While staying in AC, I was searching for some good pho. Yelp reviews pointed me here. We got vegetarian pho, beef pho (mixed meats), and an avocado shake. The beef pho was loved by my pho-addict husband. I really enjoyed the vegetarian pho, but I could have done without the celery and baby corns. The broth was delicious, but the celery overpowered the soup. We did not really care for the shake, but maybe we just don't think avocado belongs in a shake? The restaurant itself was small, but cozy and appeared clean. The service was friendly and fast. Cannot really go wrong here. An extra bonus was the prices, way less than food we found in AC and only ~15ish mins away. read more

Incredible. Huge, affordable portions. The staff is helpful when I didn't know what something was. The crepe (A7) was sooooo good... Order this if you know what's good for you. It was clean and well kept but you could walk in with workout clothes on and still feel comfortable. I wish I had a bigger stomach so I could actually finish my meal... Hmmmm, something changed here. New owner I guess. Pad Thai which was my favorite is now an orange greasy mess. Tiny pieces of veggies and barely any tofu. Grilled shrimp and rice was tasteless as were the summer rolls. So disappointing when your go to place is ruined by new owners. Two stars because they are fast . Friendly, easy going place. Food is well done and the service nice. I think one of the best Goi Cuon I have ever had outside of Orlando. Rice plate was fresh and plentiful - a bargain for $8.95! I highly recommend Pho 9. ----UPDATE--- Recently the food quality has gone the other direction. The Summer rolls were too tough which leads me to believe that they had been made earlier in the day. Good Pho restaurants will make them as ordered. My bowl I order had chicken that was so overcooked that it was close to impossible to eat. We wanted to try this place since we always pass it traveling from Ocean City. The beef sauteed and lemongrass was very good. Not what I expected being in a brown sauce but tasty. The Pho Satay was good but again not what we expected. Peanut flavor could have been stronger. Very reasonable prices and good service. They have lots dishes to try so we'll be back. *Update: Went back to try the rice with meat (chicken,beef, pork) dishes which were fantastic. But the current favorite is the Bahn Mi (Vietnamese Hoagie). The grilled pork Bahn Mi is simple delicious. At the moment this IS our favorite place to eat out. read more

The place is very small and cute. It's in a little shopping center. No complaints on cleanliness and staff was very nice. The food tho. Very disappointed. I get a P4 and when I got it I knew it wasn't going to be the same as I've had it in other places. The rice noodles are flat and wide like fettuccine noodles. The broth was so weak of flavor and even after putting hoisen and sriracha in it and letting it sit it did littler to improve it. The shrimp were over cooked. But the biggest thing is it's more of a vegetable soup than a pho. Only thing that was good was the A4 shrimp rolls and peanut sauce but I think it's hard to mess that up. Won't be coming back and unless you're going for something other than pho I'd suggest trying somewhere else. read more

The food here is phenomenal!!! I never was a fan of Vietnamese food. However, I came here with a few other friends and had amazing food. We got the spring rolls, they were delicious. They have bubble tea! I got the Thai iced tea, which helped a lot with the soup I ate. It was a coconut curry beef soup. The flavor was incredible, but it was insanely spicy. I'm a person who likes a little spice, but it this was painful. However, it tasted so good I couldn't stop eating it. I definitely recommend coming here. Was surprised to find this is a Vietnamese Thai fusion restaurant -- it's more like a restaurant with Vietnamese and Thai food options. The pho broth is anise forward but I really like that so I enjoyed it. I also love tendon and the pieces were substantial and did not disappoint. You can choose between wide or skinny noodles which we appreciate since we prefer skinny. There was plenty of sprouts and super spicy small peppers instead of usual jalapeno. The fried spring rolls are delicious, could use more lettuce wraps tho. We love bahnmi however they don't have the traditional cold cut pate version -- only grilled which is good if you like that. Overall I will dream about the tendon and drink that broth all day so I'm good. The venue is clean and there are beautiful prints of the food on the wall as a very artistic menu. read more

The coconut curry soup was flavorful and creamy. The pho was filled with vegetables. There are some random touches of thai food on the menu that also looked good, but I did not try them.
