So they finally showed up. They went to the wrong house. I had to chase the guy down the street and tell him he had the wrong address. He came in and looked at it and left - didn't speak much English. So they made me wait 8 days, after no showing twice, just to look at the fridge. Then we had to wait another week. She took 3 days just to call me and set up a time to repair. We scheduled for Tuesday between 12 - 4 Pm. I took off work. I set up time to be home. Monday at 10:30 am the same guy shows up to do the repairs. Of course the fridge was still plugged in and not dried out. I was about to unplug the fridge when he stopped me and said "no need." No need? You're going to work on electrical wires with the fridge still plugged into the wall? Then, he plugged his equipment in and blew a fuse in the kitchen. I said, "you probably blew a fuse I just have to find the box" (we just moved in). And he keeps repeating in broken English "why power no work, I can't fix with no power." The guy repairs appliances and he didn't know what fuses and a fuse box are. I swear I have never seen such an incompetent difunctional repair service in my life. How are they still in business? Unbelievable. If I could give them negative stars I would. For the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks I have had to cancel on clients and rearrange my entire schedule because of these morons who can't manage a schedule and don't even know that you're supposed to unplug equipment before tampering with wires. I'm beyond appalled. And if I call to complain I'll get a mouth full of excuses from the manager and no apology. Nothing. How do places like this stay in business? read more

We live very close to this place so when we needed to replace our washing machine I went in here to look at what they had. They were not only having a sale on washers but there were some pretty good rebates out there if you bought a low energy usage model so I got a Maytag washer for about $400 as I recall and we got about $150 back in rebates, one from SDGE and the other from someplace else, don't remember if it was Maytag or some other government agency. The washer didn't last as long as I thought it would for being a Maytag but we probably got our money's worth out of it. I believe the delivery charge was $35 at that time and since we live only about a block away I went ahead and arranged for that to save my husband the effort and trouble of having to load and unload it. I think the installation was included in the delivery and we had no problem with that. We bought our Whirlpool washer with a Home Depot Repair Warranty and they assigned us Phillip's Repair. It took a week to get an appointment, the tech came (was punctual at least), was quite rude, spent 25 minutes "fixing" the washer and left. When we tried to run a load later, the same problem occurred. I called the company asking for a tech to come back today and was told there is no availability despite the fact the problem was not resolved. At this point, I am calling Home Depot to let them know and will just pay for someone to come promptly and fix my washing machine. I guess you get what you pay for, right? read more

Unfortunately, I called to have an estimate done on my broken microwave door that was just beyond warranty from a kitchen remodel install a few years back. I called a warranty number that verified my microwave to be beyond that warranty and so they gave me this number to schedule an estimate. This was my biggest mistake. I just assumed that since I was referred this number that all would end well. Ten days later I never got a call back but paid the estimate fee of $70 dollars which cleared my bank the day after the estimate service call. I then made a visit to the store front to file my complaint and the lady in charge there tells me that they left a message 3 separate dates handwritten on a post which I deny as my phone is in hand. She then shows me the updated paperwork showing a need for a new door which less their estimate would cost me the price of a new microwave installed. I left with some closure but very frustrated over the lack of ethics and professionalism one would expect from any business. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Yes, these guys are as bad as their 2-star rating indicates. Home Depot sent them out to fix my LG washer when it wouldn't drain. I had already done some troubleshooting of my own, and told the technician that the drain pump seemed fine. I was skeptical when he diagnosed the problem as a bad pump. 2 weeks (!!) later, the technician finally came back with the parts, and guess what, the problem still isn't fixed. I now have a different service provider coming out, because these guys couldn't diagnose the problem correctly. My Whirlpool fridge has been under a warranty repair with this company for almost 6 months and they still have not fixed it. Every time they show up at my house they are missing parts. Had a great experience with this place. A couple of months ago My husband noticed a slow leak in our fridge. Before we spent money on a new fridge we went to this repair shop and asked them to inspect it. It turned out that an evaporation hose was clogged which was causing ice build up in the freezer to slowly drip water down into the fridge. It has been over a month since the repair man cleared the lines and the fridge is running great. The inspection and repair cost way less than buying a new fridge so we couldn't be happier. read more

