Awesome pho place. I am from Hawaii and think I could make a fair judgment on this place. When I walked in it was empty which could always lead someone to thinking this must not be that good of a place. But on the contrary, it was so delicious! I got the combination in large and was not disappointed. So much food that I could not finish it. I am big guy so saying that is quite the statement. But the broth was excellent. The meat was just right and the tripe was fantastic. Only thing I would say is that the meatballs were not meat balls. The food is excellent. Passing through Pueblo yesterday and wanted to try this restaurant after passing it several times. Wife and I did the Wonton Pho, Spring Rolls and Egg Rolls, to go. Everything was packaged perfectly so that when we got home we could just heat the broth and mix the other ingredients in. The food was outstanding, even hours later. Highly recommend. I have been wanting to try Pho 50 for awhile now. After much anticipation I was not disappointed! My husband had the low main combination and loved it. Pho is very different from anything I've tried, pretty good but not for me. It was a Saturday night and the restaurant was pretty busy but the one waitress working was on top of it. Driving through Pueblo on our way home to Kansas and found the most flavorful Pho we've ever had! My husband enjoyed every spoonful of the brisket & steak Pho - the broth had a bold flavor on its own, unlike other bowls he's tried elsewhere. Recently they remodeled the interior and it looks much nicer. The food as always is good. Had the hot tea which was very hot (like they just had boiled the water) a wonderful 'flowery' tea. Pho noodle soup is good, maybe great but never consistent. Really good are the Vietnamese sandwiches with grilled pork or chicken, crisp vegetables and sauce. They are plain delicious but small. Don't order take out or you will be nickeled and dime. How? Every take out dish has a surcharge of 50 cents (they charge 50 cents more for each item on your take out list) why? I've been here twice now, both times were good. I had pho the first time. It was good but the broth was a little sweet, I like it a little more savory. The veggies were so fresh it made the dish. The pho is inexpensive and the servings are massive. I'm a big guy and a medium is large for me. Second time I went there, I got grilled beef bun (vermicelli). It was spot on, tasty and refreshing. The only complaint I have is the egg roll filling was over cooked giving it a slightly bitter flavor. My wife got pho, I tried her broth, it was so good, nothing like the time before.
