our taste. We will be going back to Sicilian oven and/or Jets for our pizzas. read more

I really wanted to love this place after the reviews on Yelp and other sources. The service was good and overall friendly. We came in and tried slices so we could get some variety, and perhaps it would have been better to have a fresh pie. The specialty slices are $5 and there is an upcharge for use of a credit card. My wife and I found the slices to be overcooked and very dry. Please, add more sauce to your pizza. Mind you, I like a crispy pizza, but this was a little over the top. The place is a little tight for seating with only 3 long tables, but with some bar type seating where they make the pizza and a separate little seating area next to their dough room. For my money, I prefer Heavenly Pizza for regular pizza and Sicilian Oven for their thin crust. I will circle back at some point to see if any changes. read more

I finally made it down to see the hype. I love pics and I have heard good things about Peter's. As soon as you walk in you see a large selection of pizza you can get by the slice. I asked what they would recommend for someone that does not eat pork. They recommend three great options so I got all 3 buffalo, bbq and chicken parm. Chicken Park was tasty and what I loved about the other two was that the buffalo and bbq sauce did not out power the pizza taste., It complimented it. The crust was crunchy and they use a crust that does not leave you feeling heavy. The tomato sauce had a great flavor snd tasted fresh. Everyone there was attentive and easy to talk too they made you feel comfortable from you walking in to you leaving. I saw them interact with everyone there. I am attracting pictures and videos. Pizza, personality and personnel! This place has it all, solid choice for NY Style pizza in South Florida. We had a full grandma pie and then they blessed us with their regular pie. A few slices to sample. Both were excellent. We were told they will soon serve beer and wine and expand the menu a little bit so looking forward to going back. So, I decided to walk in and order a Grandma pie from this new, locally owned small pizzeria. I think it's always great to get to know the owners and see and hear their passion. With that said, Peter has passion! I was warmly greeted by Peter and Nick, the front man and placed my order. While waiting we talked about Peter's passion for making a great pizza. We talked tomatoes.. plum tomatoes from Cali and San Marzanos from his personal connect in Italy. The man knows his pizza and his ingredients and it shows. The Grandma was amazing so I doubled down and got some truffle parm wings, a slice of the ala vodka pizza because at Peters, you can get slices too!! And I also got a slice of Ricotta cheese cake which was the bomb. The wings.. well GD the wings were phenomenal. Smaller wings but super juicy and flavorful! The slice I had was out of this world and the Grandma pizza.. super light and crispy.. thin crust as grandma pies should be but so incredibly tasty..he finishes it with fresh basil and fresh grated parm. We just had one of the best dining experiences in years! Everything from the decor, the set up of the seating to the food was thoughtfully and excellently executed. We had pizza and salad which were delicious, as well as amazing desserts and a fantastic espresso. My husband loved the antipasto! The service was amazing! The entire staff was super attentive and Peter himself was there making pizza. You can tell he is so passionate about the food, his staff and most of all his customers.
