Not bad at all! I am always wary of pho places because if it's not Westminster, it's not really good pho. But this was decent considering it's in La Habra. I think it's a little pricey for what it is, but they do give you a pretty good amount of meat, whichever meat you order. For example, I've never gotten that many beef balls in a pho in my life!! My husband and I decided to take our son to lunch one day. We have been eating there since their opening because we live down the street and always found it pretty decent. BUT this day was a little different. About halfway through our meal I see the cook through the passing window not wearing gloves and man handling the noodles. With his ungloved hands, he was grabbing the noodles, putting in the noodle basket, he would than use that same UNGLOVED hand to press out the excess water from the noodles. I than see him start touching his face and scratching his head AND his arms over what I assume is the pot. The cook and I made eye contact a couple of times and he just seem so oblivious to his actions. I than see he picking his nails in the same spot while he was finished with an order. And not a couple of minutes later, I saw one of the servers come out, picking his nose, and grabbed a bowl of pho. I continued to watch in disgust as he sat down and ate his lunch. I guess if you're gonna eat your own boogers it shouldn't be that big of a deal right? I can only imagine how sanitary or UNSANITARY This place is, if the server didn't wash his hands before eating his own food. I usually eat noodle soup at Pho place, but I tried differt menu for craving fried rice. Roasted chicken and fried egg with tomato source rice was exceeded my expectation and it couldn't be better! I've become a regular at Pho Fula because I do find them comparatively better than their rivals in the area. I would definitely recommend trying out this place if you don't want to drive to Westminster. Food Quality: I've tried a good number of pho locations spanning between Anaheim to La Habra and this place has easily become my favorite. The quality of the ingredients used here is about the same but the broth is what makes Pho Fula stand out to me more than other places. The broth here is light but flavorful, not excessively oily, and served piping hot. My favorite order of all time here: #1 combo pho. Generous amount of meat and noodles. Mouth-watering broth.. I admit: my bowl is turned upside down every time.... Their vermicelli is pretty good too. Also very generous in portions and the eggroll is delicious! Their fish sauce is on the lighter side than what I'm used to but requesting an additional bowl of it usually fixes the problem! If you're extra hungry, dive into the spring rolls! They're not the best I've had, but when hungry, they taste amazing. Service: From what I've noticed, every customer is instantly greeted with a smiling welcome. It seems that they have a pretty good idea of when to approach you to take your order. The food is served as soon as it's made! I've noticed sometimes that they chase after their customers in the parking lot to give them change or other things they seemed to have forgotten - big thumbs up to this! Price / Quantity: Average pricing on all their dishes. I've never had an issue in this aspect as I typically leave satisfied every time. We love their Pho! It's not overly seasoned like other Vietnamese restaurants', that leaves you severely dehydrated because of the copious amount of salt and MSG they put in the broth. Pho Fula has been my go-to pho spot since I moved to Fullerton. There are many, many neighboring pho restaurants nearby but I appreciate this one the most. Here are the reasons why: 1. PRICING -- you can get a large bowl for the price of a small bowl in other restaurants. I absolutely do not understand how some pho restaurants charge more than $10 for a bowl of pho. 2. SPEED -- I also don't understand why some pho restaurants take so long preparing the food. Let's be real.. we know it's not made-to-order! Pho Fula has your food ready in 10 minutes. Thank you!!! 3. My boyfriend and I were in town for Disneyland and had arrived in the area pretty late so we were looking for a pho place that was open late. We found this one closed at 10 so hurried over with about 40 min before closing. When we walked in, there was a gentleman cleaning one side of the dining room and instructing us to sit on the other side. I found the staff to be very inattentive as they hardly checked up on us or filled our waters. The pho was decent but my boyfriend found it to be salty and his chicken very chewy. When we were ready to leave, I noticed other customers were waiting for their server to take the check, but never did so they had to walk up to the register to pay their bill. I took note and did the same thing. However, when I approached the register, there was a young woman on her phone and probably took close to a minute before she acknowledged me and took my payment. I could tell the other staff were about to say something to her before she finished her text message and helped