Been coming here for years. Always enjoyed it, regardless of the reviews we read online. The quality of both service and food has really dipped drastically since changing ownership. We've had a few hiccups over the last couple years, orders coming out wrong and/or out of certain ingredients but nonetheless we have continued to try supporting the business. During our last visit we found hair in the tendon of one of our soups. When we brought it up to the server, they responded that hair sticks to tendon during the cleaning process. Zero accountability or apologies, just that tendon has hair on it. We've been coming here for years and never found hair on our tendon before. Furthermore, the server clearly is unaware of the accessibility of the web. While she was trying to explain this, we had already looked it up and knew she was just trying to cover up. This is not a place you go to for good service but at least there was a time when the food quality balanced it out, unfortunately we will be steering clear from this place. Walked into the place as we were in the neighborhood and were starving. I am not a massive pho fan, so i ended up going with fried rice and BBQ meat (which was pretty tasty in the standard can you go wrong with asian food kind of way). Hubs ordered the Beef Pho which he greatly enjoyed and is now upset that I have kept him away from this dish for years. (Coz I just don't like pho, we rarely ever get Vietnamese food!). This is long overdue! Me and my hubbys favorite spot to eat dinner. We come for the amazing service we always get and the egg rolls. We usually order egg rolls, a large pho brisket and extra noodles. Pho Hana used to have an amazing team of servers working there: Nicole, Jenny, and Sara As time progressed, Jenny and Sara left to pursue other interests. Still through it all, they still hang out together. These three worked so well together, that they'd assist each other without speaking a word and/or glance, they just did it. They raised the bar so high how to be an outstanding server. Today, Nicole lights up the restaurant with her smile and personality. She does everything, literally everything. It's hard to comprehend how she keeps up that energy. She developed such a high standard in the food service industry, that she's definitely an asset to any restaurant or in any company. Underrated restaurant that deserves the recognition it deserves! We came here for lunch on a soup kind of day and it did not disappoint. We both ordered their pho each and a Thai tea to share. The pho broth was HOT (just how I like it) and perfectly made. It was very clean and flavorful; it's not overly rich with different flavor profiles like other places. It's also not fattening like other places either. If I wanted a good bowl of pho, this is definitely my go to place from now on. The Thai tea was also on point- you can actually taste the tea! I've been coming here for a few years now usually rotating between the chicken and veggie pho. I also really do enjoy the beef fried rice it's probably one of the best things on the menu. However, I have noticed their spring rolls are visibly much smaller than a few months ago and their prices have skyrocketed. I feel like this place is getting a bit greedy and it's so disappointing because I do enjoy the ambiance eating there and the calmness. I will say the last time I had their chicken pho the chicken was very tough and dry too. It took multiple chews to eat which felt very off. I am shocked that they would serve this skimpy serving and it was the large .noodles were awful, broth semi ok , brisket was subpar , not chewable unidentified meat squares .the basil was pathetic only three leaves .
