[[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat at the bar. Love the bar and the colors in it[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I ordered the beef pho. I wouldn't recommend the flank steak. The fried spring rolls were pretty good. For the pho it was just meh for the flavor. Plenty of restaurants to check out in the square.

I was craving Vietnamese food while shopping around Town Square, so I decided to stop by. Yea... I'm not coming back. It wasn't busy at all, which was surprising for a nice-looking place like this. I ordered the Vermicelli salad with beef and chicken -- it looked pretty when it arrived, but I was disappointed. Both the beef and chicken were dry and not very tender. The service was just okay. It's been a long time since I last visited Pho Kim Long's second restaurant, and honestly, the taste just wasn't there this time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance was modern but really quiet -- almost too quiet.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Parking was great, but that's about it. I've had much better vermicelli elsewhere.

Love this place. Came for a late lunch after arriving in Vegas for a conference. It's right next door to Element Hotel so very convenient and inside Town Square. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Good selection and great ambiance inside. Beautiful[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Service was excellent, food was delicious. Piping hot Pho Combo with sugar cane drink. Cheers!

First time at any Pho Kim Long and I was not disappointed! Pricing was a little high but not unexpected, and portions were decent sized. We started with the Thai tea and a strawberry lemonade, and both were delightful. Then we had the crab Rangoon and the spring rolls, and both were 10/10. My partner had the cold vermicelli salad with chicken and shrimp, and it was amazing. I had an egg fried noodle dish with gravy, which I hadn't had before and it was kind of weird but delicious nonetheless. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was clean and bright and quiet with a beautiful ambiance[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and our server was quick and helpful and attentive, and someone came around to keep our waters full at all times. I'd definitely suggest it if you're in the area!

Your looking for my opinion... so here it is ( Pass on this one and find another one in the area ) Second attempt.....still not impressed, maybe skip this one if you're going for the food. (empty both times I have been here , for good reason) For those of you that follow me - you know I always look for the good in all places, but this one..... I just couldn't keep quite on this one. Parking is kind of a pain. You have to park behind Element Hotel or somewhere else in the outdoor mall, and walk over. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance was - fine, Service was - fine .... but overall, it just fell short.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] First, I don't like drinking from plastic cups for anything. I think it's cheap and disrespectful to the consumer... and they serve their patrons with plastic water glasses. That was my first red flag and should have known better the first time I came here. The Second as the Tea. I ordered tea and it was presented as a hot cup of water in a cafe style white mug, ... with the tea bag in the packaging. Do better Pho Kim Long... this is a VERY easy fix and is not ok by normal standards when trying to portray a high quality experience. I didn't have a great food experience or service experience the first time - so I figured I would hold off on my review until I gave them a fair shot. I'm glad I did so I could confidently post this review. The flavors and quality of the dishes are just not there. The flavors fell short in EVERY dish. Very Short. There was no layering or complexity that you would expect from a Pho type of restaurant... just one note all the way through. I think this place could really be something if they did a revamp of seasoning and did a flavor development with the post popular dishes...just saying. With this second attempt yielding the same as the first - 3 stars is being generous. Sorry Guys - - PS... the cheesecake was fine.

We came here on 4th of July night after fireworks and it hit the spot. I ordered the combination beef pho. The portion was really big but there was too much tendon for me. I like tendon but there was more tendon than other cuts of beef in there. The broth could've been a little more flavorful but it was still tasty. Service was nice and they took a little bit to place our order. The food did come out in about 10 min. All of our soups were very hot and we had to let it cool before eating it.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Pho Kim Long Town Square brings the same late-night Chinatown energy into a more polished, modern setting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The pho is rich and flavorful, and the menu goes beyond just soup with solid Vietnamese and Chinese comfort dishes. The cocktail bar is a unique touch and gives the place a more elevated vibe. Feels like the original, just dressed up a bit.

I arrived around noon on a Monday and there was no wait for a table. It's nice and upscale inside was unexpected but in a good way. Service was attentive and courteous. I ordered the crab and shrimp tapioca noodle soup. It was such a delight! The broth was delicious and had some body. The shrimp were cooked just right. The crab meat disappeared into the broth when I mixed it but I didn't mind. The noodles were thick and had a nice bounce. I look forward to coming back to try their pho and other items on the menu.

I wanted something different today. I was missing Hawaii. Pho makes me think of home and friends there. So e we ventured out to Town Square which is north of Las Vegas. GPS had us walking all around the way. We eventually found them after I called. Our waitress was young and new to the industry but that's okay. That's how we learn right. We provided our appetizer and drink order. Then she circled back with waters for us both. I don't know why Pho Kim Long is only 3.5 stars. The food here is amazing. We picked from the Happy Hour Menu. Cream Cheese Crab Rangoons $10. Honey Garlic Pork Chops $14, Sticky Rice and 2 Happy Hour Drinks. The food was hot, juicy and seasoned well. Yes, I ate some sticky rice too. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The only negative was the pesky flies. That's why I didn't give 5 stars. Difficult to eat and swat at the same time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We really enjoyed the meal.

