This was the first time I have eaten Pho and it was pretty darn satisfying. I did read other reviews and it seems to be all mixed with experience. When I walked in the owner came over to me right away with a menu and quickly grabbed me a glass of water as I was sitting down. I had a friend meeting me and I had told him, they made my food right away and told me they would hold off until she got there so that she would have hot food. Over all the place was very clean, parking not a problem, food was very tasty and the owner was very attentive. I will be going back and trying out some of the other items on the menu. read more

Good Pho. My husband was craving Pho and this was the closest restaurant I could find. I read the reviews and thought I'd give it a try. We had the combo Pho and it had a good flavor. The server (owner?) is not charming but he wasn't unpleasant or rude. Go for the food. read more

Came in and ordered a bowl of pho. Went to the restroom to take a quick leak while I waited for my lunch. After I came back out and sat back down, the old man who was running the front of the shop said to me in Vietnamese WHILE bringing my food out to me, "why are you so disgusting?"....I said to him "excuse me?" ....He says to me "You washed your hands in the bathroom and dried your hands and then threw the paper towel on the floor! Why are you such a slob?" I was so baffled I didn't even know what to say. After sitting with my jaw wide open for about 10 seconds I answered him "I used the paper towel to open the door then threw it in the trash can. I didn't know that it missed, I never deliberately threw it on the ground. And furthermore I am a customer, and your language is not only disgraceful towards a customer, but disgraceful for a man of your age." Then I got up and left with the bowl of pho on the table. not sure what all the bad food reviews are about, everything we've had has been great. The pork chow mein is fantastic. Maybe it's just the chicken that comes across poorly. Dunno, never had it. The Pho is as tasty as anywhere else. The owner/workers come across rough (like a grumpy old man) but are quite friendly. We've had many great experiences with them. We've had a couple issues and they were great at fixing them right away. We've even joked with them on occasion. read more

Small mom and pop place with limited seating. Very reasonable prices and the best pho in the county, hands down.

I travel on business so I eat out all the time. Food was OK, service was the worst I have experienced in a long time.

Ok first time I came here was with my Aunty and cousin.we left because we sat down the guy saw us when he was wiping down tables and went in the back without giving us menus. Then my cousin went to grab some on the counter and that's when he came backed out grabbed me is and walked passed her and went in the back. This is the worst restaurant I've ever been to. Worst customer service!!! That guy who serves is really rude! The servings are really small and the egg rolls that we ordered has been cooked in the same oil that I think they've been using for quite a while now coz it smells funny and really dark colored! One of a few Pho places between Everett and Bellingham. Good broth and fresh vegies to go with it. Sloooooow for takeout and I think they don't start it til you show up. The staff is friendly and the service is fast, as is with most pho places. The prices are a bit spendier than some places, but the quality is good. One of the bonuses that I appreciate is the bubble tea, which I am extremely picky about. read more

All of the tables were dirty, the owner seemed angry and annoyed by our presence, and the pho itself was completely subpar. The broth was disgusting and odd smelling and the meat was under portioned. Terrible experience for my wife and I! Decided to visit here for the first time since it's close to our house, and had heard good things. After our visit, it makes me wonder if all the reviews that were good, as well as the good recommendation I had received prior to visiting, are coming from an alternate universe. The Pho itself was just ok, nothing special. The first indication that this wasn't going to be the best experience, was when I asked what is the difference between the small and large sizes? The owner(?) replied that "small is small, and large is large", and then pointed to some customers a few tables over and said "you can look at theirs". How difficult is it to give a straight answer, or even bring the bowls to show us the sizes (better yet, have them on the counter as a display like I've seen at other places)? We both ended up ordering the large size, and when they were brought we both thought they seemed kinda small as they were not as large as the "large" that most Pho places offer, but we didn't say anything at the time (actually, we thought that maybe the owner misunderstood when we ordered because he initially recommended the small size for my wife, but we said we wanted large). After finishing, we had to go to the counter (which as another review points out, is at the back of the restaurant) to pay ourselves (no check brought to the table, OR offered). At that time, I asked if I could please see the smaller size bowl for reference for our next visit. Up until that point, while not exactly being helpful or making sure we were ok, the owner seemed fine. AFTER I asked, his attitude became extremely rude towards myself and my wife, as if he were offended that I should even ask, but reluctantly showed us the "small" size bowl which to me seemed barely different from the large. I said thank you, and proceeded to pay with an American Express card. He looked at it, then rudely shoved it towards my wife saying "we don't take it!" We then paid with a Visa card, and while he was running it, I attempted to engage him in polite conversation, but he continued to display an outright rude and hostile attitude. After signing the receipt, we turned to leave but noticed that we had not received a copy, so I turned back to ask for one. He glared at me as if he were being SOOO inconvenienced (we were the only customers), but complied. I tipped him in their tip jar, said thank you, and left. As we were leaving, my wife was visibly and verbally upset at the treatment we received, mostly verbal towards me for tipping at all. While I DID tip, it was mostly out of habit, and definitely not due to receiving good service. I HIGHLY recommend to anyone thinking of coming here, go somewhere else. You can find better Pho almost anywhere, and will DEFINITELY be treated far better. We will never return to this establishment, and will advise our friends and business contacts to look somewhere else as well. read more

The prices aren't bad, and this is the only pho place near where I live that accept card for payment. I've been here a few times, and I usually get pretty good service. A woman in her late 20s or early 30s helped me and she was awesome. However, I went in another time and was helped by the owner. First, the owner smokes near the entrance of the restaurant, which is bothersome to customers, myself included. When I came in and sat down, there was no hello or greeting, he didn't even look at me to acknowledge i was there. After a few minutes he came over with a pen and a notepad and just stood there and looked at us until we ordered. I told him we were waiting for some other people and he rolled his eyes and walked away. Needless to say, I didn't tip. Please learn how to be a good business owner and treat your customers right.
