4 Stars - Solid pho with a few quirks I came into Pho 77 after seeing a lot of mixed reviews, and honestly, I can see both sides. But overall, I had a pretty decent experience. First off, one thing that stood out right away: they removed their closing business hours from the front door (they have opening hours but no closing hours). That's... interesting. Especially since a lot of the existing bad reviews already mention them closing early. Taking down the hours sign doesn't really help their case. It just adds to that "we close whenever we feel like it" energy. Not exactly the best look. Service was okay, nothing crazy. But I have to say, the interaction was unintentionally funny. The gentleman helping us (looked like he was in his mid 40s) was using Gen Z slang like "bet", "my bad" and "I got you" for everything. It caught me off guard, but I can also see how that kind of communication style might not sit well with other customers and could come off as unprofessional depending on who you are. Now for the food... the pho itself was actually solid. The broth is deep, rich, and flavorful with a lot of spices and aromatics. It's definitely different from your typical pho, which might explain why some people don't like it. But if you're open to something a little outside the norm, it hits. Overall, a good spot if you're craving pho and open to something a little different. Not perfect, but definitely worth trying.

Miscommunication is something that I usually try to avoid. I'll just say this: this used to be my favorite pho place and even Vietnamese spot. Let's just say I left VERY disappointed by the service. I've never left an establishment wanting to leave faster. I asked for tofu in a dish- they gave me chicken and shrimp.... I asked about clarification on two dishes and still was given dishes that were not the ones I had completely had in mind. If a customer asks if a dish is an available, just be happy they're asking as a way of being prepared and acknowledging sometimes they don't have it. When I asked she replied back," I don't know why we always had that." Yeah....i won't be coming back for a while. I'll find another spot. The food was still really good! I just not happy with the service.

Wanted to give this place a try because it says they're open till midnight and I always appreciate a restaurant that's stays open late on Fridays. Once I arrived I saw the open sign light lit up and was so excited to get a late night Pho. But walking up to the door, and the inside is dark... Maybe change your hours on Google AND Yelp and OH RIGHT! Probably a good habit to turn off your open sign light before CLOSING! Seems like this place's service and staff has gone downhill from what in the Yelp reviews and just the fact that they can't do these two simple things says a lot about their competence...

The environment is wonderful, and the customer service here has always been excellent; I have never encountered an issue before. I really like this place and enjoy their soups and sandwiches. However, today I was very disappointed. I ordered a chicken paw see ew, which is one of my boyfriend's favorites. Instead, I received unseasoned noodles with vegetables and beef. This was supposed to be his lunch for tonight, but he ended up throwing it away and opting to eat mini bagel pizzas instead. I've never had problems at this restaurant before, but it's very disappointing because this was his work lunch, and now he had to buy something from a vending machine.

My experience was ok. Although I didn't immediately find what I was looking for, I asked the gentleman if he could accommodate my request, and he kindly did. Chicken, veggie & rice. I liked the vibe, it wasn't busy, but it seemed they were short-handed, which may have caused some lack of attentiveness once seated.

If you are looking for authentic Pho this is the place. Resturant is always clean. Servers are always happy to help you. Food is amazing and the portions are big someone on an empty stomach.

This is my first Viet place that i've ever had in rialto and it did the job! I ordered the beef pho and it came with a generous portion. The staff and food prep time was great and super fast! The inside was very cold and got busy later into the lunch time. I went on a saturday. We also ordered the house flat noodle. I feel like both of the dishes could've had a bolder flavor in general. The prices were pretty good, so that's a plus! I wouldn't probably crave to come back unless I didn't know any other viet places.

Small intimate dining spot. Went today and it was completely packed. But we did not wait long. Even though it was full we got seated fast and our food arrived pretty quick. We got a #1 4 piece egg rolls #13 phò and #56 beef flat noodles. Portions are not bad. I can share a bowl with my 6 year old. Flavor is not quite authentic but compared to others around it is decent. Phò is not oily, which I like. Veggies are fresh. We've been coming here for about 4 years and the taste is the same, which is also a good thing. Give it a try.

