Highly recommend this place if you're looking for pho/vietnamese food. Went as a party of 3 and we liked it so much we came back 3 days in a row. Small mom and pop shop located less than 5 minutes from Sam's hotel. I can't remember the name of our server but she was the niece of the owner? She told us her uncle was from overseas and everything is made in house from a family recipe. Super nice lady, made each visit enjoyable. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This spot is like a hidden gem, neighborhood seems a little bit sketchy(?) so we weren't expecting to find a place like this.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]You can definitely tell it's family run, when we first walked in on day one we saw an auntie folding spring rolls at one of the tables.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We wanted something to replenish our energy since all of us drained and we decided on three bowls of pho and a bbq pork rice dish with 2 extra fried eggs. We got 3 steaming bowls of pho right away and I could not have been more excited. That first sip of soup was heavenly. You could tell the bone broth had been simmered for a long time because it was so flavorful. The beef was tender too. Everyone was exhausted, so this really hit the spot for all of us. The barbecue pork dish was delicious. I don't usually go out of my way to order this, but this was a pleasant surprise. The fish sauce well with the rice and the pork chop. The pork chop was seasoned to perfection. The dish usually comes with one fried egg, but we opted for two more so that we can all share evenly and the eggs are fried perfectly. The yolks were still runny and somehow pairing it with the sauce and pork just made it taste even better. Honestly we enjoyed it so much that we came for the next 2 days. Each bowl of pho was delicious. I was so satisfied and my stomach left happy. I also really liked that the pricing wasn't too different from New York. I would say this place is a MUST TRY if you're looking for good home cooked Vietnamese food while in Las Vegas. I think the family deserves the support and I was just really happy overall with my visit each time.

I live around the area and I usually go to spring mountain (china town) to get some pho, wanted to try something near by so I saw this small location. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The area it's self is kinda sketchy and the inside looks like they are closing and half of the restaurant with inventory.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Which I don't really mind but I can see why it could affect business. I noticed two older people working. This must be a family owned business. The food its self had a nice flavor I enjoyed the pho. The egg rolls where really crispy on the outside which I liked. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall it's a nice local spot for locals if you can get passed the decoration and location.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Wanted to eat pho today & came across this spot, it's right across from Sam's Town so the location was convenient. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is nothing too fancy, but lots of seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Definitely a family run shop, where grandma was the server & I'm sure the other family members in the kitchen.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My pho order came out pretty quick & piping hot. The Vietnamese ice coffee definitely woke me up for the rest of the day. Awesome service, great food choices & very fair prices. I do recommend & will return with friends & family.

Wow this spot is a hidden gem on the Boulder Hwy . I ordered the Rare Steak Pho to help me battle my cold. The broth was just perfect. Hit the spot completely!!! I also LOVE the Matcha Green Tea Smoothie with boba!!! The boba was chewy and PERFECT. RECOMMENDED

Steak and tendon pho 9.6/10 definitely recommend this location.

Great food, great service. Quiet . The pho was amazing! Great taste. Spring rolls were good too but the shrimp were a little small.

Just what my cravings ordered small mom and pop place. We went Saturday evening. Door was locked (probably for safety because of the area so don't blame them but it's a great little place!) but they opened it really quick and we were greeted with a warm welcome. Service was great and quick. We ordered take out since we have a small baby and we had to go put to bed. Would have loved to dine in tho! Food transported well and was absolutely delicious we will definitely be back to this hidden gem. We also ordered a boba tea which was very good If you are looking for a good little pho place definitely check them out it will be worth it

It did not disappoint. Pho & Beyond is tucked away in a quieter area and seems to be popular with the locals. The restaurant has a nice, clean ambiance, and everyone on the staff was friendly and always smiling. Service was also proactive. Before I even had the chance to ask where the restroom was, one of the staff noticed me looking around and immediately pointed me in the right direction. Small thing, but it says a lot. The food came out quickly. I ordered the pho, spring rolls, and Thai tea. The pho broth was incredibly rich and flavorful, different from what I usually get back. The noodles also stood out. They were very soft and tender, but still had a really good texture and taste. The spring rolls were fresh, generously filled, and came with a thick peanut sauce. Portions here are huge. I did not finish everything, not because the food was not good, but because there was simply too much. Including the tip, I paid around $43, but honestly, what I ordered could easily have been a meal for two. Great food, generous portions, quick and friendly service, and a relaxing break before dealing with the craziness of the Strip. Definitely worth the little detour.

What is it with places now a days? This broth is ok. Again, where's the flavor? 19$ for this pho. Im in san diego and at pho cow cali, its 12.50$ there's not much meat either, but its there and the broth is above average. It almost seems the more expensive the pho is, the less meat it has and the broth is bland. Service also sucked when i was here months ago. My water never got refilled and for what it looked like inside, youd think there would be stellar service. The paintings on the wall was cool and fun. The furniture is adorable and its spacey inside. The com tham dish we ordered was not charred, not flavorful, and came with a bland nuc cham. I just cant like any viet restaurant that has nuc cham I don't like. This matters a lot to me. Its like me eating korean food at a korean restaurant that had bad kimchi. I won't go to places like that. Ive been trying to go back and write reviews for places I forgot to write one for. Im too lazy to sift through 5k pics on my phone. Lol! Soooo im gonna stop by here in a couple of weeks to eat here again and get a new pic! Lol! Maybe when I come back ill have a better impression!

The last time I was here I got the bun rieu and it was ok, not my favorite version of the dish. I'd stick to the pho which feels like a safer choice here and more in line with what they do best. The space itself is spacious and casual. Back in the day, I would have considered this a solid 'cheap eats' option, but that's no longer the case. Like everywhere else in Vegas, prices feel high for what you get. That said, service was good, the staff was efficient, and the food came out quickly.
