Phase 1: Get to the parking lot. Phase 2: Find the entrance (it's in the back of the building). Phase 3: Go in and enjoy tasty beer! It's warm, brightly lit, and welcoming inside. They have a nice variety of beers, and I really enjoyed their selection of darker ales. Inside seating is limited to some seats at the bar and a few tables, but there's more space outside in nicer weather. There's also 2 additional bathrooms beyond the one in the main area, down the hall. It's a good place for small to medium sized groups to get together for drinks and conversation.

Nice brewery, great beer, always a healthy selection in the tap room and the to-go case. If I had a complaint there is only one register so we had to wait in line for 15 minutes to get a refill.

We stopped in the Barrel Aged Father's Day , and the place was packed. They have a nice outdoor area with picnic tables, chairs and games. There was not an empty seat, so we had to sit inside. The inside was also crowded. To order beers we had to order at the bar, and there was one person, so the line was consistently 8 to 10 customers, but he did not rush through the process and shared recommendations. They were BBQ specials for Father's Day. My husband and I split the Dad Platter- ribs, pulled pork, hot sausage, coleslaw and a side of mac & cheese. All of the food was very good and the meat was tender and fell off the rib bone. They had a good mix of beers, sours, ales, and IPAs. My husband enjoyed the mango beer, On Father's Day cases of beer were 20% off. A great brewery to enjoy beers and a welcoming atmosphere,

My husband and I love coming here. There is a great space for kids to play Mario kart and pinball. They also have board games too. Super cute back area so hangout. They frequently have food trucks that park outside and dogs are allowed in the patio. We like the rotating beer. If you like IPAs they make some good ones. There are some sours, but not a lot of experimental beers with other flavors. They serve seltzers too for those who don't like beer and also have non alcoholic beer as well. Their merch is also super cute and isn't tacky looking :)

Phase 3 creates solid fall flavored beers to get you into the seasonal spirit. Staff was kind to provide us samples before we ordered a pint. While sweet, the bushel of apples is very drinkable especially when enjoyed on the outdoor patio. We came on a Saturday where there was a food tent set up for snacks.

Coming this way it was luck we found out about this brewery. It's hidden away from the main roads in a warehouse area so it wasn't easy to get to. Phase 3 is a good place to hang out in Lake Zurich. Even though it's not close to anything else. There's a chill relaxing feeling about it and the prices are okay. A place like this would be unknown without looking up breweries on Google Maps. It's not where one thinks a brewery would be for sure. This is amongst a bunch of boring looking warehouses. Actually come to think of it, this describes many of these smaller breweries. This one is located off Donata Court east of town. Had a few beers. It's about $5 a pint. That's a pretty good price. All were good. The best was the P3 Pils. Also has cans to go. There's not much in the way of food but they have popcorn. Good place to hang a bit. It's not easy to find, which is the bad thing about it. There's also events like live music, trivia, and whatever.

Phase 3 Brewing continues to be a favorite brewery in our area. Their beers are always good and they are always producing something new to keep customers on their toes. I was happy to see them introduce some weekend food pop ups! I love coming here to grab a casual drink, catch up with family, or playing some games. They've recently rearranged the back space to be more child friendly with a video game/soft seating area on top of their pinball machines.

Phase 3 Brewing's TDH Triple Pixel Density.

I first discovered Phase 3 Brewing when we were all much closer to the covid lockdown. I was fortunate to try one of their beers then and then much later I got to try a different beer of theirs. The beer types were the same but both offered a different perspective in flavor which I appreciated. Both beers were IPA'S but in the end each one brought something different to the table. I remembered the beers distinctly despite some time between the two but it also helped making notes because I do love my beer adventuring. The Rule of Thirds was the first Phase 3 beer I had. It was a double New England IPA and I really enjoyed it for it's unique flavor. Flavor highlights that I picked up with this particular beer is a smooth, earthy flavor along with that IPA kick of hops. The maltiness contributed to much of the smoothness of this beer drinking experience. The next beer was also a New England IPA. This one was called TDH Triple Pixel Density. This pixelated design associated with this beer can art also fondly reminds me of the brewery's signature logo of a pixelated Hummingbird... which of course I had to buy a t shirt of from the brewery... This Triple New England IPA was also a good one. This aromatic beer has a creaminess to it along with citrus flavor in dry hopped style. Good experience with this brewery and despite having that pixelated Hummingbird t shirt I already have my eye on a different t shirt. This brewery seems to know how to keep drawing me back for more business!

