Now it's owned once again by a nice little Vietnamese family from Saigon and I'm glad we decided to try again. The pho broth was good! We ordered Pho Tai and Pho Dac Biet and some egg-rolls. Everything came with plenty of herbs, sprouts, limes and jalapeños and their dipping sauce for the eggrolls was perfect! We will definitely put this back on our weekly rotation cause making a pot of pho every time I crave it is just too much work!