These folks were dispatched by Whirlpool Extended Warranty that we have on our fridge. The tech, Erik, who came to our home was a good guy, however the communications and follow up by their office has been very poor. They are average at best, see my other reviews for others that we have used who are outstanding. I would not recommend these guys. I would have actually given them a zero, however the tech who came on site was good. It has now been three weeks and between Phillips's zero follow up as well as the Whirlpool extended warranty's red tape, our refrigerator's problem is still not fixed. Phillip's seem ok and we thought the refrigerator was repaired. Not so, next day upper part was broken too so we scheduled a followup visit through AIG Whirlpool and unbeknownst to them or us, he was unavailable for three weeks, even though an appointment was scheduled for two weeks into the three weeks. Phillips busied out their phone so you couldn't get through. I have subsequently called for a receipt and no one answers or returns the phone calls. No receipt yet and it's two months ago. Whomever helps him is not customer focused. AIG Whirlpool then sent out 1-800-appliance (Appliance Rescue). Refrigerator still broken (even worse). See that review. I read the reviews of this company and couldn't believe it could be that bad, but it was. We were put in touch with them by KitchenAid in order to fix a warranty issue with our gas range. On the 2nd visit they determined the issue by pulling the stove out and they did fix it (thats why they get 2 stars). But they refused to put the gas range back in place and left it in the middle of the kitchen. The engineer told me that he would come back with another engineer to put the stove back as he couldn't do it by himself and didn't want me to help. I called the office and asked to arrange the two people to come and put it back. They refused and said it is not their responsibility. The manager called me and confirmed that this is the case and said as long as the range is fixed, they don't need to push it into place. The manager was cold and unfriendly, and I can totally see why they have a long list of one star reviews on Yelp. Try and avoid this company if possible. read more

10/8 I was told by whirlpool extended warranty on Monday that Phillips would call and schedule within 24 hrs of the work order being submitted. I didn't hear from them so called them and they said they haven't received anything from Whirlpool. Called back the extended warranty company and they assured me they have called, left messages and sent them the work order. Called Phillips back and AGAIN the woman who answered the phone assured me she cant look me up. I need to call whirlpool again and get her a work order # to schedule. Unbelievably poor customer service experience. The person who answered the phone was most unhelpful with a really bad attitude. Wish Whirlpool would pick another local service provider. 10/9 As a follow up to my review from yesterday, called Whirlpool extended warranty and they assigned a different service provider. The new provider called within the next half hour and scheduled a service call for the following Tuesday.No work order # needed. Home Depot sent them out to fix our Maytag washer under warranty. When the Tech arrived, He was already in such a hurry to leave. Never took the time to listen to the problem. Just took down the model number to order the parts. I called them back the same day explain to them that I would be pretty upset if this does not fix the problem and I have to wait even longer. We own a BOSCH washer that on high speed spin would make a rattling noise that could be heard through out the house. Called Home Depot for warranty and they recommends Phillip's Maytag Home Appliance Center and we are happy they did! The receptionist and dispatcher was very professional and when the first technician was not able to completely resolve the problem on the first visit the owner of the company showed up to diagnose the problem, order the needed parts and installed them himself. I've read the reviews and I need to say that my experience was the opposite. Maytag had sent 3 previous technicians from another local appliance company. They each kept telling me that nothing was wrong with my Maytag washer that wouldn't drain and spin. The washer, Maytag Centennial-(purchased in Oct 2012), in a normal cycle, would fill with water, but didn't spin or drain. You had to physically turn the dial to the "drain and spin" cycle. The previous 3 techs told me that they couldn't fix it because it wasn't showing problems. What occurred each time: each tech would go to the washer, turn it on and hear it fill and then say that it did drain and spin in the drain and spin cycle. They would then get on the phone, with the Maytag service center, and would do whatever some idiot on the other part of the country would tell them to do and would tell me that it was "fixed". Meanwhile, in this drought, it would take 2 hours to do a load and would fill and spill each full load of water but wouldn't drain and spin within the cycle. I kept calling the 1-800-something to schedule a different tech, and they said nothing was wrong with my washer; so I took a video of what was occurring and sent it and got no response. I called Maytag and they hesitated to refer me to this company but I was desperate after 2 weeks of no washer. I told Phillip what was going on and that the previous techs didn't believe me that the washer was not draining and spinning. He told