Does this looked like trimmed nails?
    Megan T.

This store deserves -0 stars My dog got a hair cut (basic level) plus oatmeal shampoo for $50 total. We got home and his nails weren't trimmed, and his ears were dirty. What a rip off. Basically don't come here. Go to a local owned store that would take way better care of your dog.

It was fine a little small and crowded but staff was wonderful and we found what we needed

Dead fish in one tank, I was too discussed to take ice of all the others and the live ones feeding on the dead ones.

I was so disgusted by this store. I went there to replace fish that I lost in February. I walk to the fish department and start looking what I saw was horrible. In every tank there were multiple dead fish. There were fish eating dead fish. This location should not be allowed to have any live animals. Needless to say, I did not purchase any of the fish as I have no idea how are why so many dead fish would be in a tank. I feel bad for all the animals in this store. I won't be back. And definitely don't take your children here. Edit.. I contacted the corporate office and they seemed a bit concerned about this. I was told that I would get a call within 24-48 hours. Less than an hour later I received a call from a woman named Deborah from another store. I have no idea what her position is but, she did not care in the least. I told her I had pics of this. She also explained to me that they scoop the dead fish it before the store opens, but, if that's true I wonder why by early afternoon there are s many dead. I expressed my concern about the other live animals in the store and Tony the associate that after looking at dead fish for more than 5 minutes (no big deal except for all the dead fish I was looking at). Walks by me and says "can I help you". I said I was looking to buy fish. He promptly got on the phone and ignored me., then walks to the back room and didn't return until I had walked around the store looking at the other live animals. This was even more disturbing. I politely asked his name and said thank you and left. Deborah remember her? She told me that he was on the phone getting trained. She said she spoke with him however, I have my doubts . Please read the reviews for these stores . I wish I had but, had been going there for many years with only minor issues not worth reporting. Please don't contribute your money to this company so they can not care for any live animals! And please read the reviews first. So Deborah, with all on your lame made up excuses and the attitude that you really don't care about these living creatures. The corporate office can award you for loosing not only myself as a customer, they can blame you for many more. On and you told me I was not allowed to take pics in the store. Where is that posted? And you video tape everyone that comes in the store. Yeah ok. But, Tony watched me take the pics I did and said nothing, So what's the actually company policy Deborah? Never mind you most likely wouldn't tell the truth anyway. This pic is just of one tank at this store, I have many more and not just of fish. I would say DO BETTER, but we all know you will DO NOTHING.

This is after a $15 "nail grind!"
    Tara E.

We have been going to PetSmart for years for my rescue pit/lab Tripod with NO issues. I scheduled an appointment for a bath and nail grind last week and was phoned TWO hours before my appointment today. They said they couldn't get her in until next week. I asked if there was another groomer who could take her and Bethany flipped out and told me I needed to speak to her manager, so she transferred me. The manager said I could bring my dog in today. When i got in the check in person checked her out and said it would be several hours due to new protocols; I told her that was fine. I got a call TWENTY minutes after i dropped her off saying I needed to come get her. They said she was soaking wet (I told them to just towel dry her) and that they couldn't grind her nails because i took two people (BTW i saw THREE people there, none of which wore masks). She said she took her to ban field next door and they did it but they clipped too short on a nail and it was bleeding. They also said my dog tried to bite the person... this is a dog that was literally tortured for years and used for breeding before she was rescued. She has NEVER snapped at a human. Ever. When I picked her up, she still had the same length of nails and they didn't even brush her!! She smells like wet dog. BEWARE! Do not take your baby here.

This is for the appointment of grooming that I set up. The staff was courteous despite my dog being a nervous wreck. The cashiers however aren't the friendliest, I don't know if that's just what I think. The only cashier I typically get along with is this older woman with white hair who's really sweet and nice tempered; I've not seen her in a while however.