me. It seemed everyone was already checked out before the restaurant even closed. Portions were good but prices aren't updated on Yelp. Their large pho is over $14, and most of their dishes are are at least $2-3 more now from the most recent 2022 menu photos. I think it would be better value to go to the other "higher end" pho spots in the area and pay a few dollars more for higher quality oxtail, large beef bone, or filet/ribeye dishes at other locations. The short : Not quite meh but had issues with temperature and flavor profile. The long : I'm on a small business help mission. I had many choices this day in the OC area. Passed on the multiple chains that were open. In this mini mall are Chipotle, Corner Bakery, e.t.c But when's the last time I've had a big steaming bowl of hot Pho? Yeah baby. It's about that time again! That'a what was going through my noggin'... big hot steamy bowl of delicious tendon, brisket, and round... mmmmm... Unfortunately, big bowl ... check. Hot and steamy? Not so much. Granted I drove 3 to 4 mintues to get home, but that's not gonna get from hot and steamy to not hot enough to properly cook the raw beefy bits. And there's where the major problem was. There's tons of noodles, I ordered a large. There's ample bean sprouts, basil and jalapeño peppers but those cold items either put the kibosh on the broth heating prowess enough to end up with uncooked beef round steak (still bloody) or the broth wasn't hot enough. And given that I poured the broth, I noticed there last of steamy that would account for the raw beef. I'm talking raw, not pink that would have been acceptable. I mean, oh dude, i better nuke this before eating. So nuke it was. And taste bad it did. Flavor profile not remotely what I was wanting. Gobs of additional seasonings didn't really help. I maybe a little spoiled by this point, I've had phenomenal Pho in local expected places like Santa Ana, Garden Grove, Westminster and abroad ~ France of all places. So, I think I can say the broth didn't cut it ~ there was a tin like aftertaste and no depth of goodness that I could discern. Think 3 hr vs 30 hr simmer. I dunno, again maybe I'm spoiled... Should I have lowered expectations since this was located in La Habra instead of the usual ethnic enclaves of goody goody Pho-dom? I think not. It'd be one thing if the broth turned weird after I nuked it up to temp incorrectly or added weird stuff. I had enough broth to sample straight from the kitchen and it tasted the same as the nuked stuff... somewhat off and lacking to my standards. So there ya go. Sorry, it's a pass for me until things right themselves. I will try again maybe when we're back to more normal times because the distance can't be beat and I'll mention please make sure broth is both to my liking and super duper hot. Super authentic Vietnamese food, which I've been having trouble finding in this area. And it's good!! It's better than some of the spots I've tried in Garden grove and San Gabriel valley. I love their seafood for because they give lots of seafood and a good amount of noodles. One large order of therefore was enough to feed my family of three. Their spring rolls are also really good, I tried their grilled pork patty spring roll, and I love that they give lots of meat and don't overload it with veggies, and they add a little bit of crunch on the inside as well. Not many places make it like this. Another favorite is there shrimp and beef vermicelli noodles. Basically everything is good and they give great portions. I'm never going anywhere else read more

Great little place. I tried the Veggie Pho with Veggie broth as highly recommended by others cuz I've been trying to eat more vegatables and less meat. OMG, they were right. It's super flavorful and has a lot of green goodness. It's definitely going to be on my go-to list for Vegetarian dishes. That said, I'm not a vegetarian so I also highly recommend the Bun with grilled pork. Mmm mmm. And although I haven't tried it here I'm sure their Ban Mhi is great too. Shrimp spring roll and Pho Ga! Located right next to Chipotle, it took me a few trips to this shopping center to actually notice this place! So, anyway, my girls were craving Pho so we decided to come here! Parking is a bit tight because they share it with all the other businesses but it's not a nightmare! We ordered it over the phone and it was ready in ten minutes! Nice, friendly staff... not rude! Cool little spot for some quick Pho! They are very generous with their portions! Also, nice little to-go containers! They use shredded lettuce for the spring rolls. This is a first for me! I'm not sure if this is the norm. Tasted equally as good though so no biggie! TIP: Ask for onions on the side because they put in the soup! The chicken used in the soup was also well portioned! The broth was clear and the ingredients seemed alot fresher than other Pho restaurants I've been too! He seemed so uninterested in explaining the item and did not answer my question at all. I ordered it and then I looked at images to see what it was, and I wanted to change my order.