me he would sit through the 36 minute cycle and watch what was going on. One and a half hours later, the cycle still wasn't done but he saw that it wouldn't drain and spin. So he got on the phone with the Maytag service people and I heard them tell him to take the phone off speaker. But I still heard him argue with them that the washer was not draining and spinning and "no, he didn't find any socks", "no, the techs had already replaced that part". They didn't believe him either. They had him replace what tech #2 had put in and it still didn't work and they insisted, from across the country, that it did work. Phillip came back 3 times in two days to try different things. The office people at Phillips kept contacting Maytag for thecomputer console parts and would give me a specific day expected for the part from UPS. The parts never came. I kept calling Phillips and they would have to call Maytag again. Then we got this cryptic message on our email from Maytag indicating that the ordered part cost more than the washer and we would be getting a check to replace the washer. They didn't even bother to contact Phillips Appliance because I got a call from the office the day before Phillip was supposed to return. They had no idea Maytag was giving us a partial check for $445. We ended up going to Aztec Appliance (downtown SD), because at one point, I had a really good young tech ~20 years old (about 5 yrs ago) who informed me that if I wanted a washer to last, I needed to find a good used washer from ~15 years ago, have it refurbished, and it might last another 15 years. He also said washers are now made to only last 5 years. He also said computers and water don't mix. We should have listened to him then. So, I assumed Aztec Appliance might have a good used washer. No such luck, so we bought a new Speed Queen commercial model (with no bells and whistles, with no computer or fancy lights) and will have a 3yr warranty. It's a "turn the dial", push on/off and no computer!!! The Aztec vendor told me Speed queens are built for laundromats and have to last a number of years to be cost effective. Their showroom even has the coinbox models with coinboxes attached to the washer! SOLD! Been washing loads every day since this past Tuesday. So after hearing how the Maytag service people treat the local service people, I really can't fault this company for trying to maintain a balance of: trying hard to work with the customer, and then dealing with corporate service that put financial and service limits on what he can and can't do. Phillip impressed me because he tried several times and came after hours to try to fix my washer. He cleaned it, opened it completely and really wanted to see what I was talking about. At 5:10, I got a call and he was behind. Unfortunately we had made other plans. I asked if they would be there tomorrow. He said he would double check with the office and call me back. After waiting most of the day today, I called back. No answer the first time, it just rang and rang. Then I called back and she said they had nothing available until Wednesday of next week. (I don't know who James S. in San Francisco is but I live in San Diego.) Believe it or not, these inept people are the warranty center for Maytag (Whirlpool). First, the technician that came out to evaluate the claim was excellent. He had to get the replacement part approved by Maytag which was initially declined. He then extended himself and called another number to get the case escalated. He got the approval but it required me to call Maytag to verify as he gave me another number to call. The part was approved and confirmed when I called so I thought everything was a go. Since then I have heard nothing. I have been trying to get hold of these people for over a month, not one returned phone call. I finally spoke to someone today who informed me they don't do tubs. (Our inner "stainless steel" tub is rusting.) The guy that came out said it would be very easy to do and would take him five minutes. Now, all of the sudden they don't do tubs. They are the Maytag repair facility! I asked the person who they referred the repair to? "I don't know sir, we don't do tubs." "I apologize for the misunderstanding". I'm done with customer service people apologizing for poor service. I could have been upset but I also know customer service people can't do anything for me so it doesn't help to get upset. I will do the repairs myself rather than go to these people again. Now I probably need to start the whole process over again. I'm going ask Maytag how they select their service center. read more

Wow! Unfortunately I did not have any say in this company being assigned to fix my refrigerator. What I can tell you is that every almost review on here is extremely accurate. I believe the only reason they are in business is that they receive contracts through whirlpool or other companies to conduct repairs. When the repairman, (I think there's only one) showed up he replaced a part told me to wait three hours and it would cool down. Now I am not an AC&R guy but I do know if there's no cold air blowing into the refrigerator it's not going to get cold. I pointed this out to the repair guy several times. I waited two hours for the temperature to go down and when he left it was 62°. Two hours later it was 68°, you see where I'm going with this. To their credit I called them back after the repair guy left and told them I was not confident it was going to cool down and he did come back. He did not accomplish anything when he came back but I must say he did come back. He changed out another part and we both agreed that the refrigerator was not fixed. The repair guy was a really nice guy, however, I think this repair job was way above his scope because he seemed very perplexed. Last thing, when I called and asked the receptionist to speak to the supervisor she said " I am a supervisor". Again, she was the receptionist. I think you see where I'm going here. Listen to me please for your own good and sanity; Stay away from Phillips appliance. This company should not be in the business of servicing appliances. Deserving of the ONE STAR review. read more

