    Service was cool. Fries was good. There's wasn't really a menu, like the one there was poorly hand written.

Not only did I not receive what I paid for, but when I called the restaurant, the response was dismissive at best. The first person I spoke with told me I had to wait for the manager. When the manager got on the line, she explained they "had no lids for the cheese sauce" and had to send someone out to get more. My immediate thought was: if there are no lids, how did ranch sauce get packaged just fine? Her explanation was that they "substituted an extra ranch for the cheese." With all due respect, ranch is not an acceptable substitute for cheese, and customers should be given a choice in that situation. What made it worse was her tone rather than apologizing and offering to make it right, she spoke harshly, said "it was not our intention not to give you your cheese sauce," then abruptly told me to "have a nice day" before hanging up. I normally wouldn't make an issue over a side item, but this has become a pattern in fast food: customers are charged for extras, not given what they paid for, and expected to just accept the loss. It's frustrating, and it's not about the cost, it's about the principle. If businesses expect customers to keep coming back, they need to respect the fact that people work hard for their money and deserve to receive exactly what they've paid for.

A child (around 9-11 years old) came and unlocked them a few minutes later. We were the first customers there. After ordering, we sat down and found the table covered in grime. I went to get a high chair for my son, and two of them were stuck together because they were so dirty. Then we went to get drinks, and the soda machine had old syrup buildup all over it. The child appeared to be related to an employee and was handling items in the dining area. We watched him drop the salad tongs on the floor, then place those same tongs back into the salad bar. We immediately told an employee and got a refund for the salad bar. He said he would talk to the child, but the contaminated tongs and salad were left out. The child then got in another customer's personal space while talking to him, and that customer eventually requested a refund and left. When our food came out, it was the wrong order. The food itself tasted okay, but after everything we had already seen, it was hard to feel comfortable eating there. The bathrooms weren't awful, but for us being the first customers of the day, they should have been much cleaner. Overall, this place appears poorly managed, unsanitary, and unprofessional. The decline of KFC is due to decrease quality, increase price, and poor customer service. The quality of their fried chicken has declined. Not only are the chicken pieces smaller, they are more soggy, and the batter doesn't even stay on the chicken. The chicken I got on this day was a disaster. The drumsticks were split open. How did they even do that? KFC doesn't have many special deals either. Their best deal is the 8 piece special for $10 on Tuesday. This is a really great deal except sometimes you don't get 8. They gave me 7 pieces (2 thighs and 5 drumsticks) on this occasion. Customer service is where all fast food chains can improve, especially KFC. Most of the time, service is really slow. Stores are closing suddenly and unexpectedly without any notice.

There were 5 people on the team working and still the food was not ready in a timely manner. If I owned this store I would definitely fire whoever is in charge of training.
