Lost distance for accuracy. I can live with that but have used it 8/10 times out and can't keep the ball in the fairway. Would hit 10 out of 14 fairways with my older driver. Loft was also changed to 9.5 from 10.5. Waist of money and time. Better off just hitting a few yourself than having someone there fit you. Went back to the old club.

I was looking for an item that the app had said was in stock at this location. A worker assisted us in searching for the size so was looking for. I went in…read moreknowing the data that spit out on your swing and all of the customizations that they can do to try and fit you for the right club. A little bit about myself: I'm not the best golfer. I shoot in the 100s and I know I have flaws in my golf game. Glen, the guy who runs Cool Clubs at Kohr Golf, is super knowledgeable about golf and club fitting. He took a look at my driver swing and immediately told me my money would be spent better elsewhere (a.k.a. you need to take lessons, dummy). He was really nice and diplomatic about it too! He didn't try to sell me anything. He gave me friendly pointers on my swing in general and also gave me little tips. It ended up being a short, impromptu lesson in my eyes. They use a Trackman so you can see all your swing statistics (club head speed, ball speed, attack angle, etc.) if you're into that thing. The facility is in-to-outdoor, meaning you can actually see your ball flight which makes a big difference. All of this ended up being a very positive experience and I highly recommend Glen and Cool Clubs. I'm going to be taking those lessons soon at Kohr Golf and I will be sure to visit again for that driver fitting with Glen.

They had carts, and hills, and traps you could work from, and putting greens. They also had this wonderful driving range, grass or turf, that had pins out yonder, so you could actually shoot for goal. Made the experience very good and rewarding. Nice shop, and while I wanted a set of Ben Hogan irons, I settled on a set of Toski irons... they were fitted, and that process too about two hours. However, if you're looking for any other teams, or a selection of college hats, you're going to be mostly SOL unless you're trying to get a UMASS, BU, or BC hat. The staff is really friendly though and they're patient with you if you're taking forever to decide between a couple hats, but the selection is extremely limited compared to other areas of the country. But if you live in Boston, what are you doing wearing hats of any other team other than the Sox, Bruins, C's, and Pats anyways?