The punctuality of this company is horrible. This company was contracted out by Asurion to repair my fridge under extended warranty. I scheduled my appointment 3 weeks in advance for 4/19/2019 between the hours of 9am-1pm since they can only perform Mon-Fri repairs. On 4/17/19, I was contacted last minute if they could reschedule my appointment and I informed them that I cannot since my job is not flexible. On 4/18/2019, I was contacted again if they can switch my schedule from to 9am-1pm to 2pm-4pm instead. I told them I cannot. So on 4/19/2019, I waited all morning. I later on called at 12:45pm to see the status because I am needed to go back to work at 2pm. I am told by Lisa and Kristina that the technician will not make it on time and "sorry" that they were busy in the morning. Enough from this company!! Never do business with them!!! They made the refrigerator worse than it was before. The owner, Philip came last and when he left the light stop working in the refrigerator the refrigerator still is not cold, and now they will not follow up on their work and are sending us back to whirlpool Amana, who will also get our negative review from me. I had to give a star, but it would be none if I had a choice. We waited almost 2 weeks for Chin from Phillips to come out for a service call on our oven. We were told it he would be out on Friday, November 16th and they never showed. We called the following business day they said we have it down for Friday, November 23rd. We went without an oven for Thanksgiving that we hosted. Chin then finally came out on Wednesday, November 28th. He never even pulled the oven out of the wall to access the reason for why it didn't work. The paperwork stated he checked the circuit breakers (but he never did.) He stated on this visit that it was the "mother board" and he would order it and be back to install the part. Saturday, December 15th I called and left a message since it had already been almost 3 weeks of no communication with Phillips Appliance and they called us back Monday, December 17 to give us an install date of Thursday, December 20th. We planned for time off work to be there and they called and then changed the date to Friday, December 21st. Chin showed up installed the motherboard and said he will have to order more parts and it could take 3-5 days to get the part. Mind you this will now be the second holiday with no oven and we are having house guests for 10 days. This did not set well with me, as it would not with any wife! I called Phillips 2 times always went to voicemail. Called the 3rd time someone finally Lisa answered. I explained my frustration and she came back arguing with me. I was taken back by the lack of customer service and professionalism. I requested to speak with a manager and of course she was out until the New Year. The conversation didn't go well and I asked when the other parts will be in and she stated 3-5 days or 2-4 weeks. Unacceptable! I can not believe Lowe's contracts with this business. Needless to say as soon as I asked if they get business from Lowe's she completely changed the way she spoke to me. I received a call from Lisa within 10 minutes referring us to another business that could come do the service tomorrow! Chin the repair tech from Phillips Appliance did a great job with a clogged Kitchen Aid freezer drain issue. He was polite and clean and thorough. He showed me exactly what he was doing and had several good suggestions to keep the problem from re-occurring. Also appreciated the 2 hour service window. This company was picked by the extended warranty company contracted by Pacific Sales and I'm happy with the service The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that they missed an appointment earlier in the week and then ran late on the rescheduled day and did not call me. read more

This is this worst appliance company ever! It starts bad from the time you make your first phone call and never gets any better. It takes a minimum of 3 trips before you get anything taken care of and even then they still can't fix aa refrigerator correctly. Since a refrigerator falls into the category of appliances and they have been given several chances to make it right and to date it hasn't happened that is the reason for my low rating. This company sent multiple technicians to make the repair and none of them were capable of completing the job including Phillip. Disappointed and ineffective. I think that pretty much sums up my experience, although I intend to elaborate quite a bit. Please read on.... I called Phillip's Appliance Service because there was a sticker inside the door of the ventless Bosch dryer that we use at work. I kept getting an "F03" fault, which meant there was too much water in the trap for the dryer to finish its work. Optimally, the water will evaporate as the clothes dry and the machine won't stop until