Like a small mom and pop Vietnamese place, fairly small place. The service was good and the food was pretty good with flavors popping. Not exactly as good as Los Angeles but the flavors were spot on but the price to portion a bit smaller than what I'm used to. The portion was a bit small compared to what they charged for the BBQ pork place. Instead of an egg omelet they have a eggs over ex on top of the rice dish. The spring rolls were good. I gave this place 5 star when I first came here. Good flavored soup and good portion. However, this time, pho was literally one scoop and count the meat. I also ordered beef vegetable rice and it came with 6 pieces of think beef with all vegetables. What a waste of money! I was so disappointed. We found this place by chance searching for Pho. We had the Eggrolls for appetizer. They were delicious and fried just right. The pho is very tasty and the meat are tender. The Noodles Nam Vang style was my favorite since the noodles were cooked and flavored just the right texture. I had the noodle (dry style) so the noodle has to be cooked precisely to have the right texture of not too soft or hard. We also ordered Banh Mi with barbecue pork to go. They were very good. There was another party of 3 eating ordered after us but somehow got their order first before us. We finally got our 10 minutes after, but the incorrect order. We noted a particular piece of meat in our soup. 20 minutes after the server brings our food with the same piece of meat in it. Basically did a swap of our same order. The servings are pretty big and staff are very friendly. The place is small but can fit a big family. I live 30 mins away and I keep coming back to this place simply because they have good food. I didn't catch his name but one of the owners approached us and asked for our input on the food and how they could improve. I appreciate that he took the time to have a genuine conversation like we were already regulars. I ordered Pho Tai (P13) and my boyfriend had a Combination Pho (P1) and we really enjoyed the broth. It did not taste watered down. We were super hungry and ordered a large but I could have been good with a small. They offer small, large, and x-large bowl size. The same kind gentleman also gave us egg rolls on the house bc he overheard my boyfriend say he was hungry and they didn't have the potstickers he wanted at the time. I give pho 90 5 stars cause from my experience the food here is deliciously yummy. We order pho dac biet and pho tai bo vien. They gave us generous fresh herbs for our 2 pho which i appreciate. Price for pho is just right under $9 (regular size). Soup is clear and yummy, their style of soup is very slightly on the sweet side. My fiancé said Pho 90 had the tastiest Pho she had tried to date, but the main reason for my review is all due to the charbroiled beef Sandwich! The old spot I used to go to in town just kept raising their prices. It annoyed me especially since the service and quality of the food kept going down! I was surprised to see not too many Pho restaurants were open at 9 am on a Saturday morning. But found this place, they open at 8 am. Your traditional pho restaurant with pho specials like dac biet, egg rolls and spring rolls. What I liked about the place was that the broth came out piping hot. Many times other restaurants bring it just hot and the pho gets cold pretty quick. The pho stay hot until I was finished. Only thing was that there was just one person at the counter taking orders, bringing water, utensils, and welcome new customers. (Although they were pretty slow, it was nice to have prompt service) The place was neat and clean for the most part Probably the bird or fourth time having pho but this was my favorite. I can't recall the name of the dish but the broth was flavorful and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I added extra bean sprouts, lemon and sriracha, which balances everything out nicely.