We had Chicken Pho, wonton noodle soup with pork, and the chicken and shrimp Bánh xèo. It was absolutely amazing! I wasn't sure what to expect given it was the first time trying this specific place, but we weren't let down!! Definitely safe to say we have found our new pho spot!! read more

We waited about 15 minutes to be seated even though half the restaurant was empty. We waited more than 20 minutes to get our order in. The utensils we were given were filthy. The food took so long and they forgot to make two of my children's food until about 30 minutes after the rest of us got our food. Our plates were also dirty, like old rice even though none of our dishes had rice on it. I really wanted to love this place as we love pho. But after this experience and watching the workers yell at customers who we're picking up food we decided the drive to Pho Ha in Rancho is definitely worth it. read more

This place will definitely not disappoint. Had to try it since it finally open and new. Sparkling lemonade is so delicious and refreshing. Had to get one to go because 1 was not enough. Chicken and shrimp spring rolls are full of flavor and fresh. They need to give just a little bit more peanut sauce. Also, we tried some fried chicken from the appetizer menu, so crispy, hot, fresh and flavorful. Finally, the pho I tried was #19 from the menu. Pho had it's own unique taste too it and it was good . I really like the food here and the prices are reasonable. When dining in or ordering food to go in person, the service is great. However, when trying to phone in the preset that is a different story. It's about 50/50 that you will be able to get through and have someone answer. I tried calling on Sunday and no one answered the phone for like 10 minutes. Finally someone answered and just set the phone down on the counter! I'm literally listening to the noises in The kitchen and people talking as I am writing the review. I know it's a family business and sometimes they are short staffed so they prioritize walk in customers. Hopefully this review will help them figure out their phone service. I've decided to take my dinner busy elsewhere tonight. read more

first time come here! A nice and clean restaurant. we ordered two Pho and Coffee. soooooooo delicious and big quantities of noodles and meat with reasonable prices. quick service and friendly employees. This place might as well be my second home. The food is always amazing and the staff is beyond friendly! With how often I come here, they've memorized mine and my father's order(seafood pho and number 12 pho for any that's curious). I can't ask for a better pho or egg roll. Just get over here. Young man at the front desk was very rude. Ruined the customer experience and made me feel like a huge inconvenience. Very sad because it's close to my home. Nobody can understand me that answers the phone & my English is good & my phone is fine. Every time I call it's terrible trying to give my order but if I know what to order it will be correct. Do Not call expecting description of menu items. The pho is great& package with all the extras if you order to go. It's alway a pleasure to visit this establishment you can have fresh noodles with your pho the food is always prepared on time and always with fresh ingredients the staff are super friendly and it's very clean inside and out. This place has tasty pho, veggie egg rolls, and chicken chow mein. They never disappoint and I have enjoyed every visit and take out experience with them. Keep up the good work Pho77. The restaurant is always clean and the service is great. Prices are really good too. The food selection they have is pretty vast but it's not overwhelming like some other places. I think that's why they make their food so well, they decided to perfect a few things instead of going mediocre on a ton of things. Definitely recommend trying it out. read more

Let me just tell you, this place had the tables and chairs very dirty with food leftovers from the people. "Supposedly they cleaned the table and chairs before we sat down. It was a bit busy but nothing to crazy to be treated how we did. The waiter was very rude. Silverware was dirty and sticky like of they where not clean. I asked the server to change them and he snatched them. My mom was not ready to order and he told her "well I don't have your time to wait for you" so basically he told her to hurry up because it was busy. read more

So far, this is the best spot for pho in Rialto. The broth is good and they give generous portions for the price you pay compared to others in the area. The meat "brisket" is soft and fresh unlike other places that is chewy and the noodles are cooked perfectly. read more

So delicious and fresh , I did go over the negative reviews left and I do not agree with them, negative reviews left do not reflect this place in its entirety these individuals that left negative reviews either do not communicate properly or are expecting the Royal treatment do not believe them! Man inside was extremely rude, I showed up by myself and he was obviously ignoring me because he'd rather sit larger parties and sat 2 parties before and I made it clear I was next in line and he wouldn't acknowledge I was next and just kept talking about how long I'd be waiting because he had no tables with the worst attitude. Not professional at all and didn't respect me in any way. I cant stress enough please don't go here this man is very mean and does not have a kind heart. read more