finished. When you get an "F03" fault, the dryer will stop and will not start again until the water is mopped out of its innards. I called Phillip's and they came out to evaluate the issue. I was told they would have to order a sensor part, as it was probably faulty. The part arrived and was installed by Mr. Phillip himself. Within a few days, I was having the same problem and called Phillip's Appliance to tell them. They came out again and shortened the dryer's hose. Within a day or two, the same problem occurred AGAIN. So I called Phillip's Appliance...again. This time I was told to clean the lint trap, which wasn't especially dirty, but I did it anyway. No improvement. So I called them AGAIN. This time Mr. Phillip came out and poked around in the machine and decided it was user error, and that it was all my fault for using too much soap in the washer for the dryer to work properly (evidently this only happens with ventless models). So, regardless of my opinion that this was their way of stalling so they did not have to honor the warranty or their work on the replaced part, I reduced the amount of soap I was using to see if that would make a difference. It did not. I am STILL dissembling the machine at least once per load to mop out the innards with a rag. I have no intention of EVER calling Phillip's Appliance to fix ANYTHING in future. They were completely ineffective and I am out the price of an expensive part (which would have been replaced by the manufacturer under warranty, had Phillip's Appliance been prompt about returning my calls) plus 2 service calls as I declined to pay for one of them. ADDITIONALLY, the office help isn't very helpful at all. They promised to call me back twice to schedule service calls and never did. I haven't solved my ventless dryer issue yet. I'm living with it, but eventually I intend to contact Bosch and ask them for a solution, because this is ridiculous. I'd like to add that I was married to an appliance repairman for 5 years; ergo, I have some experience concerning appliance use and maintenance. I also now have experience with recognizing hogwash when it's shoveled on me repeatedly, thanks to Phillip's Appliance. UPDATE 2015: Solved my problem by using Bosch home service, which can be found at http://www.bosch-home.com/us/support.html. Now these guys are PROS! AND it comes with a warranty for parts and labor! "Unsatisfactory" is an understatement.....pretty much the WORST customer service I have ever received. The girls (2 at least, Lisa is one and I can't understand what the other girls name is...) that answer the phone are immature, unprofessional and have no knowledge of what they are speaking about when asked basic questions. They are unorganized and terrible about keeping you in the loop. I asked them to be honest with me and they flat out lied about parts being ordered. I purchased an extended warranty thru FRY'S for my washer, dryer and refrigerator. When my refrigerator stopped working FRY's told me I would get a call from a repair company within 24 hrs. It took Phillip's business 6 days before calling me to set up an appt for 4 days later. Another repair company had already determined it's compressor needed to be replaced (also thru FRY'S, but unauthorized to repair parts under manufacturer's warranty). I SPECIFICALLY asked the girl on the phone (Lisa) if the kit had been delivered and it would be installed that following appt. She said "yes"( flat out lied) and got off the phone with me quickly. Phillip himself showed up at my house, did not have the kit, plugged it in and said it's not broken. I told him it broke and everything melted and it's making a grinding noise. He said "fixed" and quickly left. It is not fixed, I've called several times to see if the part has been ordered, they give you the complete run around and it's been 2 weeks. I JUST called FRY's to tell them I have fired Phillip's Maytag Home and Appliance Center and I am now waiting for the 3rd company to call to set another appt to have my refrigerator fixed...I will be sure to tell everyone I know NOT TO USE PHILLIPS Maytag in LaMesa. It's a joke...except I'm not laughing :O( BBB will be contacted next. I suggest you give someone who is honest and works hard for business a try before you call Phillip's. Fry's has been notified that is this not a reputable business at all what so ever. Sadly, Fry's management informed me they have had several complaints about this company and knew right away who I was talking about when I just called.... Frigidaire customer service recommended this company as an authorized service center for our 2008 side load washer. A woman answered the phone quickly with a friendly tone. She asked me for the brand of our washer and after telling her that it was a Frigidaire, her demeanor suddenly changed. She wasted no time in telling me that they were three weeks out. If business is that good, maybe they should hire more technicians to handle the demand. I thanked her for her time and moved on to the next service center on the list. read more

