They were able to talk with the leasing company, and handle the paperwork. Bianca gave great customer service answering my questions and provided a great experience overall--amazing to work with. There was a situation at the end where they had to go with a lower offer that was discussed prior on the phone with Trevor(before seeing the car) than the price discussed in person after inspecting the car which was very confusing especially after all the paperwork was signed, but besides this situation, it was a positive experience. As of 1.28.25 I learned that the vehicle was sold to me under false/fraudulent pretence. 2019 M4CS had an original bad wrap that covered all the damages. For that reason, Jerry Fontaine knocked off $1500 off the price. That was a red flag; however I had no reason to believe I was dealing with an unethical car dealer owner. Mr. Malcolm Phillips after learning about the damage on the entire car, he was very unprofessional, and refuse to honor and do the right thing. I had a professional shop, Diamnd Auto Salon do a report & video of the extensive damage of the car. The car has a safety failure issue as well. I could never sell a car knowing it's not safe & extensive damage. I highly discourage any prospective buyers from purchasing from this dealer. The owner is clearly unethical. The salesperson, as nice as he was originally, he witnessed the bullying conversation I had originally with the general manager, Michael Alibrando. He was inappropriate & condescending. Mr. Phillips (owner) admitted that Mr. Alibrando has difficulty communicating with business women. I had 2 witnesses during both conversations with the general manager and owner Malcolm Phillips. Both men have no regard for women entrepreneurs. It's unfortunate, however, I document everything. read more

Ok, Newport Beach is a very affluent area so a dealership that is a stones throw away from dealerships pushing Maseratis and Ferraris looked like a place that would take 1 look at me and ask me to get the trash on my way out. Man was I ever wrong! Phillips Auto is the epitome of class, patience and no pressure sales. I called about a beautiful Porsche 911 Carrera S and Mike capably answered all my questions. There was no pressure to come in, no pressure to test drive or gimmicks to get me to drive in. I set an appointment for a few days out and when I was able to come in, Mike met me in the showroom and gave me a moment to take in the sight of all the incredible machines in the show room. Pristine examples of iconic machines from several high end manufacturers dotted the showroom and spilled out into the lot. After letting me have my kid in a candy store moment, we got right to looking at the Porsche 911 that I had come to see. Mike let me take my time, we drove the car, he answered all my questions and a few signatures later I was driving off in one of their (now my) pristine 911's. It's been about a week now and I still find excuses to go outside to look at the car. I am super happy with my first Porsche and even happier that I was able to discover Phillips Auto!
