    Dog food

stopped in to find a certain food for our nursing mommy golden doodle, I was helped by Ryan, the gentleman at the front register who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. He did some comparisons for a food I was looking into and found the best product that matches our needs for our fur baby. Excellent customer service thank you, Ryan.

Pet grooming went well. Some very talented dog groomers work here. Will recommend. I did haircut and brushed my dogs teeth.

The photo of my dog Milo that a groomer said she could not get near him because of his aggressive behavior.

Unfortunately the is the first bad review I've ever given a PetSmart location. I was told to reschedule my grooming appointment for a third time in 48hrs. After being told to re schedule once because a little bit of his stitches had to be completely removed before they could take him. When I came back the next day a different assigned groomer tried to handle him with hesitation and said that he was being aggressive. I explained that he has been groomed at this location before without any issues. They asked me to wait to see if another groomer could handle him while I waited for them in the store. During the time I waited, two cashiers asked to pet him and complimented his cuteness without any issues or aggression. I spoke to the manager and was told sorry but I will have to schedule another day because of employee safety concerns in the grooming department. I notified the manager that I will be leaving a poor customer review and she seemed to be accepting of my decision. Ultimately, my experience here displayed poor service, scheduling, as well as unprofessional and most likely a very overwhelmed staff.

Love PetSmart. I can always get help For what I'm needing so I don't have to Look for it forever. There customer service in this store as well as others is amazing . They are also great in the area of sending coupons for things you used prior to save you money when you come back . This PetSmart also just opened back up there grooming section! There prices are reasonable and always are stocked up! They have a huge variety of foods and treats and staff is pretty knowledgeable about many of them . The store is always very clean and there hours have not really changed since covid so it's nice to go a little later on the day when it cools off. Giovanni loves to go and get his free treats too

    Wesley is very very happy

Our dog Wesley can often be interpreted as aggressive by other people. But with Gregory as our dog groomer wasn't the case. Wesley had been turned down by a dog groomer before. But Gregory has this dog whisperer way. Wesley quickly warmed up to him. They created a beautiful rapport. I'm so glad we found him. Thank you for your service. Thank you for existing. Wesley is properly groomed, nails trimmed properly. You are appreciated. You have a special gift. He will be our permanent groomer from now on. I have never been so happy. Wesley was abandoned so many times and I'm grateful he felt so at ease with you. Highly recommended 10 out of 10

We have always had lots of animals. At one time a mini petting zoo of sorts. This location has always provided us with great customer service. Always answering any questions or guiding us as to where we can locate certain items as most of our fur/furless family was not the typical cat or dog. Pricing is always reasonable, the sales are usually very good. They usually have many little critters for sale ranging from reptile to Guinea pigs. There is a grooming area as well. Store was very well kept, and shelves fully stocked. On the weekend at times there are adopt- a-thons, today was for 2 cats that needed a new home. Would recommend Location Craig/ Camino Al Norte - ample parking

After! Lacey does great work an does exactly what you want look at Lilly smiling thank you Lacey!!

Highly recommend Ken's services. Simone was also super helpful and through her in depth testing of foods and substances we discovered many things Titus had been eating or exposed to that he is intolerant of that we wouldn't have found out otherwise. One of which being some ingredients in the shampoo and conditioner we were using! With that change alone his dander is gone and he's much happier with less irritation. All around great experience and would highly recommend to anyone needing help with their dog!

It does all depend with the owner or onwner's of the dog on how fast your dog will learn new habits and tricks. We recently adopted two older (Terrier) boy dogs that are maybe 7 and 8 years old the vets says. We also decided to get a 10 week girl pit bull at the time. One of the boys would try to attack the baby every time he saw her. I felt stuck and did not think my dogs would ever be in the same room, let alone even get along. She helped us learn the tools we needed for our dogs to be successful. After 8 sessions our dogs are doing great with door manners, a long stay, coming when called and more. She has taught us fun games that allow the dogs to use their noses to find scents, while also tiring them out. I recommend AJ to anyone in need of help with dogs who already are great, but have a few quirks to workout. And I highly recommend AJ to anyone with new pups in the house. Bailey was enrolled in the Advanced training program on 04/20/2026. Bailey was returned to me in a deplorable physical and emotional condition on 05/18/2026. He had pressure sores and scabs on his elbows and back legs, swelling on his left elbow, redness on both elbows, a rash across his belly, and was visibly afraid to eat or even move. This was not a dog returning home healthy and happy after training. This was a dog who appeared physically injured, emotionally distressed, and fearful. What haunts me most is what happened after we got him home. Every time we walked past his bed, Bailey would look at us with fear in his eyes. He seemed afraid to move, afraid to eat, and completely unlike the confident, trusting dog we had dropped off. What is most disturbing is that multiple employees interacted with him during his stay, yet no one contacted me to inform me of his weight or to discuss changes they observed, or recommend any intervention. According to management, wellness checks are a daily process and weight checks are done once a week, which only makes this failure more alarming. I immediately sent an email with pictures as soon as we arrived home. On 05/20/2026, I spoke with Brooklyn regarding Bailey's condition. During that conversation, she offered to reimburse a veterinary visit and stated that she would escalate the matter to the Regional Manager. Days passed and I heard nothing. On 05/26/2026, I had to send another email because no one had followed up with me. Only after I reached out again did Janae, the Regional Manager, finally contact me. Despite my detailed conversation with Brooklyn and two detailed emails explaining exactly what happened, Janae asked me to retell the entire story from the beginning. As a devastated pet owner, it felt less like an investigation and more like having to repeatedly justify why I was upset. During our conversation, I asked Janae a simple question: How would you feel if your dog were returned to you in the same physical and emotional condition as Bailey? Her response was that she would need to take several factors into consideration before answering. That answer spoke volumes. Any loving dog owner knows the truth. If your dog came home with pressure sores, scabs, swelling, rashes, visible fear, and a dramatic change in behavior, you would be heartbroken. You would be angry. You would want answers. Perhaps the most shocking part of the conversation was when Janae explained that Club K9's policy is not to contact pet parents until a dog has lost 8% or more of its body weight. The discussion then shifted to calculating whether Bailey's weight loss met that threshold. Think about that. Rather than discussing why Bailey's condition was allowed to deteriorate to the point where he returned home with visible physical injuries and emotional distress, the focus became whether he had lost enough weight to trigger a notification. To make matters worse, Club K9 later offered four private lessons to help "rebuild trust" between Bailey and me. Bailey and I never had trust issues before Club K9. The suggestion that our bond somehow needed repairing after his stay there only reinforced how dramatically his behavior had changed. I also paid for their Advanced Training Program, which included off-leash training. Despite that, Bailey was clearly not prepared for off-leash walking when he returned home. Between Bailey's physical condition, his emotional state, the complete lack of communication during his stay, the delayed response from management, and a policy that apparently allows significant decline before pet owners are notified, I have completely lost confidence in this company. Our dogs are family members. Bailey trusted the people responsible for his care. So did I. Both of us were let down. I have attached pictures of Bailey.
