The broth was flavorful and inviting, clear with proper seasoning and spice (not heat). There were 3 large oxtail with generous meat. The order of tendon was generous as well and super tender and delicious. The green iced tea was floral and a nice accompaniment to the meal. The spring rolls were well made and I enjoyed the well made sauce. The employees were friendly and attentive. The tables are well kept and clean. Service is prompted with water as well as an explanation of some of the items on the menu, which is great if you're new to the menu items. I ordered the spring rolls and the pho special which were promptly served with very clean plates and bowls. Moreover, the utensils are also ultra clean with the chop sticks which are sealed in a paper packet. I found the food very easy on the eye and tasty, with extra veggies added if you need it, such as mint etc. Seating arrangements is also very good with a nice mix of seats and table sets. Overall I think Viet Kitchen Saigon seems very comfortable and clean and the food is very good. The restaurant is very conveniently located just off the freeway with ample parking in a large strip mall with a gas station nearby so it's a perfect (safe) place to rest up if you're commuting or on a day trip. Prices are also very reasonable so I'm sure you'll be happy with the value for money.
