Wow, another Vietnamese boba cafe just opened last week takes over the space vacated by White Rabbit Cafe & Gallery which closed three years ago. Bro and I came by on a Saturday morning greeted by a middle aged lady and the interior is quite small though they do have both indoor and outdoor seating quite a cozy setting. Menu selection is simple drinks, smoothies, snacks and bánh mì/ sandwiches at a reasonable price. I chose #6 Dalgona coffee less sweetness regular ice with almond milk and whipped cream to top it off a quiet refreshing Korean flavor coffee and Bro chose #22 green tea cappuccino less sweetness regular iced topped with whipped cream a mixed Asian western drink definitely a solid drink and one small size bánh mì consist of pork and veggies for $3 and they have large size for $6 extremely reasonable generous portion. The lady was so sweet and would highly recommend M Cafe a definite 10 my go to for its bánh mì and iced coffee. By the way the drinks comes in one regular large sIze but a hit for those thirst quencher. Ample parking with surrounding businesses.

For my first visit, i got 2 croffle with durian cream and a roasted rice milk tea. Croffle blew me away Croffle with durian cream 5/5: Ive been eating a lot of croffles and waffles lately, and omg the croffle here was DELICIOUS. It was MORE CROISSANT than waffle, whereas i feel like it's more common to get the opposite. It was buttery and flakey despite holding the shape and crispyness of a waffle. The cream they pair it with is the same cream for drinks, not like chantilly cream or something. I didnt enjoy the durian cream with the croffle, but it might be better with the other creams. I ended up pouring the durian cream into the roasted rice milk tea and it was *chefs kiss* Roasted rice milk tea 5/5 : i got less ice and 50% sweet and the roasted scent was so fragrant still. It was very refreshing yet had the delicious taste of browned rice grains. I added durian cream from my croffle and it worked out really well. I plan to go back to get their cheese rolls and pandan waffles as those looked pretty good as well.

You can order at the register but both times I ordered from the kiosk. Their banh mi was filling w/ fresh meats and pickled vegetables which made a perfect lunch at your desk. Their egg coffee was creamy and delicious, wasn't strong to me though. Do not come here if you are on a time crunch because their banh mi takes a short while.

REALLY GOOD. I appreciate them being plant based as I am a lactose intolerant girlie. The strawberry matcha is the perfect sweetness for me and I really enjoyed it, wishing that it came in a size 10x bigger. When you walk in, you might miss it. There are a few businesses in there and The Orange Tabby is elevated and is a small counter. My first time coming, it was closed (Wednesdays) but it prepared me for coming back because I knew exactly where it was. The inside of the building was very nice and clean as was The Orange Tabby. I ordered online, letting them know I was bringing my own cups. It didn't save time in the aspect where they had to wait for my cups to make it, but I was able to pay and just come in and drop off my cups to them. The girls working were super nice and friendly. I will definitely be back!

The inside is small and was very crowded since they had several vendors set up inside. It was a bit claustrophobic. I think it would've been helpful if the volunteers managed the crowd and organized the lines a bit better. On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I tried the summer special, Mango Creamsicle Matcha, with 50% sweetness. The matcha was delicious, the flavor really came through. I love matcha so I'm glad it wasn't weak. That said, I felt like the mango flavor was too subtle. I'm not sure if it's because I adjusted the sweetness but I could barely taste the mango so it didn't give mango creamsicle vibes. I still enjoyed the drink though. I would like to come back when it's less crowded to explore the market and try more drinks without the crowds.

Pretty, aesthetic, cozy local cafe where the drinks are super cute as well! People were working on their laptops when we were there on a weekday. Since every drink is freshly brewed to order, I decided to give it a try--and I was completely blown away. The jasmine tea was incredibly rich and flavorful, perfectly balanced with the creamy A2 milk. As someone who's extremely picky about boba tea, I have to say they got everything exactly right. So many places make their jasmine tea taste overly floral or perfume-like, but here the flavor was delicate, smooth, and just the right intensity. And let's talk about the boba--it was cooked perfectly! Soft, fresh, and delightfully chewy, exactly how boba should be. Beyond the drinks, the atmosphere is absolutely charming. The décor is beautiful, warm, and thoughtfully designed. It feels like stepping into a little fairyland rather than a typical grab-your-drink-and-go boba shop. Every detail--from the chairs and tables to the decorations--comes together to create an elegant, high-end experience that makes you want to stay and relax. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you receive. I also want to give a special shout-out to Lynda, who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer all of my questions and concerns. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. If you appreciate high-quality tea made with care and attention to detail, Latthe Roast & Toast is absolutely worth a visit!
