Updated review since it has been a while. Pho Bistro has been around FOREVER. I remember eating here in high school 8-9 years ago. It has been so long since I ate here, and I was hoping it was as good as I remembered (and it is!!!). Ordered 2 combination pho, a grilled pork banh mi, egg rolls, and a couple drinks. Everything was packaged nicely and was piping hot still by the time I got home. The portion size for both the pho and banh mi are really nice especially for the price! The pho broth had great flavor, and the banh mi was super refreshing with the bread being hot/toasty and the added cucumber and lettuce for toppings.

After 3 years not much has changed. We stopped in after a 4 hour kayak trip and it did the trick. Crispy fried Cha Gio egg rolls were firm and filled with ground pork. The accompanying cool lettuce wraps, cilantro, pickled vegetables and dipping sauce contrasted with the piping hot rolls (4). Still simple beef noodle soups served in a humble ambiance were huge. Plates of mung bean sprouts, basil, cilantro and jalapeño were fresh garnishes I love. Combo Pho is the one to order that's chock full of rice noodles, beef brisket, tripe, meatball, and usually tendon. Stock was flavorful, but a little thin on strength. Friendly very quick service but it was around 2:30pm.

Our $15 Bahn mi

It hurts my heart to write this negative review because this place was our go-to Bahn mi spot close to our house. I'm pretty sure there are new owners as of the past month or so, and the quality and experience at the restaurant has gone down. Meat on Bahn mi is chewy and barely even on the sandwhich, and they put a gigantic stalk to cilantro on the sandwich and called it a day. When we ate there last week the meat was chewy and the service wasn't responsive. In Las Vegas there are tons of options for Vietnamese food. That being said, we will save our $15 PER BAHN MI and go somewhere else.

Craving for banh mi and I'm on the East side of town. Read about Pho Bistro and quite a few good reviews. Lots of parking on this strip mall where it is located. A few people dining at around lunch time. Server was quick to greet and help. The place needs a bit of TLC but really, more interested on the food. I ordered a bbq pork banh mi and egg rolls for take out. Nice to have been served water while waiting for my food. The banh mi was huge, though lacking the crispiness of the baguette. It was more like a hoagie roll. A bit disappointing. The egg rolls came with the typical Vietnamese condiments of lettuce, cilantro, dipping sauce and pickled daikon and radish. A little on the salty side for my liking but better than the banh mi as for expectations. . So it was just ok. To be fair, gotta go back for the pho and see what the fuss was about.

The service here is little chaotic sometimes. Be ready for it lol. This is my local pho place in the neighborhood. It takes me 5 min to get here so I support them. Beef steak pho was great, but the amount of beef was little small, so I ordered extra. Very good soup. I love it.

Review #71 of 2023 3 P.M. visit on December 21st Met the owner and she shared that the business has been opened for 11 days. We ordered quite a few items. Mine was the beef pho and my wife had the seafood pho. My daughters enjoyed shrimp fried rice, deep fried egg rolls, and fried tofu. We also ordered a BBQ pork Banh Mi to go. Definitely some feel good and tasty food served here. Mellow vibes, but with the expected traditional Vietnamese service. Good, fast, tasty food. The only item that took long was the Bahn Mi. Prices are reasonable which makes this a definite spot we will come back to.

First time pho for me and what a little gem this place was. My sis was in town and wanted to take me to try pho and it was delicious here. My sister goes for pho often and said it was spectacular. Good service and kind people too. It's a little hole in the wall but fantastic!

Bún thịt nướng chả giò

This place is a hidden gem! It wasn't very busy but deserves its recognition. The dish that I got was great, the meat was very well marinated, and everything in it paired well together. The owner was a very nice lady and made sure everything was to my liking. I would recommend the Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò. This is a cold vermicelli noodle dish with grilled meat (thịt nướng) and egg roll (chả giò) paired with fish sauce that you pour on top of the whole dish.

Super tiny hole in the wall place. Our waitress was very friendly and we asked her about a few of the items on the menu. We ordered the beef pho, the egg rolls, and a pork banh mi. Everything came quick and boiling hot to the table. The prices are also super reasonable. I think it was 12-14$ for the pho and for the bahn mi!

I would come and eat here all the time before the new management take over. not sure as to what happen to this place the last 3x I came here to eat it's been closed?! has they're hourly days change? hate to see this place close down after so many years

Great food and service. These are the new Asian owners. The previous Hispanic owner sold the business to them.

The flavors of the food in place is just divine! First, you walk into the place and they have it designed as the streets of Saigon. It's quite interesting. Their menu is also very interesting - snails on the menu, cooked different ways. My favorite is their shrimp patty spring rolls. That crunch factor in the middle - love it. Their Rib Eye Pho, worth the money. Their Banh Mi is also pretty good. They were quite busy on a weekday dinner so just taken note. The place was really nice, with a casual setting that had street food vibes paying homage to its home country roots. Very very quick and observant staff, who were always around but not pestering. This place is my new go to spot for Pho and as a very enthusiastic Pho fan, especially here in Las Vegas, that is an incredible spot for one place to take. High marks, and couldn't recommend more.

The coconut coffee was another standout--it came in a huge serving and was creamy, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. Overall, everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. It did not disappoint. Pho & Beyond is tucked away in a quieter area and seems to be popular with the locals. The restaurant has a nice, clean ambiance, and everyone on the staff was friendly and always smiling. Service was also proactive. Before I even had the chance to ask where the restroom was, one of the staff noticed me looking around and immediately pointed me in the right direction. Small thing, but it says a lot. The food came out quickly. I ordered the pho, spring rolls, and Thai tea. The pho broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, different from what I usually get back. The noodles also stood out. They were very soft and tender, but still had a really good texture and taste. The spring rolls were fresh, generously filled, and came with a thick peanut sauce. Portions here are huge. I did not finish everything, not because the food was not good, but because there was simply too much. Including the tip, I paid around $43, but honestly, what I ordered could easily have been a meal for two. Great food, generous portions, quick and friendly service, and a relaxing break before dealing with the craziness of the Strip. Definitely worth the little detour.

What is it with places now a days? This broth is ok. Again, where's the flavor? 19$ for this pho. Im in san diego and at pho cow cali, its 12.50$ there's not much meat either, but its there and the broth is above average. It almost seems the more expensive the pho is, the less meat it has and the broth is bland. Service also sucked when i was here months ago. My water never got refilled and for what it looked like inside, youd think there would be stellar service. The paintings on the wall was cool and fun. The furniture is adorable and its spacey inside. The com tham dish we ordered was not charred, not flavorful, and came with a bland nuc cham. I just cant like any viet restaurant that has nuc cham I don't like. This matters a lot to me. Its like me eating korean food at a korean restaurant that had bad kimchi. I won't go to places like that. Ive been trying to go back and write reviews for places I forgot to write one for. The last time I was here I got the bun rieu and it was ok, not my favorite version of the dish. I'd stick to the pho which feels like a safer choice here and more in line with what they do best. The space itself is spacious and casual. Back in the day, I would have considered this a solid 'cheap eats' option, but that's no longer the case. Like everywhere else in Vegas, prices feel high for what you get. That said, service was good, the staff was efficient, and the food came out quickly.
