I sold my car to Phillips Auto back in May 2025. In July 2025 I received five toll road citations from the car I sold to them! First, how long does it take a dealership to get the car out of my name with the DMV? Second, what criminal did they sell my car to that would drive on toll roads on five separate occasions without paying? I called Phillips Auto and all they said was they sold my car to someone else and I have to take time out of my life to provide proof of DMV transfer to the Toll Roads. The whole point of selling my car to a dealership is to avoid situations and headaches like this. Now I have to fill out forms from the Toll Road to dispute each of the five citations and provide DMV proof. What a headache and waste of my time. I would not sell or buy another car from Phillips Auto. Please save the trouble and go to another dealership. Very unprofessional for a dealership that handles high end luxury cars. I recommend going through AAA. I sold my BMW to a private party through AAA and the title was transferred instantly releasing me of all liability. read more

My wife and I have purchased several vehicles over the years from Phillips Auto: a 2020 MBZ E-class, a 2011 Porsche Cayman, a 2014 Chevy Corvette, and a 2003 Porsche 911. We used to dread car shopping but now we are always excited Phillips Auto doesn't have junk fees, they don't hard sell you, they will advise you on ways to protect your investment (bumper to bumper warranty for example which we are glad we invested in because it saved us thousands of dollars in protecting our multiple investments with peace of mind), they don't make you sit in the office half the day to do paperwork. We always are in an out in no less than 2 hours. I have to say you might experience VIP treatment at Phillips Auto (this is a good thing) because they love their customers and they really go the extra mile, here's what I mean. Most recently Michael Alibrando helped us with a purchase (Mike Aziz was out of town). Our purchase we had a road hazard on the way home due to debris on the ground 3 other vehicles pulled over with a flat tire as well and Michael Alibrando had his assistant Harry Robertson next day hand deliver 2 brand new tires to us with a check for $100 to get the new tires installed. Side note: Car tires are considered "incidentals" which is just a fancy word for consumables that are the fiscal responsibility of the car owner and this is not the norm nor the responsibility for a car dealership to do something like this in fact it's unheard of.
