Overcharged me, added items to the receipt. Unfortunately I didn't notice until we left, so thats partly my fault. However, still completely irresponsible on their behalf. I've had Pho 62's version of their house special in San Francisco, OC, SD, Ventura County, LA and Riverside County, and NOBODY comes even close to them in flavor, portion size, or price!! Just had dinner here. Been coming here for almost a year but I saw something that will make me not return. The man that was taking orders and serving food went into the restroom and transferred the trash that was in there into a new bag to take it out. After that, he didn't wash his hands. A family with a child and a baby asked him for a spoon for their food and he didn't wash his hands and gave them the spoon after he handled trash from the restroom! Completely gross. This is bad practice. I was going to ask him for a to go box for the rest of my food but didn't because I knew he was going to give it to me without washing his hands. With everything going on right now with the pandemic and reopening of restaurants you would think safer food handling practices would be put into consideration. Not here. This is my favorite pho place! Something about the broth here is different than other places, it's so yummy. They tend to get really busy during the rainy days but their service is always quick. You never have to ask for a refill because they constantly fill it up for you. Their appetizers are just as amazing as the main dish. read more

This is a new Phö place so it's very nice and clean. Very pretty inside. I'm only giving it a 4 because the taste was a 7/10 not the best I've had but pretty good. I came with a big crowd so they put the middle tables together, the place isn't made for big crowds. I got the beef soup with rice noodles and it was good. This is probably my last time trying this place. It so weird to walk inside without them assign any seats or come by check on us what we needed to order the foods. After 2 more trips of actual dine in, there's room for improvement. They need more employees working during the lunch rush both in the dining area and in the kitchen. I went yesterday with my gf and disappointed on the half ass work. Eggrolls are suppose to come out with lettuce for wrapping and I shouldn't have to ask. I'm Viet, I know this. Then my bun bo hue had the wrong veggies. The spicy beef soup is suppose to come with a side of cabbage not lettuce. My broth had no flavor nor color to it. Horrible I ordered papaya salad and specifically asked is it Thai style!!! Lady said yes..... it was NOT Thai style it was plain no tomato no green bean no flavor whatsoever! They were suppose to mix the juice In The papaya and instead it comes on the side needs more fish sauce and more Lime. Overall extremely disappointing. Also got iced coffee and they only fill less then half of the cup with coffee and creamer and more then half is nothing but ice! So you don't pay for the size of the cup you pay for ice only. I've been ordering from here at least 2 to 3 times a week for the past six or seven month. in the beginning I felt the food quality was good and had portions. I would've given them five stars however in the past month or two, I typically order the Banh Mi with Pork and order it with the two dollars extra pork. Very full sandwich! If I could give no stars I would, came here on a Friday night at 6 pm, place had three tables of people. First off it smells bad in there, I waited to be seated then sat myself. I notice the table next to me was leaving and did not finish there food. I sat there for at least 5 mins no body said a word to us. The owner or manager came to the table next to us and dropped the bill and they said thanks he just walked away with no thank you or anything. They are the most uninviting pho place ever, myself and my friends wanted to try a new place. The workers are not nice or greet you when we were greeting them or asking how is it going. Dry attitudes. Also, when asking what they recommend they have no recommendations, apparently they haven't tried there own food. We ask for extra sprouts for all three bowls and received a small 3x3 plate for three and was charged $3 extra for each bowl. We each ordered a drink, when asked for a refill she kept ignoring us. We walked up to the counter each time we needed something. Crazy they take your order at your table. But don't come back to ask if we need anything else. Also it's not like the place was filled. We paid vowed never to go back! We lied we went back three weeks later give it another chance maybe they were having a bad day, well same attitudes and felt like we where asking for too much when asked for additional item (tofu and extra sprouts) in our pho. read more

Excited to see a Pho restaurant in Rialto. My wife and I stopped in for lunch and got a large bowl of Pho and spring rolls. Our food came out fast and the staff were very polite and quick. The pho was delicious with generous servings of noodles and beef. My wife loved her bowl so much she finished the soup! She rarely does that so that means a lot. Really good food. Great vegetarian options. The tofu spring rolls were probably the best I've had in a long time. The flat rice noodles with vegetables and tofu was delicious. The vegetables were fresh and tasted clean, not overly oily or sauced. I even ordered a Thai iced tea to go because I figured it'd be good. Was not disappointed. Went to this place for the first time with a friend and as he took a seat I headed to the restroom to wash my hands. As I opened the door, i was appalled to find one of the kitchen staff urinating, seeing that he didn't lock the door I got an eye full of his junk. I quickly shut the door feeling embarrassed and disgusted. He came out 5 seconds later scanning the room to see who walked in on him and as we made eye contact he quickly turned around and proceeded to the kitchen. 5 seconds is not enough for someone to wash their filthy hands before returning to work handling food. My friend and quickly walked out because we lost our appetite. I shortly called the restaurant asking to speak to bud which is the manager and seeing that he wasn't available I left my number. I explained the incident to 2 of the workers there and they didn't seem to know how to handle the situation which is why I left my contact information for bud. This is my second time trying this place. First time I tried it I got the chicken phó and told myself I was never coming back. Broth is flavorless and service was lacking. Perhaps cause they had JUST opened and were getting the hang of things. I remember telling my brother that it felt like they never ran a restaurant before. Anyway, I decided to give it another try today. This time I got phó A6 (brisket, tendon, trip, meatballs) and spring rolls. Springs rolls suck! More lettuce than anything. And the peanut is downright HORRIBLE! The taste reminded me of some kind of Mexican candy. Which would be great it it WAS MEXICAN CANDY! LOL AND AGAIN the phó broth was not good. Not flavorful at all like others claim. But I'm used to having good phó! Also, they hardly give you any meat! All of you that claim this place is good, please try Phó Ha in San Bernardino!
