    I've been a loyal PetSmart member from the day I didn't have a dog (I used to come here to buy gifts for my cousin's dog) until I owned one. And the way they solve the problem is quite bad and I am really disappointed. They said it was just a small scratch, they didn't know why my dog ​​was scratched like that even though he was completely normal before. They never apologized to me or said sorry. They explained to me that when they had just put my dog ​​on the table, they turned to see my dog's nose was bleeding and they didn't know why. And this is the 2nd time he has been injured like this after bathing at PetSmart. They blamed his nose might be dry, while I use coconut oil on the soles of his feet and nose every evening. I feel so bad for my dog becuase I trusting PetSmart's service.

    This is THE ONLY NEGATIVE REVIEW I've ever written on Yelp. Yes, it's that bad. Oh where to start. Staff? We walked in and got very curt, not outright rude, service. Whatever, I worked retail before and I get it, life sucks. Anyways later I got 4 phone calls, a voicemail and a text saying my dog was ready for pickup. Like, chill out, I'm coming. When I arrived, I was told "Your dog was antsy and I accidentally nicked him, but I cleaned him up." I saw the nick, it wasn't bleeding, looked a little pink. I said oh well accidents happen... and brought him home. Yeah I'm an idiot, yeah yeah but seriously it looked totally fine. On the way home, my mom was holding him and said he smells like he hasn't been bathed and he was shedding fur clippings like they hadn't brushed him out either. His nails were also not clipped. I gave him a bath once I got home... and the wet fur moved aside to show me all the razor burns on his stomach and under his legs... and 5 perfectly spaced bleeding holes punched into his penis, clearly electric clippers dug into his skin. He was dripping blood out of the bath, staining his fur, and kept trying to lick the area. Not only did they not do their job, they seriously injured him. He has to wear a cone until the area heals up. Seriously, you cannot fake skill. If they couldn't handle my 2-year-old, 16 pound puppy dog to the point where they injure him... they shouldn't be working in grooming. He's never been injured before, and I've gone to my share of different groomers. I didn't think to check on Yelp because I'm an idiot. I get STELLAR service at a different Petsmart that's further away from my house, and I can't believe how terrible this experience was. I repent of my wandering and I'm going back to the other one in Lawrenceville, and to the awesome groomer there, Joanna L.

    They did an amazing job with my baby. He smelled so good afterwards. His fur was soft and cut down just as I asked it to be. Will be coming back again for another service soon.

    I walked in looking for a small water fountain for our cats. I asked the cashier who greeted me, and she named the correct aisle immediately. Five minutes later, I'd sorted through all the choices -- several brands available, each of which had several different models. What was $30 at Pet Supermarket was $24 here (and it was in stock, which I can't say about the other guy) and they even accepted a competitor's coupon for $2 off a purchase of $10 or more. Better selection; better prices; and they'll take competitors' coupons. I think I like this place!

    Drove over here to buy dog food at 8:35PM and the store was CLOSED!! Their hours clearly state 9PM ... NOT HAPPY

    I hate writing bad reviews but I honestly feel so obligated at this point to inform others about…read morethe lack of professional communication as well as the misinformation. Scheduled my appointment with her spoke with her on the phone, spoke with her via text and all the times I communicated with her I mentioned numerous of times about matting and how badly matted my dog was due to me just having a baby we had to hold off on the groomers expense. I stated this to her and she mentioned she would be able to demat him no problem. Never asked for pictures never communicated that it could be a possibility that she wouldn't be able to do it. Etc. Instead, she secured my appointment and waited until the day of when I arrived to tell me that she wasn't going to be able to demat him due to liability concerns. I feel like it was a load of crap because she waited until the day of the appointment, have me drive all the way to her just for her to tell me she won't be able to do it. I reached out to her via text because thats how we've been communicating and I stated my concerns to her regarding how I felt as a client and she didn't respond which says enough to me. I sent Hachii to his vet and other groomers and no one had an issue with grooming him, it was finding a groomer with a reasonable price, which we were able to do, by the way. And Hachii is doing fabulous and looks so good and we're so happy to have him back in good condition. Just wish she would of told me to send pictures in prior to his appointment of his condition before having me drive all the way to her just to turn me away.

She not only does a FANTASTIC job with grooming, but provides a low stress and clean environment for the dogs. She is personable, attentive, professional and fairly priced. We cannot recommend her services enough!
