As far as the store goes, they would get a 2 from a 3 since I have ordered for pick up and they have either given me a wrong item or substituted without informing me. The last time I ordered the ice cream and also some doggy cleaning wipes. When I picked up my order the staff took out my order from the freezer which made sense for ice cream. But the cleaning wipes were frozen and once I thawed it out: there was no using the product since the wipes have dried up more. Lastly, If this was up to pet smart grooming --I would've rated a one star since Vanessa who was young and now seems she's a manager refused to groom My dog claiming he was under medication which he wasn't. I was suggested to use petsmart hemp style treats so that he remains calm which is marketed for said reasons. She stated that's consider sedation and that they have to cancel my appt after waiting over a month. As a healthcare worker and married to a nurse--sedation is different than what Vanessa was stating. Also why would Petsmart sell a product that is specifically meant for calming your pet for grooming--but yet; pets are denied service. In no way shape or form was my dog "sedated". In fact, he was calmer than usual and playful. I find it her service could have been better. But that is why I groom him elsewhere.

I can't take him to get groomed elsewhere because my dog won't allow it and is extremely traumatized. I don't know what they did to him here, but I don't recommend anyone bring their dog here for those types of services unless they have a good lawyer. I'd like to file a suit against them for what I have to deal with today. It's not fare to me or my dog at all. Pay the extra money and take your dog elsewhere PLEASE

I have a doodle puppy and she's pretty picky and the owner approached me and asked what I was in for and gave me a lot of informative knowledge on my dogs diet and even gave her some freeze dried minnows to try when I said I wasn't sure what she liked. Bri was super informative and showed me multiple products that my puppy could like, she was also super knowledgeable and took the time to fully acknowledge everyone walking in while maintaining conversation with me. It's a woman owned franchised location They offer self service dog washes, and only sell clean ingredient products, she addressed many of the customers by name and overall made me feel super welcome as a first time Customer. She hooked me up with some goodies for my puppy Ruby and even gave me a coupon for a free dog wash which I greatly appreciated! They have a good selection of toys, treats, specialty items, food, and they specialize in raw foods for dogs. They have a whole refrigerated section and we were impressed by the variety of items across the store. They also have a self use dog wash. The staff was friendly and offered our pup some treats and asked if we needed any help. We ended up leaving with some treats and some "beauty" items for our dogs long coat. This is a nice addition to the area, and while we were there many people were coming by with their dogs.

We also did training there with Heidi from Canefida and she's great. Super patient, easy to talk to, and really knows what she's doing. She explains things in a way that actually makes sense and you can tell she cares about the dogs and the owners. Lobo loved her and was always excited to go to class. Lobo's take: "bath was questionable... treats made up for it. training was solid, I'm basically a professional now." Overall just a really good spot. Good products, good people, and a nice place to train your dog too.

On certain days the employees take the cats out of their cages so you can play and interact with the felines. They have lots and lots of animal supplies for every pet, including dogs, cats, fish, hamsters, birds, lizards, snakes, and tarantulas.