Really great brewery. Some breweries have a signature element: these guys use fruit. So many amazing options but their Smoothie Hard Seltzers are amazing. I drank sour beer and then went to the smoothies. Do I have a favorite? Several of them. Jungle Cats and R & R were amazing. Interconnected was an amazing NE IPA that we loved. Nothing I would change, one of the best and unique breweries I have been too.

Another great brewery has been found. This one stands out as it is OPEN on Monday! They offer food from Kooker's takeout and delivery that's just down the street. You may also bring your own food. Do not leave without trying their smoothie hard seltzers in delicious fruit flavors. They are 5% abv and very refreshing. Indoor seating and outdoor seating both are available. They keep the tables very clean. Plenty of hand sanitizer for your use. Step up to the bar and place your order. They will bring your drinks to you.

    LULZ Smoothie. Yum!

We had a fantastic visit over Mother's Day weekend, at Phase Three. I enjoyed tasting the LULZ smoothie, Things we don't say and P3 Pils. However, we left with several more cans to try at home. I typically like a Pilsner or lighter fruity flavored drinks but with P3 I'll try it all, as they are all so good. The team here, especially Efron, went out of their way to warmly welcome us and answer any questions we had. As others have shared, everyone here is just so nice. The openness of the tasting areas and outdoor seating make this a fun and relaxed atmosphere that is inviting and uniquely decorated. You can purchase their great P3 merch here as well, including drinkware and jewelry. I look forward to returning and sitting outside or catching a food truck day.

Super nice place to go to. Nice atmosphere and reasonable prices. I bet you will enjoy their beer list. You can bring your food there, which is cool. Plus one guy comes there to make fresh pizza. I definitely recommend.

Hot fresh fries and beer are the best.

Perhaps the best beer in Chicagoland! We visited today and tried two different IPAs, the Just Use Your Wings Winter Double IPA 7.5% and the Blue Hour Vermont style IPA 8% alcohol. The taproom is small but nice. The brewery was nicely lit for visitors. The Blue Hour is a classic IPA very very nice and I drank with a cheeseburger which was sublime. Having drunk IPAs for 10 years, this is one of the best. Very good flavor. The Just Use Your wings was so nice with nachos and salsa.

The staff is friendly and decor is nicer than average as well -- with a large selection of drink at fairly reasonable prices. The only minor downsides are that the bar is basically in front of the door, so when there's a line to get a drink, this does disrupt traffic flow a bit. For the size of the facility, the amount of restroom facilities seems a bit low, but this wasn't an issue during my visit despite the entire main dining room being full. Finally, the setup of the main dining room can get quite noisy when full, so patrons may need to move to the bar area or outside to easily have a conversation. This is probably due to the setup of the space, without any way to really disperse or absorb sound. Also be aware that there is no food served here, but they often have food trucks stopping by. There are a good number of nearby options to pickup from within 3 to 8 minutes though. Overall, solid spot to visit for a drink and hangout with friends. They also have events like live music, bingo, and trivia on a regular basis as well.

The main…read morereception hall features a large stone window behind the wedding party table, and there is a patio just outside that overlooks the water, which makes for a gorgeous setting. While Wild Onion is clearly a great venue for events, it is also a restaurant and brewery, so I am focusing this review more on the food and dining experience. We ate here for my cousin's wedding rehearsal dinner and were seated in a red carpeted room connected to the main reception hall. Unfortunately, this space felt out of place compared to the rest of the venue. It did not match the elegant vibe of the main hall and was a bit dark and dingy, which was somewhat off-putting at first. Service-wise, our waitress was wonderful. She was sweet, personable, and had a fun, upbeat personality that helped improve the overall experience right at the beginning. For my meal, I ordered the Kickin' Chicken Sandwich ($17). It is a hand-breaded chicken breast topped with honey garlic sauce, pepper jack cheese, bacon, chipotle mayo, and fried jalapenos. The sandwich had a really nice balance of flavors and was easy to eat, but despite the name, it was not spicy at all. I enjoyed it, though I did find the portion a bit small, and it did not fill me up. I chose cheese curds as my side, and those were a highlight. They were crispy, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Also, because I am currently pregnant, I had an absolutely delicious mocktail. I sadly don't remember the name of the one I ordered, but I am here to say that it had a good balance of flavors. Overall, Wild Onion has a large menu with a wide variety of options, along with many different side choices, some for an additional charge. There truly is something for everyone. While the rehearsal dinner space itself was not ideal, the food, service, and overall selection still made for a positive experience.