Delicious egg rolls and spring rolls! Very tasty! Loved both sauces as well! Eggs rolls were nice an hot and crispy, the spring roller were rolled perfectly the veggies were fresh and crisp. They also are not skimpy with the veggie sides. Can't help but eat it with the Chile paste and fish sauce! read more

When we were finally finished I was again looking around for anyone I could to get our check and a to go container. Every single one of their worker were all seated at table talking. Once they saw me looking over, they all popped up and scattered. Seeing as it was $40 for two regular size bowls of pho and one boba, with this type of service , I will likely go elsewhere and get better for my money.

Things to note: Beef & Broccoli was a bit heavy on the oyster sauce for my taste, so it was a tad saltier than I'd like. I eat plain, but it balances out with the rice. My husband likes more intense flavors so it was perfect for him. Once the dish cools though, you do notice some of the sauce congeal because of the cornstarch. The orange chicken is not what anyone expects when they hear orange chicken. It's not crispy. Instead, it's slightly chewy because it's thinly cut chicken, but makes up for it with a great depth of flavor. There's much I wanted to try on the menu. I'll have to come back!

We love the young woman waitress the best, but her Dad (?) is also very friendly on weekends. My order consisted of a Golden Tiger and Baked Salmon Roll. Both were tasty. I was pleased (and surprised) that neither of the rolls were super packed with rice. The ratio of fillings to rice was perfect. Rolls tasted fresh and still held up well with the short drive to their final destination. The Golden Tiger was perfectly tempura-ed on the outside. Also, not a heavy fry which didn't make the roll hard to eat or full of rice and tempura on the outside. A very satisfying meal. Rolls N More was a pleasant surprise and definitely going to be a part of my rotation for fresh, affordable sushi in the area. I had my eye on a few other items from their menu and I'm looking forward to giving them a try in the near future.

We appreciate that there is a pho restaurant near by, so we hope this business can improve! There's definitely potential here. However, the food is pretty average and the service is why I am rating this establishment a one star. We've been here several times, and each time the server seems in a rush to take a orders and is a bit argumentative. I've eaten alot of Vietnamese food, and I know that fresh rolls and pho can be made perfectly fine with soft tofu. However, the only server in the restaurant refuses to do this for some reason and tried to tell me that it's not possible? Even when I know it's possible and explained that that's how I order my food at Pho 62 a few miles away. The final straw was when the server asked why I was ordering my food the way I was, and then went on to try and sell us a Kangan water machine and explained that it could cure my health issues (of which he didn't even know what they were). Yikes. He was passing out pamphlets to the customers trying to sell this kangan water machine. We haven't went back since. We hope this restaurant can improve because we would like to return once the ratings get a bit better. read more

This damn place. The food is actually alright, but fuck their customer service. I just sent my daughter to go pick up an order for me. While they were giving her the food, she simply asked if she could also order a drink. The young male punk who happened to be working today (Saturday 7/24/21) between 6:30-7:00 had the damn nerve to utter, "why didn't you tell me before". Dumbass, be happy that people are trying to spend money at your establishment. I'm not sure if this is a family owned restaurant that hired family or they hired some dumbass kid who doesn't know how to do their job. I attempted to call after my daughter informed me of this moron to possibly let a manager know they have a shitty employee. Unfortunately, it just ran continuously. I had an incredible meal at this Vietnamese restaurant! The service was exceptional--our server was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with great suggestions. The pho was incredible, with a rich broth and tender beef slices that melted in your mouth. I also loved the fresh spring rolls, which were crisp and packed with flavor. Came to this restaurant for the first time. First of all this place is gorgeous! I was greeted right away,they gave us our menus, the waiter was really kind and patient. Looked like he was new but did a great job. We ordered the chicken pho like we always do at other pho restaurants. Food was delivered in a deep dish. The taste was unique and delicious!
