We've been watching for this place to open & we were SO glad when it did! Every single item we tried was fresh and flavorful, & we got amazing customer service. The poor reviews are a mystery to me, maybe ppl don't actually know these dishes, or they came on a bad day, bummer. We had the pork bahn mi (fresh bread, excellent fillings), vermicelli bowl w pork, shrimp, & spring rolls (every element was delicious!!), beef round pho (great classic broth), vegetarian pho (great broth & lots of veggies & tofu), and the coconut jelly in a young coconut. If you like Vietnamese food, TRY THIS PLACE! It was so good! We'll definitely be back to try more items we missed this time around! read more

I am Vietnamese and I was disappointed in the service, broth, meat and price. I had to repeat my order 3 times. The meat was the biggest disappointment since we are in a city where good meat is readily available. The only reason I give them 3 stars is because the place is clean and I have Asian pride...I do hope they do well but they need to work on their service and source their meat better. Remember you need to cook the broth for a long time to bring out the flavor. read more

Bets place to get pho in the Clark County area. I always get the same thing and it never disappoints. Their Thai tea is to die for.

We had the short ribs and chicken banh mi. The short ribs weren't caramelized or very flavorful, it was as if they were boiled and finished in a pan or something. The chicken in the banh mi was dry and hard as a rock, totally inedible. Honestly, I haven't had chicken that tough before. I should have complained and given the feedback to see how they would handle it, but I was in a hurry. read more

Arrived later than the evening rush. I was immediately greeted and seated and given water. Because they've only been open a couple of days I expected some glitches but got none. The pho tasted great, the aromas in the restaurant were what you want in such a restaurant. The help was pleasant, order was accurate. I will return. The service was excellent, and the pepper calamari was delicious. I tried the beef Pho, and my daughter had shrimp. Both were good, and I would probably say excellent if I weren't so full after the appetizer :-) We will definitely go back again! PS: There was a previous poster who commented about the "slippery" metal chopsticks - I disagreed while I ate the appetizer, but honestly for noodles, I prefer good ol' disposable chopsticks,...and I'm half Asian, so it's not a lack of knowing how to use them. read more

I waited for them to get their new restaurant kinks out before I dined here after reading initial reviews. The place is clean, staff is friendly. Two stars because when I bit into the fresh spring roll it had shell still on the shrimp. I had trust issues after that taking another bite. I asked for extra noodles in my pho to share with my daughter which we always do when we go to pho restaurants because she eats like a bird. There was barely enough noodles for her. I asked the server to make sure that we had our extra noodles and she said yes. With the soup and extra noodles our soup was already like a $14 dish just on its own so I decided not to ask for MORE noodles because a $16-$17 soup is starting to get ridiculous. I put the bean sprouts in it and pretended like they were noodles at that point. Meanwhile the kids at the next table got pho and it was overflowing with more noodles than they could eat! What the heck!!! No one ever came back to check on us although it was not busy. Sooo, if you don't mind biting into a shell or having an almost $12 bowl of mostly broth to get your pho fix, this is the place. read more

This was our first visit and it will be our last. We wanted to give this new business a try and like to try new restaurants and especially small business owners. Our lunch was $26. Very expensive for what we got. We were seated promptly but it was disorganized. Waitress asked if we wanted water. Left came back to take order and said oops I forgot water. She left and came back to take order. She leaves and then another waiter comes over and hands us menus and leaves. We had to get his attention we'd already ordered. Minutes later a waiter sets his tray full of food directly in front of me to then give the food to table the behind me. When our ford arrived My husband noticed he barely got any chicken in his dish and what he did get was fatty and grisly. Both of our meals were very bland and required us to put seasoning on it...LOTS! The condiments on our table were almost empty so we had to turn them upside down so we could get the sauce out. Management needs to spend some time training there servers and should consider lowering their prices if they want to stay open. read more

Battle Ground folk, this is such a boon for this town. The family running this joint are turning out authentic, Vietnamese food. We tried the fried spring rolls. They were crisp and filled with pork and the cellophane noodles, a tasty start. I enjoyed the grilled pork chop with noodles and all the fresh, mix ins that come with it. The sauce was sweet - piquant, and not heavy on the fish sauce flavor that some have. I ate every bite. Nearby us , someone got a steaming, generous bowl full of Pho (fuh) and I started second guessing my choice.I'll get that on a cooler night's visit. A welcome place. read more

I've been here several times and the food and service were great. The last time I went, the service was horrible. It was around 2 pm and very slow inside the restaurant. I believe the owner's teenage family member was the server. Her nose was buried in her phone the entire time. I had to get up to get her attention to place my order. She was blasting pop music that I asked her to turn down and she later turned back up. She never returned to ask me how the food was. When I again got up to ask her for To Go boxes, she just pointed to where I could get them myself and offered no assistance. There were several dirty tables and a customer left without their jacket and she never noticed as she was too busy on her phone. Twice I could hear a kitchen staff member yelling at her and she would get up and go clean a couple things and then sit back down and return to her phone. It's a shame she doesn't realize the importance of her families business. This is not the service I expect from a sit down restaurant. The soup was good. The food is not the problem. read more

First time visitors, took our family of four here for dinner- so pleased! Had P1 mixed beef pho and kids had the Chicken pho, as well as spring rolls. We all finished our meals. I've had the pleasure of eating here twice so far. First, I went in with a friend and we shared the salad roll appetizer. Loved it. For lunch I had a bowl of pho with skirt steak. Yes, it was a little fatty, BUT THAT'S HOW IT'S SERVED. If you don't like it, order something else! What a concept! My friend didn't have pho, she had a different noodle bowl and devoured it. The deep fried spring rolls were divine. The service was absolutely fine. And if there had been any issues, I would have remembered that THEY OPENED A WEEK AGO, and are still FIGURING IT OUT. The second time, I made a ridiculously large and strange to go order. With extra this and extra that, 2 of this kind and 1 of that, 3 of these but only extra this in that 1. It was for a staff meeting and I felt bad giving them such a weird and long order. But guess what? I picked it all up, brought it all back, and they got every. thing. right. Not to mention the gal that took my order was there and diligently went through it with me one more time just to make sure she and her kitchen got it all correct. After I paid, another sweetheart helped me out to my car. That being said, all of it was absolutely delicious and perfect and all of my coworkers were stoked. So yeah, I'll be back, and then back again. And I'm bringing ALL of my friends. read more
