Exterior w/2 levels angle parking (7/13/26)

I've seen their signage a gazillion times driving up and down Hwy 99 between Shoreline and Everett. The Homie and I finally detoured and checked out Philly Ya Belly on Monday 7/13/26. It is located in front of an industrial business park with two levels of angled parking spots. Just exercise caution navigating the steps to the restaurant level. It's been open since 2003, but current ownership has been since last year. The owner at the front counter was very welcoming, enthusiastic and ordering was straightforward. There's one outdoor table, the rest of the seating is in the large indoor dining area. Nice, bright, clean layout with lots of seating. There's also a flat screen. I enjoyed seeing the FIFA World Cup team bracket by our booth. The condiment, napkins & compostable flatware counter area was very clean. Their menu is pretty sizable, especially adding all the customisations available. There's cheesesteaks, hot dogs, fish & chips, chicken tenders, and chicken wings, plus all of the bevs, sides, and desserts! I chose the Plain Cheesesteak and the garlic fries to share. The Homie selected the Plain Cheesesteak but upgraded to Belly Buster plus added onions and Cheez Whiz. A refreshing 500mL Mexican Coke to round out his lunch. I was surprised that our meal was brought directly to our table. I was expecting it to be called out and we claim it from the counter. We were even checked on. Going that extra mile for a fast casual spot. Glad I had tipped and received such amazing service. I was amazed by the generous amount in my packed cheesesteak, so glad this was my first meal of the day. I was able to eat this sandwich with no problem. Loved the flavor and soft roll that held all this goodness in. The Homie had to use a fork with the upgrade and additions made. It was messy, but he looked like he was in culinary heaven. We also shared and enjoyed the hot, well seasoned French fries that were tossed with fresh, minced garlic...not jarlic, lol. He deemed this better than the other cheesesteak spot in Everett near the arena. Calozzi's in Seattle/Georgetown, Tat's in Seattle/Pioneer Square, The Rebel in Seattle/Wallingford still remain faves, but this made quite the impression and a solid northend choice. Just remember to bring your appetite and if your schedule allows, dine onsite. We'll definitely be returning, especially with the recommendation to try the bulgogi beef cheesesteak!

I got the Bulgogi Cheesesteak, Spicy Jalapeño Chicken, and Garlic Fries, and they were all absolutely delicious! The Bulgogi Cheesesteak was packed with flavor, generously portioned, and very filling. The staff was patient while I decided what to order, and they prepared my order quickly and packaged it neatly in a nice to-go bag. I noticed they offer a wide variety of items on the menu. I'll definitely be back to try more of their food! The restaurant was spacious and clean, and parking was easy since they have a dedicated parking lot.

Tried this place on Tuesday evening. They were busy with a lot of pickup orders but they have plenty of seating and parking outside. From the inside the place is nice. Service was great, we went to the front to order and she suggested a lot of options and recommended the best seller and also pointed out their new chicken menu. I took the jalapenos chicken cheese steak. The order came in no time and was very fresh and tasty. The filling was huge with a lot of chicken, the bun was very fresh as well! Highly recommend to try!

I grew up eating cheesesteaks on the East Coast, so I am quite picky pertaining to cheesesteaks. This restaurant makes a good cheesesteak, and the portion size is very large.

This place has got me in chains now, I havnt had a decent cheese steak sandwich in a while and this just hit the spot. I got the pepper, onion, mushroom and it was perfect. The hoagie they use is nice and holds everything in place real nice. The staff was super friendly and was very considerate when it comes to you ordering extra Togo while firing it later when you're done with your food. They were playing the fifa game on a huge tv so it was nice to keep in touch with the games while eating too! Cheers!

Really yummy cheesesteaks with solid appetizers and drinks! The cheesesteak bread is so soft and chewy, and I prefer it to the hotdog style bread they had before. The garlic fries and onion rings were good too, and not too greasy. Service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant ambience is great for a casual meal. Highly recommend for all cheesesteak lovers!

Thank you Manny for your recommendation. I've had Philly for when I was in Philadelphia. Some dunked on Au jus (entire sandwich) and some make with cheese whiz. Each unique. I had the mushroom onion sandwich. I opted for white American cheese. The roll was great. Soft and fresh! I'll be back!

