I've never tried blueberry combined with matcha before but it surprisingly works very well together! I also tried the banana coffee because I really liked that combination when I tried it in Korea, but I did not like their banana coffee. You can barely taste the banana flavor in the drink. SO GOOD. So creamy and delicious, not too bitter and not too sweet, just the perfect taste in my opinion! It's so aromatic and smooth to the taste, may have just become one of my favorite viet coffee spots! This has to be one of the best coffee shops I've ever visited and they serve probably the best Vietnamese coffee I've ever had. From the get go I experienced absolutely amazing service - it's an interesting set-up where the baristas take your order and make your drink, then you take it and pay at the cashier. I asked the barista what the difference was between the Vietnamese coffee options and he explained their take on the flavors and adding like the foam cream and other add-ins. He even said I can try it right there and if I don't like it he would make me a new drink. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they're set up similar to how Philz is where you have a few baristas behind a counter to take care of you individually and make sure you're satisfied with your drink. The price can't be beat, coming from LA, I'm used to paying $6+ for a cup of coffee. The coffee itself isn't my favorite, the lavender latte had more lavender flavor then espresso, and the banana flavoring for the banana coffee tasted too artificial. Always a great experience every time I come to Phin Smith. It might be my favorite coffee shop ever!! I love their unique drink menu and their service is over the top. I have been coming here for well over 2 years and I won't stop coming back! I definitely think they need to open another location because it gets really crowded and there wasn't any seating left as I was hoping to study there. The line can get fairly long on the weekends. Parking is located on the backside of the building but it is such a cute environment outside because it is in downtown. I can see why this place is so popular. They have great drink options. There are only a handful of drinks they can make dairy free, so I went with the matcha latte (iced). There is almost no parking in front of the shop. You're going to have to park in the lot and walk to the shop so just be aware of that. I think placing your order and paying is a little strange. They basically go on the honor system. One of the baristas will call you up to place an order with them. That person will be the one making your entire order. Once you place your order, you go over to the cashier and tell them what you ordered and then you pay. So technically you could tell the cashier that you ordered a small size when you really ordered a large with the barista and they would never know. But karma !! I don't think I'd go out of my way to come here because the parking is difficult and my banana coffee didn't blow me away. Maybe I need to try something else next time. read more

Definitely give yourself a good 15 minutes to wait in line and order to get your drinks. I absolute love the Javacado and the coconut latte, both blended. So delicious. The Javacado is smooth with a hint of avocado and just enough caffeine to keep me awake for most of the day. I find that their Ca Phe Sua Da is getting a bit too sweet for me. However, I let the ice melt a little more and it's usually fine. The Coconut Coffee is less sweet and with an added extra shot, it's the perfect sweetness for me. This place is always busy, but the line moves quick. I'm not a fan of their ordering setup.
