I was visiting family in Thousand Oaks and was craving pho. This was the only spot in town and was a little surprised at how good it was. I usually get my pho in Westminster, where there's a lot of competition, hence, the high quality of food. The broth tasted like it was bone broth that you would cook over night and not the powdered flavoring that some other shops offer. The vegetables were fresh and the meat portion was good. As this was located in Thousand Oaks, I was expecting to pay a higher cost, but their price is extremely fair. Here at 8:00 on a Monday and right before I can pull the door I see somebody lock the door so I can't get in. I work in customer service, I understand how it can be frustrating to get a customer soon before you close however we (2 of us) got here 30 minutes before closing. It's upsetting because this is one of very few pho spots around Simi valley. If you don't want to be open at 8:00pm then change your hours or hire employees that actually work to service customers that are willing to pay. Do better. read more

I placed an Order online using their "order online" tab. Show up to pick up my food and they tell me they don't have my order. Then proceed to tell me I ordered incorrectly and I should have downloaded the app. In no way did they try to fix the problem but just tell me I did it wrong. I will not be eating here ever again. Large means large. Their large bowl of pho is huge. The broth is tasty yet not too salty. Service is great and the place is clean with plenty of space. I can't say that it's the cheapest Vietnamese restaurant but I think it's worth it. read more

Not sure how anyone can give this place a negative review. My wife and I make trips just for good food. This place we will be adding to the list of top Pho restaurants in the ventura county. Actually my favorite I have had so far. The chef came out to our table and asked how everything was. He is very passionate about the pho noodle soup and makes 3 different types of broth fresh every day. They have a chicken broth, beef broth, and my personal favorite, the spicy beef broth. Very high quality and huge portions for a reasonable price. Would highly recommend and we will be coming back regularly! read more

This is our first time trying Pho 100. We were excited to try it after seeing it was going to go in. Very happy with the food and service. You can tell they are just opening up and need more staff. So if your looking for a job they have positions open. Even with these hurts they are having service was good, food was hot, restaurant felt clean, and staff was very friendly. The food was good but owners kids running around the restaurant coughing and sneezing and waiters playing with their hair and coughing into their hands . bathroom had no soap in the women's so obviously no one's washing their hands correctly and the little kid that was coughing was going in and out of the kitchen. This meal was so good that I'm Not even going to use an easy pun to describe it. What a great new place for Moorpark. This Pho is on the Los Angeles level, that's how good it is. The spring rolls were beautifully fresh and the pho was the most flavorful bowl of Pho I have ever had. Did it take a while to get my food, yes. But it was darn worth it. Don't get me wrong I love the pho. My only complaint is they don't answer the phone so you can't order takeout. We tried three times and they never picked up (this has happened before tonight as well). We decided to just go into the restaurant to order, and I told the guy that I tried to call several times and he said sorry we are really backed up. He then informed me that it would be 45 minutes before it would be ready. Unfortunately we couldn't wait, so we left. Although I appreciate the honesty, if we could've phoned the order in when we were leaving Westwood it would've been ready by the time we got to Moorpark. It's a cozy and very clean small place. The soup was very good but there was not a lot of chicken in it, and I asked them to serve without noodles, so I did ask for more chicken. Was surprised at first to see this when going to get food next door. Wife and kids agreed we needed to try it. We were immediately greeted and told we could seat ourselves. We were met by a host that came to drop menus and get drink orders. Most pho places we eat pho and egg rolls. They offered a menu with pictures and when looking at the wall they had a list of most ordered dishes. I ended up straying away from pho and getting the house noodles (dry), pork rolls, egg rolls, and the family got boba and pho. The house noodles were by far my favorite Vietnamese dish I've had. I am not a big soup person and found this to be full of flavor and the servings were great size. The food took a bit to be served but as is expected with fresh dishes. Drinks were quick and also great. I highly recommend this for anyone in the South Ventura County areas. It beats all the ones I've been to through the valley and Ventura. read more

My husband and I just love this restaurant, we have become regulars now! I always order #40, the Vermicelli Special, absolutely delicious! My husband loves the Spicy Beef Soup, also very delicious. The Shrimp Spring rolls are so yummy as are the Shrimp wontons, both appetizers. Both come with great dipping sauces too. The owner is such a nice man, as are the people that work there. I have also tried the Broken Rice dishes and thought they were delicious too. Now go have some great Vietnamese food, you won't be sorry you did, very delish! read more

I tried this place for the first time today, it's only been open for 4 months and it is definitely a hidden gem. Their broth is perfect, they don't cut corners on their garnishes and sauce, spice selections, the spring rolls are fresh and delicious and the service is fast and friendly.
