I've ordered several times from this restaurant. The BUN BO HUE is the best!!! The pho is great and comes with lots of veggies. The spring rolls are nice and crunchy. Summer rolls are just as yummy. They never forget the extra dipping sauces; SO DELICIOUS. I've always received warm and kind service from the employees. I can eat here every week! Bahn Mis are NOT good. I've tried all three different ones. I've ordered a few times to change it up, because maybe it was an off day. I've ordered double meat and double veggies; extra charge of course, no worries, but I was only given an extra piece of meat and some extra cilantro. The bread is definitely too dry; maybe find a new baker or fine-tune the recipe if they make it in-house? Not my number 1 pho/viet place. I've only tried their banh mi and pork spring rolls but I was very unimpressed. Their banh mi was severely lacking vegetables which are essential to banh mi sandwiches. It was literally one thin sliver of carrot and a pepper. The spring rolls were rather bland and it needed every bit of the peanut sauce it came with. Will say the cafe sua da (Vietnamese coffee) was spot on though. Legit viet coffee. But Overall just meh. Just comparing to the other phos around here, portions were smaller, soup base was watery. We got one medium pho, which was like small at one on stetsen hills, and a hot pot, basically a medium with just really hot soup. Food came out fast but servers weren't. We had to wait like five minutes everytime we ask for something. Even with the 20% opening discount it was a bit pricy for a bowl of small, watery pho. Would we come back? The egg rolls in the Bowles were amazing. The meats and noodles and rice were great. Overall the Bowles were great. They could have added more herbs. The bahn mi is what we came for. Saigon springs had closed and we were looking for a great Vietnamese restaurant to replace it. Their sandwiches were amazing. Here the bread on both of them were stale and hard. They didn't put much meat and vegetables. They were disappointing to say the least. To end on a positive note, the taro Boba tea or bubble tea was the absolute best I have ever had. So, I figured I'd try this place since it just opened up and we haven't found a good pho spot since moving here. When we entered it the restaurant, we weren't greeted and was standing around waiting to be seated. The workers saw us walk in and no one acknowledged my family and I. I walked to the register to verify if we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. She ended up seating us, but it was at a dirty table. We ordered 2 pho's and a vermicelli noodle dish and 3 Thai tea bobas. The bobas were really good! The only down fall was that they filled the cup all the way up with ice, so you had more ice than actual liquid. The pho was really good and so was the vermicelli noodle dish! The waitress that sat us was super nice. The only reason I'm rating a 3, because no one acknowledged us and we were sat at a dirty table.
