The waitress explained to us many times that they were a bit understaffed that day and only one cook was in the back. There was a large catering order just before us. She also apologized for the wait. We can understand this, but it was just a slow meal overall. Some callouts for the food below: Jellyfish: Preserved jellyfish will always be my favorite. Baos are a nice touch, pickled greens are also a bit dry. Passable in my opinion. I think I would come back to try some other dishes here in the future. I'm still in the search of my go-to Chinese spot in North County.
