First time there and had a delicious deluxe cheese steak. The garlic fries and chicken tenders were also great. Easy to find parking (free parking lot), and service was awesome.

Such an old school cheesesteak type of joint. Amazing!

Delicious! Our family of 4 loved our meal at Philly Ya Belly. The food came out piping hot and so fresh. You could also tell that the ingredients are well chosen. Even our picky kids finished their meal. Highly recommend. Already craving for our next visit.

Thank you Manny for your recommendation. I've had Philly for when I was in Philadelphia. Some dunked on Au jus (entire sandwich) and some make with cheese whiz. Each unique. I had the mushroom onion sandwich. I opted for white American cheese. The roll was great. Soft and fresh! I'll be back!

Soooo delish!! Customer service was so good, food came out fast and hot! Will definitely go back!

    Well this is new!

It's been a minute but once in awhile I need a good cheesesteak and Philly Ya Belly fits the bill. When I worked in Everett, this was a can't miss meal. Super good, fast and filling. Also very friendly staff. Now, the best cheesesteak I've found in the general area is Calozzi's in Georgetown. But up North of Seattle the best is Philly Ya Belly. I like Erwin's too in Everett but it always comes back to Philly Ya Belly when up here. At Philly Ya Belly, there's a large variety of beef sandwich choices from the classic to Bulgogi style as well as Pastrami, German Sausages, fries, onion rings and more. They have a lot of extras like Cheese Wiz, BBQ Sauce, Jalapeno, etc. But you come here for the cheesesteaks. For a filling lunch, get the Deluxe which has everything in it like tomato, lettuce, peppers, & mushrooms. It's a no-brainer to pay $2 extra for the Belly Buster version (more delicious meat). Fork required. I highly recommend this place for a fulfilling lunch or dinner. A sign on the door said their kitchen closes at 7:40 PM so plan accordingly.

Pretty solid cheese steak. I love that there is so much variety of different cheese steaks to choose from as well as well as extra toppings. I had the pepper onion cheesesteak. The garlic fries are also pretty solid. No lack of garlic here! The fries are also crisped perfectly. The banana pudding is also not bad! Service was friendly upon picking up my order. I definitely would come back!

    Yum!

Craving Philly Cheesesteak and found this one along the way. Service is fast. Love the cleanliness and how they decorated their place and well lighted. The one thing I wish is that the beef slices is bigger instead, but taste is good, love the mushrooms, peppers and onions on my sandwich and of course the cheese.

A little sandwich shop with plenty of parking! Me and my brother were hungry for sandwiches specifically subs. We found this place on Yelp and figured wooow Philly cheesesteaks count us in! Service was really fast you order and then receive your order within 5 mins of ordering. The cashier was very sweet and considerate brought us over some ketchup for our fries too. My favorite sandwich was the hot pastrami while my brother got the mushroom cheesesteak equally delicious but these sandwiches were worth it for the portions we were given! Definitely a must try.

I've been meaning to try this place forever but the location is kinda inconvenient to get to except by car. It's inside of a partitioned industrial building and seems to be quite popular based on the number of people I saw while eating there. I got a the bulgogi cheese steak (belly buster version which is supposed to be "larger") and the cheese fries. The fries were crispy but I would probably skip on the cheese wiz next time. As for the sandwich, the flavor was good but I couldn't really tell if it was that much bigger compadws to the regular one. Next time I'd probably just get the regular size. Service was friendly and quick.

The sandwich was great. Hot, fresh, flavorful (quite spicy - but I like it), moist, and large - about enough for 2 people. Packed with meat, cheese. onions, and peppers. I'd order here often if I lived in Seattle. The zucchini fries however were not good, especially for $12. Very bready, the slices of zucchini were too skinny, and portion size was kind of small. It was only good because it was hot and fried. But the zucchini itself had a strange flavor..kind of fishy? I would not recommend these, maybe just stick to fries but everything else was good. Sandwich - 5/5 Zucchini Fries - 2/5 I ordered online, which was fairly simple, and you pick up from a side door of the building to the kitchen in the parking lot (left side), you do not have to go inside. Pick-up service was friendly. Overall excellent sandwiches!

They double wrap the sandwich in foil and butcher paper and if you include the paper bag it comes in, you have a triple wrapped mound of yumminess! The steak is chopped finely and the Wiz is oozing all over the sandwich. They cook it to order so it is piping hot when you open it and it smells wonderful. The bun surrounds the contents pretty well but as with this type of sandwich it can get messy quickly. Definitely use caution. The sandwich was delicious, and you can tell they focus on the details that matter. For a great cheesesteak, it all starts with high-quality bread, and they absolutely nailed that. I love a classic cheesesteak so my typical order is the Philly Cheesesteak with onion, pepper, and mushroom. Belly Buster - The staff said it's about 2 oz more meat. I've seen some comments that there's no really a difference between belly buster and regular, but after having over a dozen of these I will say that it may not look different, but it's noticeable while eating. There's much less bread feeling every mouthful with the belly buster and tastes a bit more salty and flavorful. Philly Cheesesteak w/ onion, pepper, mushroom - Bread is soft and warm. Steak with onion, pepper, and mushroom is piping hot with cheese melted on top. Garlic Fries - Crispy and well seasoned with a moderate amount of garlic Fried jalapenos - You get 3, they're great if you love jalapenos. I am on a meat based diet and will sometimes have a cheesesteak as a cheat where I'll eat the meat and cheese with a fork. I love a classic cheesesteak with whiz and ordered a cheesesteak with cheese sauce and extra sauce on the side. Once you order, pick up instructions mention the kitchen is inside the IHOP on Broadway, so you find out it's a ghost kitchen after committing money. I've heard various things about ghost kitchens, some being great and others being pretty terrible. This one is just bad. I picked up my order and decided to check the bag in the car, there was no side of cheese sauce in the bag and there was also no cheese sauce on the cheesesteak. I had to go back in to request them. I'm not even sure how to describe the meat, it's basically two formed patties, like the normal sliced beef you would expect was formed in molds of some kind, there were slices of cheese that were melted, it was a dry sandwich. Even adding the cheese sauce didn't save it. It's nothing like whiz, not even like nacho cheese, it's some sad watery cheese sauce. After a couple bites I gave up and threw everything back in the bag. This was an absolute waste of time and $16. This is a lesson learned, if trying something new for the first time, order on an app where the consumer has some protection in case what you get is inedible.