It's been a minute but once in awhile I need a good cheesesteak and Philly Ya Belly fits the bill. When I worked in Everett, this was a can't miss meal. Super good, fast and filling. Also very friendly staff. Now, the best cheesesteak I've found in the general area is Calozzi's in Georgetown. But up North of Seattle the best is Philly Ya Belly. I like Erwin's too in Everett but it always comes back to Philly Ya Belly when up here. At Philly Ya Belly, there's a large variety of beef sandwich choices from the classic to Bulgogi style as well as Pastrami, German Sausages, fries, onion rings and more. They have a lot of extras like Cheese Wiz, BBQ Sauce, Jalapeno, etc. But you come here for the cheesesteaks. For a filling lunch, get the Deluxe which has everything in it like tomato, lettuce, peppers, & mushrooms. It's a no-brainer to pay $2 extra for the Belly Buster version (more delicious meat). Fork required. I highly recommend this place for a fulfilling lunch or dinner. A sign on the door said their kitchen closes at 7:40 PM so plan accordingly.

Pretty solid cheese steak. I love that there is so much variety of different cheese steaks to choose from as well as well as extra toppings. I had the pepper onion cheesesteak. The garlic fries are also pretty solid. No lack of garlic here! The fries are also crisped perfectly. The banana pudding is also not bad! Service was friendly upon picking up my order. I definitely would come back!

I actually am a New Jersey native and grew up in Philadelphia and ate cheesesteaks and hoagies my entire life until I moved here. I had the mushroom-pepper-Onion Cheesesteak and mozzarella sticks. It was great. I'm very picky when it comes to how the meat is chopped and grilled and philly ya belly knows what's up. The bread is so good. They actually make an effort to have a great roll- as others use cheap franz supermarket rolls. This place is legit! Delicious food. Ordered this on Uber eats. I was skeptical, I've yet to have anything like the real thing. The food was HOT. tasty. Closest to the real thing, IMO. the fries were still crisp, I ordered it with the cheese, which came .. on the side.. so it doesn't get soggy, the sandwich... HUGE. and tasty. I only got a half a sandwich and .. I couldn't eat it all. I would recommend and eat here again. read more

Really cool spot! Kinda hidden, you just wouldn't expect it to be there. Great customer service, clean bathrooms, and clean restaurant. The food was very delicious and the onion rings and garlic fires were of the hook!!! I liked how they have BBQ sauce, Tabasco,mustard, Tapatío etc, of condiments. The best part was, I wasn't sitting on a toilet for an hour after it was all said and done. read more

First time order, but won't be the last. Philly cheesesteak with white cheese sauce and no extras was absolutely delicious. Got the belly buster and couldn't finish it. Meat was so tender and seasoned perfectly. Bread was soft and delicious. Got a large fries, and they were crisp on the outside and creamy and delicious on the inside, just the way I like them. A large fries and belly buster could easily be shared. Menu has a lot of choices for extras and cheese sauces. Great place for delicious food. read more

The cheesesteaks are amazing. That made my most recent trip a dissappointment. Craving a sandwich at 7:45pm but seeing on Yelp that they close at 8pm, I called ahead to not be rude. No answer. Thinking maybe they were just with other customers I ran up there (only 5 minutes away). I get there at 7:52 and they are already closed. The food is 8 stars! Their clock is a -4. read more

This has been my favorite Philly place for like 10 years. Not sure why I didn't review sooner. I live farther away now so am unable to enjoy as often but make sure to go when in town. It's in an unassuming industrial park kinda area, the sign is small, but if you make it you won't be disappointed. The bread has always been super soft, never dry or old. I have never been to Philly, but this is how I like it, and you should too!!! read more

When we first came here in 2005 This was the first place we've noticed and we've been regulars every since the food is delicious to the very last bite, worth the drive where ever you are! I had no idea this restaurant existed. I haven't had a cheesesteak like this since Pennsylvania. I was greeted promptly and with a smile. I was then given time to look over the menu and I chose the mushroom cheesesteak in the gut buster size which includes extra filling. I took it to go and when I took my first bite it took a second to find the perfect spot to not spill everything out. The filling is not just bland steak and cheese, there is something else there. The spices they are using amps up the umami. It's beefy and flavorful cheesy and juicy, grab some paper towels! All in all an experience I want to repeat often. read more

