    store goods winter 2025
    Sara Y.

This location fixed the address finally. I've noticed they put very, very loud music on purpose to workers themselves not for the customers. So, I put 3 stars off. They themselves dancing and singing but we, our customers can't talk at all. If you're coming to do your work or any meeting at this cafe, avoid. This is not a club, I felt too much actually. Cashier and barista sounded bad mood from long day week. I don't recommend if you have to do your work with laptop or making calls. I hope it will change! This location isn't petite****** its pretty big store. Even it's crowded, you will find a steaming for 2! For sure. Loud music must be fixed.

This place was beautiful! The service was great, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We placed our order quick and our food and drinks came out shortly after. I had waffles and a mocha, both were delicious. Seating is first come first serve, but we were able to grab a table pretty fast. This location had two bathrooms in the back, but you need to get a code to use it. Would definitely recommend, it's a great spot for good food and coffee.

It's good! It's maman Nice place to coffee chat and grab anything from a scone to an actual avocado toast brunch Can get a little busy though! The cheddar scallion pastry was amazing and jasmine tea was spectacular

Such a cute cafe! I love the aesthetic of the place and the dishware. The seating area is small, but it doesn't feel too crowded. I ordered a wintry tea, the maman cookie, and the salmon tartine. The wintry tea was good, very citrus-y. I would've preferred the matcha, but they ran out of matcha when I visited :c cookie was good also, but with the plethora of famous chocolate chip cookies in the city, this was pretty mid lol The salmon tartine surprised me for sure. Portion size and proportion of salmon - topping - bread - cream cheese were perfect. I'd come again! It's such a cute place to sit and chat and chill.

On Wednesday after an appointment at The Hugh building I needed sustenance. So I went to {petite} maman. Silk flowers of jasmine in large pots adorned the space. This used to be Mah-Ze-Dahr, a much loved bakery. A small drip coffee and a sweet treat. But what? I saw a Bundt cake that had not been cut. I like Bundt cakes a lot so asked Chris to give me a hefty slice. I took both to the counter seating and peaked into the packet containing the cake. It was big! However, the crumb topping was crunchy and tasty but the cake itself was bland. It needed more flavor as in vanilla, cinnamon or nutmeg. Nevertheless, I ate it all. This patisserie is the sister to Maman and when the first one opened on Center Street there were many load cakes. Menus change to keep up with new tastes. I will continue to come here as I saw a few pastries that looked interesting. Service was fine and friendly. This space is right and pretty

Very yummy coffee and tea drinks. Good spot for brunch or breakfast. I liked my breakfast sandwich but there was too much bread and it felt like it was lacking something to make it an impressive breakfast sandwich, still tasty however.

Entering this cafe is like entering a fairytale home with greenery and flowers decorating the ceiling to the walls. There are small tables for seating with people chatting or working or just grabbing a quick bite. The must order is the pistachio crossiant! The pistachio cream with the savory crossiant is a match made in heaven. The breakfast items are a bit pricey and I would recommend the pastries over them.

I was staying in the area for work for the week & was looking for a good place for coffee before heading into the office. I found maman on yelp & I'm so glad that I did. I literally went here every single day bc I was obsessed. It's such a cute little coffee shop and it wasn't too busy around 8:15 AM. I ordered an iced vanilla latte, croissant, and chocolate chip cookie (for later). Service is excellent there and the quality is great. Vanilla latte was delicious & the right amount of sweetness. Croissant was good too. Let me tell you about the star of the show though... the cookie. I also tried the nutty chocolate chip (Oprah's fave) but I liked the chocolate chip more - sorry, Oprah! It was so good and had the right chewy texture. I even bought one for my plane ride back home. Maman also offers breakfast items, which you can eat there. There's plenty of seats inside of the cafe. I highly recommend that you check this place out if you're looking for good coffee & pastries!

Okay so i'm a fan of all the sweet pastries here. Everything is so good. My absolutely favorite is the Paris to NY croissant! It consist of a cookie on the bottom of the perfectly layered flaky buttery croissant! Other items i've tried are: Almond croissant Pistachio croissant Nutella brownie Lemon poppyseed olive oil tea cake Strawberry Rhubarb croissant bar Cinnamon bun kouign Chocolate sandwich cookie

Really wanted a coffee and croissant one rainy morning so came in here. The place was packed but still some seats available. My order was taken quickly and I sat down to wait. For breakfast I chose a plain latte, pistachio cherry croissant cube, and quiche Sarah. Plain latte- came out fast, creamy, right temperature, and the espresso was not burnt. Pistachio cherry croissant cube- should have gotten it warmed up but SO good. Laminated croissant layers surround a center full of moist custard pistachio cream topped with a sweet and sour cherry filling. Really yummy and would come back for this alone. Quiche Sarah- served hot. This was a little under seasoned and too wet for my liking. The crust was also soggy and the filling fell apart as soon as I tried to take my first bite. Generous portion for sure, but lacked flavor, texture and quiche ness.

SUCH a cute coffee spot with locations all around NYC! Stopped in on a chilly morning for one of their seasonal lattes and it was amazing. We had just eaten breakfast. But their pastries looked delicious! The decor in here was also just so cute

Always love coming to Maman for both its food and ambiance. It was my first time ordering hot foods today and it was equally as delicious as their baked goods! Perfect place for a quick catch up and there is enough seating where you won't have to wait long for a table (we came during a weekday lunch).

You can either sit and order or do grab and go here. The decor is cute--French country with lots of toile and flowers. The pastries tend to be fresh and good, whatever I have tried. They are known for chocolate chip but cookies but have several rotating and seasonal croissant options.

    Love the education!

It was our first time eating at a Friedman's location. It had a nice diner feel to it, with a mix of booths and tables. I like that several of the items are naturally gluten free, and some can be made gluten free by request.