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. Their service tech is incompetent. Their customer service (??) person Lisa gave me so many self-conflicting stories on the phone that she had to be intentionally lying to me. I would recommend everyone steer way clear of this place. They were sent by warranty co. to repair oven and refrigerator. After nearly 3 months of the parts being "on back-order" and getting a different story every time I called, the tech came to fix the refrigerator but only had half the necessary parts. And still no oven part. We contacted the warranty co. and insisted they do something different. Warranty co. terminated Phillips and sent another appliance service, who fixed both appliances in about a week. We found out the original Phillips diagnosis of our refrigerator was way off the mark, and even if Phillips had ordered the right parts the problem would not have been repaired. Believe the negative reviews! They are not a fluke! Phillips was selected by the warranty provider on a Kitchenmaid free standing gas range. The warranty repair claim call was placed on Wednesday around mid-morning. I was told I'd be receiving a call from Phillips within the next 48 hours to schedule a service call. Friday afternoon I tire of waiting and call Phillips to make the appointment. Appointment scheduled for the following Wed, time to be determined. During the initial call I describe the problem - it's a free standing range with two ovens, one top and one bottom. Same thing happens with both ovens: sometimes the fire starts and sometimes it doesn't, sometimes the fire starts but then is shut off before the selected temp is reached; on the rare occasion when the oven heats and provides a "Preheated" message then the temp is off significantly so food either undercooks or overcooks. Also, the broiler element sometimes lights and sometimes doesn't. The Phillips person says it sounds like the igniter is bad and the temp sensor is also bad then states, "We'll send parts out with the technician." I ask the Phillips person to confirm, "The technician will be coming to my house with three igniters and two temperature sensors?" Phillips tells me yes, that is the case. I also indicate my concern about the delay in scheduling a service call and how I don't want to end up with multiple service calls and waiting for parts since Thanksgiving is just around the corner. I'm told it shouldn't be a problem as the tech will show up with those parts and also tells me anything they have to order, if needed, shouldn't take more than a few days to arrive. I'm skeptical... Finally get the call on Tuesday to schedule the time... Phillips person with a very abrupt manner announces to me that my service time is between 11-1 on Wed. There's no conversation about whether that time will work for me, whether there's a time better than another... just a matter of fact announcement. Looks like I'll be taking the day off from work all day Wednesday... Technician (Chin) calls at 11:40, tells me he'll be here in 20 minutes. He shows up right on time, is very polite, listens to my description of the problem and then starts looking to see what's wrong. Looks at the upper oven igniter and assesses it to be bad and believes the broiler igniter is fine. He tells me he doesn't have all the parts (needs three igniters and two temp sensors). He shows me his tasking on his assignment sheet that clearly states to replace two igniters. He says he has two igniters but will need to order other parts and make another appointment. He tells me the parts shouldn't and next appointment shouldn't be more than one week... Oh good, Thanksgiving is next week... I'm sure this will not go well. My frustration is with the poor customer service by Phillips. I have no problems with the technician but the office staff needs improvement! Folks, customer service just isn't that difficult... Be truthful, be courteous... don't over promise, if you have the attitude of "My job would be so much easier if it weren't for all these customers," figure out a way to suppress that when you're talking with a customer. In this case I didn't choose you, you were unfortunately chosen for me but seriously, it just isn't that difficult. My advice, avoid Phillips Appliance if you have a choice! read more

I've bought several appliances here since I like to shop local. However, I haven't had a good experience with repair service. I bought a long term service contract with my refrigerator. The first problem I had was that it wasn't cold on the top shelf. It took them almost a week to come out. The repairman announced I needed a part that would take several days to arrive. The next day, the filter on the top shelf started overflowing, so we changed the filter, and the refrigerator worked fine. The second problem was it just stopped working. I called and they told me it would take several days to get to my house. They never showed up, never called. By the way, I fixed it myself by unplugging it and plugging it back in! When my mom's refrigerator stopped working I called and found a repairman who could come out immediately. This is what you want with a refrigerator. read more

After years of purchasing the warranties on appliances, I was finally able to use one. Phillip's came out, diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher, ordered the part and came back a week later to install it. The owner Phillip came out, was on time and did a great job. Phillip's Maytag was to provide me service on my 5-year extended warranty on my refrigerator. On 5 Aug 2010 the serviceman came out and determined that the fridge reqd a frame on which a drawer slid. On 23 Aug, after not hearing from them, I called them. Their grade reflects their lack of professoinalism and communications. They stated that the frame, on which the drawer rides, was "cosmetic", and, therefore was not covered by the warranty. Amazing!!! If you have a choice, use another aplliance repair service. read more