Wow. We stopped here on a whim before heading to a Silvertips game and were immediately welcomed by an exceptionally sweet staff member. The food is laid out in a menu right there, easy to order. We got three different sandwiches and a kids chicken nugget meal as well as mozzarella sticks and cheese fries. The sandwiches were amazing. They were so good, we're already planning on coming back. Very very good steak sandwiches The portions are huge literally Fill Ya Belly. I always do a small or normal size the large size is so much food. Food is made to order. So it's always hot with crispy frys ! Great place to come if your starving or just really hungry. read more

We love this place--the sandwiches are delicious and everything tastes fresh. I would get the belly buster size unless you are a small eater. The garlic fries are very good, although this time when they arrived they were not even warm. That's probably due to the slow Door Dash Delivery. I do wish the beef was slightly bigger--the pieces are so small that sometimes each bite seemed as though it was ground beef. read more

I've been looking for a Philly cheese steak restaurant since the one on rainier avenue in Seattle close down and I believe I finally found it here in Everett Washington so if you're looking for a five star Philly cheese steak sandwich come here you won't regret it along with the Philly cheesesteaks they have garlic fries and cheese fries, Service was excellent didn't take all that long for US to get our cheesesteak sandwiches hot and ready to eat read more

This is one of my favorite food places. It is a little hard to find. But the Philly's are so amazing. It is 5 star food but the reason it is 4 is parking and wait time. Sometimes you have to wait for your food a bit. But that just mean they make to order and that's a good thing. Keep up the great work! Enjoy. read more

Food was alright. The belly buster was about the same amount as a regular sandwhich . I also told the guy on the phone that I want soda with the order but they said I did not put it in the order I even ask for the total so I can add the tip . Should've taken back the tip ... last time I will be going there. read more

Pretty good and I grew up in Philadelphia, so I know a good cheese steak. I had a mushroom cheese steak with onions and peppers. Different slightly from what I am used to. The meat is more chopped than they typical do in Philly. There they use steak'm minute steak and it's not chopped so much as left mostly whole. But this place makes a tasty cheese steak. The bread is soft and fresh like it is supposed to be. I like mine a little toasted. I'll ask for that next time. I prefer provolone cheese too. Not sure if that is an option. I also had the garlic cheese fried. Also good. I'll get my cholesterol checked later! Lol. It's Philly Phood. Not health food. Once and a while is okay. read more

Five stars for the service, and great music! The Chicago Style Philly wasn't close, but everything was fresh and fairly tasty. The steak is too finely chopped, which causes it to dry out and lose flavor. But, I love hearing good Christian music, especially here in the PNW. read more

Today we scored some free time in the mid-afternoon, and their HH starts at 3:00 every day. We did go off the HH menu for 3 items, which ended up being worth it. You can't help but notice the buildout here. Pretty lights, interesting patterns or murals on almost every wall, lots of cool detail to the finishes everywhere you look. They even have yon selfie wall next to the washrooms (they took down a much bigger one). The bar has a couple flatscreens showing the game, but I'd probably not come here specifically to pay attention to a ballgame. At regular price, we got an awesome plate of chunky guac which I'd put against guac anywhere around here, at least that I've tried. At $15, it was almost a buck a bite, but, man, it was tasty. The habanero salsa was a little too runny to get much on a plain chip, but it had great flavor and kick. Everything tasted really fresh and added plenty of seasoning to whatever was on the table. This is definitely a good place to mash up your salsas and dips and see what you concoct. The street corn was delicious. Such a perfect HH food--easy for the kitchen, but tons of flavor, and they nail the presentation. Corn tasted really sweet and crunchy even though you know they get it frozen. I'd get it again any time. For 3 apps, 2 dips, and 2 cocktails, we were under $90 before tip. Not too bad, especially since we went off the HH menu for stuff. This place is definitely in the rotation.
