I was craving pho on my recent visit to Portland and boy did I get my fix! I ordered the house special, and the broth was so yummy. It was a huge portion and I had to restrain myself from finishing it so I could still walk back to my apartment. All the toppings I needed and they made sure it was gluten free for me. Big shout out to Shirley who was my server and was super sweet and attentive. I was the only one there at the time and she was sweeping and cleaning the whole time when she wasn't checking to make sure I didn't need anything else. Best pho I've had in Portland so far. Since moving here I've tried quite a few places, and all of them missed the mark. Pho 503 however exceeded my expectations. The broth is incredibly flavorful and delicious, and the meats are tender and high quality. Oh, and the portions are large! read more

First time dining in since the beginning of COVID. It was AMAZING! Not exaggerating, this was some of the best Pho I think I've ever had! We got the P1 and P9 and the broth was so incredibly flavorful! Make sure to taste the broth first! It's an explosion of flavor in your mouth. Stopped here on opening day because I was curious, and when they seated me, all I got was a glass of water and no menu. I ordered the bbq beef and rice plate. The beef was so flavor full and smelled amazing! It also came with a small side salad which was refreshing. I ordered egg rolls which were the perfect crunch and flavorful as well. My favorite was their Thai tea! Covid doesn't stop one from answering the phone. I've called this place many times and it is always busy, even trying for 30min straight.. The only way to order online is thru Uber, and I'm not paying fees to pick something up. I hear pho503 has good food, but we will never know. Good thing we are moving close to Tan Tan soon. All they had to do was answer the phone or have a way to order online, but doing neither gets you 1 star. Fail!!! read more