We love both branch, here in townsquare and the one in spring mountain. The Pho broth is awesome tasting! We frequent this branch coz easier parking and not too crowded. The crews are efficient as well! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is very welcoming, clean resto.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

It's definitely a cool laid back vibe and for two people who don't even drink it was still an enjoyable visit. We decided two split 4 items from the Happy Hour menu (worth the discounts by the way). Again neither of us drink but they kept our water glasses full without issue. We ordered the arancini, lobster tacos, bruschetta (salmon, caprese, and prosciutto, and then the dragon shrimp tempura. It took about 15 minutes for the arancini to come out, 4 more minutes for the bruschetta, another minute for the lobster tacos, and about 5 more minutes for the dragon shrimp tempura. We decided to wait until we had all of it for pics and for splitting. The arancini was flavorful and dipping it in the sauce was chef's kiss. The lobster tacos were flavorful; I can see why my friend craved them and why she said she could eat 6. The bruschetta were of okay size. Our favorite was the salmon, then the caprese. The prosciutto was fine, just nothing special. The dragon shrimp tempura was also flavorful although I wish the crispy rice bottom was just a crisped rice patty and not tempura style. All in all it was an enjoyable experience. Servers were friendly and kept us hydrated. Overall, not a bad price point for the amount of quality food.

Although food wise, I'd say it's a little hit or miss, you have to know which items are good, it's not a home run across the board. I know Vegas has so many good sports bars to choose from, but if you're ever looking for one in that general vicinity, or someone in Henderson is trying to meet up with someone from Summerlin, it's kind of a good "half way" spot. But let's get straight to the issue- the HOSPITALITY! I don't like being negative- I want local businesses to thrive and reach more people, but I need to add this bit of criticism- Lately, coming here feels like you're rolling the dice- and going out to eat and being treated well shouldn't have to feel like a gamble. When I dine here, I don't feel welcome. The bartenders make it clear that they cater to some regulars more than others. It takes the bartender half an hour to get us started with drinks and a menu to look at the food. It's crazy- I come here so often know some of this establishment's staff by name now and yet, I'm met with this recent disservice- The other night I arrive here with my girlfriend to grab some food around 1 am. I see the bartender, Ryan, zooming around, refilling beer and shots, going in and out of the kitchen. It's not that busy of a Friday night- maybe a handful of couples and groups all sitting at the bar. He passed SEVERAL times by me, no acknowledgement, no "Hey, bear with me, I'll be right with ya." 1:30. He finally comes to us apologizing, gets us started on drinks and hands us the menu. We take a couple of minutes to decide. He stands around by the Pos and talks to another bartender (Andrew I think?), who came from the kitchen, then immediately left. Another 10-15 minutes pass. By this point, I was wondering if I should just walk out. Finally, Ryan comes to take our orders. Typically, a server or bartender leads the conversation, right? I'm sure you hear things like "what can I get started for you," or "how would you like your eggs cooked" or "how would you like your Steak cooked" - You've all heard those before, right? Well- nothing. No cue. No asking anything. It felt awkward. Uncomfortable. Unwelcoming. I don't even know if he was paying attention. At one point, it was ME who was the one asking my girlfriend "How do you want your eggs cooked?" when she asked to get the Steak and Eggs because there was ZERO response coming from our bartender to anything we said. The energy felt COMPLETELY off, so I just asked then and there for the check and left off to grab some Cane's instead. An absolutely dismal experience. I don't like making my reviews about me, but I felt like I needed to explain exactly why I'm upset about my recent visits here so anyone reading this can better understand instead of just reading a vague mention of how rude the staff was. Let's get to the Good Bar Bites I recommend if you do come here (maybe day time could give you a different experience): WSKY Burger- I recommend a medium on the patty! Very juicy- the crunch of the onion rings and candied bacon- One of my favorite burgers! Steakhouse sliders- tasty and sharable mini burgers! Although- I need some clarification- Can modifications be made to this dish? One day, while ordering over the phone, a bartender named Zach told me I cannot add an extra slider (I wanted 4 sliders instead of just the 3 that come on the order), I'd have to purchase two whole orders if I wanted more. What's this about? I've never had that issue before, so just curious. Flatbread Pizza- of course pizza is always awesome to munch on. The crunch on the flatbread is so satisfying I honestly don't think I'll be coming here anytime soon. It sucks. The bar looks beautiful, the food is delicious. But why have I been treated like an outsider lately? It's not worth going to a place, even if it has good food, if you're not going to be treated well.

First time visitor, I ordered takeout for a coworker and myself who were working late for overnight work at the airport. She got the spaghetti & meatballs, a garden salad and I got the Parmesan chicken sliders. Another coworker said her husband tried the Philly cheesesteak and wasn't impressed. We were also not impressed by our food. The garden salad was just a tiny container of boxed lettuce mix. Her spaghetti was pronounced "okay." She said the bread that came with was the highlight. My sliders were immense. I just washed 3 tiny sandwiches and for $13 I thought that's what I'd get but it was a giant box with seasoned fries and 3 sandwiches each capable of holding their own on a plate. I ended up eating the fries (which were good) and eating a sandwich later. I still have two left as i write this. The sandwiches didn't have anything that stood out. Just marinara and mozzarella on a white bread with some breaded chicken. On the plus side the prices here are reasonable. I wish they'd ditch the use of straws and styrofoam. Maybe it's just down to picking the right dish. I'll probably be back because they're 24/7.
