I've came here twice, both times gotten the same takeout order. Just a Cheeseburger with some fries. Their Horchata is good. The burger itself is pretty good too i am not going to lie. THEY GIVE YOU TONS OF FRIES. You may not finish the entire thing with the amount of fries they give you which is a HUGE plus. The reason this is a 3 is not cause if the food although it is simply just ok, there's nothing really special to the burger. The problem is that their drive-thru is horrific. The way it is set up the worker is giving you food from the passengers side window which is incredibly inconvenient for a solo driver, made the mistake of going through the drive-thru the first time i stopped by but not the second time around. Love love this place!! From the Chicken dinner all the way to the burritos.. The pastrami is one of my favorite .. The juicy meat and the quantity on the sandwich is well worth the price ... I like the attention of the owner who is always willing to help out his workers and take care of the customer... The breakfast burrito are made right in front of my eyes so the freshness of the food is priceless ...people are complaining of the price raise but I rather pay 50 cent more and get My money worth than go buy some ready made food somewhere else... Food is amazing, service not so much, after waiting 15 minutes in line, previous to 10pm which is when they close, we were denied food because they were closed. The doors to get inside were locked previous to 10pm as well. They should have taken an inventory of people in line previous to closing, not just bark "We're closed" and deny paying customers service. Definitely a fan. I frequent this burger joint on my lunch. My usual is a cheeseburger lettuce wrapped. Its the best Ive had in comparison to other burger places in the area. I like to call in my order but they dont always answer the phone. They get a lot of business and they are especially busy during the lunch hour. I hate that the drive thru window is on the driver's right side but can't change that. The inside of the restaurant is not very clean and has a grimy look. The staff is very welcoming and provided exceptional serivce. Ask for your fries well done with extra seasoning. They have the best lettuce wrap burgers. The chicken salad is huge and can be shared with two people. The chili cheese fries are covered with mountains of cheese. This is a frequent stop for me. read more

I placed an order for pickup via the drive thru (they aren't open inside because of Covid) . When I arrive, the line of cars is out into the street, but I waited because I had placed my order and understand the situation. However, they don't come out to take orders or check on you--no sense of urgency. They took forever until I was able to pay and get my food. What's the purpose of placing an over-the-phone order if they are going to make you wait like everyone else, plus an exaggerated amount of time? Fast forward, I get home to find out my order was wrong, so I call them to get the actual food I ordered . Same situation when I get there, long line of cars and no sense of urgency. I literally had to get off my car and knock on their window to let them know I was there because I wasn't about to wait another 30 minutes in my car. I'm out there standing by the drive thru window looking sketchy to avoid being in my car another 30 minutes. They don't apologize and act as if it's not their problem. I am not going back. The quality of the food and customer service is only getting worse. They get an extra star for picking up their phone, and I'm being generous with this review. read more

My family & I have been coming here for almost 20 years....we have never been unsatisfied with their Customer Service or Food....whoever this new chick working the drive thru is (the one serving & charging, not the sweetheart taking orders), needs to be put in the back to wash dishes or scrub the toilets cause she's rude & has a permanant stank face on....the only words she said to us was the total of our bill, no thank you, your welcome or even kiss my ass! Then had the nerve to "UGH" along with a look as if I was bothering her when I asked for the Salsa (they're supposed to offer when ordering burritos or tacos) & the 1000 island I paid for....and even when I said "Thank You" she just rolled her eyes! Burger is legit and as advertised. The patty is pretty thin but wide. It's more than enough. One order of fries is enough for two or maybe even three people. Strange variety on the menu. Anything from Mexican to Gyros. Keep it simple and go with the burger. You won't be disappointed. read more

Ari is a rude customer service rep. Went there with my brother for a pastrami burger. I am pregnant and we asked could I go to the restroom, she refused and said you have to wait until you purchase something. My brother had to tell her TWICE I am going to order give her the code so she can go to the restroom. With an attitude, she gave me the code. This place is a 4-generation family favorite (from grandma to dad to us to our kids). The hamburger special can't be beaten. They give you a ton of fries with that. Pete's is one of those local places that serves just about anything you can think. I've never had breakfast there but I have had their burgers and pastrami and both are excellent. Go there very often my favorite spot for burgers and fries. Prices are alright they do charge a .50 cent charge for using debit card plus if you want any dressing another .50 cents each. I always end up paying 2 bucks xtra (I don't mind). Also customer service when it comes to the cashiers it's not so great they are pretty unprofessional and rude at times. This place is just horrible! First of all I go to order a breakfast burrito and they told me they didn't have none. So I order a egg and sausage sandwich. She asked what I liked to drink I told her an orange bang and she tells me it's .50 more. I've gone to toms, tams and all these other places and never have I ever been charged extra for an orange bang. Then I get home and I open my sandwich and it's 3 inches of just lettuce.