My dog came out looking like dolby. And they made me reacheduel the first day because fatty lard was tired

From start to finish, Meranda & her team were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and communicative. We received regular updates, photos, and progress reports, which gave us so much peace of mind while Mochi was away. It was clear he was in great hands and being trained with care and consistency. What really stood out was how intentional they were about involving us in the process. They made sure we understood the training, practiced with Mochi, and felt confident continuing everything at home so the results actually stick post-board and train. Mochi came home happier, more confident, and so much better behaved - and we feel empowered as owners, not left guessing. We highly recommend Night and Day K9 to anyone considering professional training. Worth every penny!

With the puppy management training it really helped out with the beginning months, and I'm so satisfied with the results I'm booking for the whole package and can't wait for my precious khaleesi to start a doggy boot camp. I highly recommend might and day k9 training.

He is incredibly smart, compassionate, and truly understands that every dog is unique. He tailored the training specifically to our dog's needs, using a very gentle yet highly effective approach. You can tell he genuinely cares about the dogs he works with -- it's not a one-size-fits-all method, and that made all the difference. Our dog responded so well to Justin and his training methods. On top of his excellent training skills, he's also a fantastic dog photographer! He captured some beautiful moments that we will cherish forever. (I included some pics he took in this review!) I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a thoughtful, skilled trainer. We would definitely work with him again if ever needed. 10/10 recommend using him.

We were afraid to let them be in the same room together due to the size difference - when they were in the same room, it was basically gladiator warfare! We chose to board and train them together with Justin for two weeks while we went on an overseas trip. We were absolutely shocked at the progress Justin made with them in a few short days. The pups are totally integrated and we are all finally able to relax in the same room together. Until Justin came along, we were sure this was going to be a forever issue. Aside from the integration, Justin really listened to what our concerns were for training and was able to address each and get us moving in the right direction. He approaches training with love and always with the intention of strengthening your bond with your dog and teaching how to behave so that your dog can live it's best life and have as many adventures with you as possible. It's evident that Justin loves his work and loves and really gets to know each dog. We got great updates every day on how things were going and what he was working on with them. He's also an amazing photographer and we have so many gorgeous puppy portraits that he took. Best decision we ever made to use Justin and Modern Dog to help us with our boys. We just got them back yesterday and they are already more calm, having loads more fun and happy boys!

We do not abuse the leash laws, but when there's an empty field or when we take them to the lake house we let them off-leash and they listen to my husband and me, even around ducks! At our last session, Shawna took us to a park to work on distractions and we received so many compliments on how well-behaved River and Dahlia were... when just a few weeks before we were so embarrassed to take them anywhere. Shawna and Reid were both patient and loving toward our girls. They got excited every time they arrived and whined every time they left. Nancy, the trainer for the DFW area came yesterday to work with Selene, and I am beyond pleased with our progress already. Nancy gave us so much wonderful information about why Selene was behaving the ways she was, and gave us simple ways to take back leadership from her. Nancy was out for three hours with us, and we are already having great results. Our poor pupper was attacked twice by the same two dogs and it completely changed his behavior. He just lost trust in other dogs and became aggressive when he would come across another dog. We didn't know how to reverse this behavior and that's when we started researching on dog training. My fiancé found Off Leash, watched all of the videos on their training and we decided to go for their 8 week program. We started with the trainer Brandon and he was wonderful. He really took the time to let Angus get comfortable with him and showed us several commands that had us in awe. Brandon was no longer going to be available on Saturday's so we were going to be switching with Sarah. Brandon observed her for a few session and then she was solo. It was the same service all across the board. The last 2 or 3 sessions, we went to dog parks but just to walk around them, allowing Angus to get familiar with being around other dogs, and how to control his behavior. This has honestly made a HUGE difference with our pupper! The training doesn't stop even though we're done with the program. We're now able to walk off leash with him around the complex and he can place anywhere we point to. We still have to work on getting Angus to be more relaxed when coming in contact with other dogs but we're very confident that we have the proper tools to get him there!
