    Vegan pho

I ordered the vegan pho with a French baguette on the side and a refreshing limeade drink. It was as delicious as the others that reviewed it, had described. The broth was so flavorful. I hardly added anything to it (rare for me) . I really liked the mix of veggies they used; brick, cabbage, carrots scallions, basic mushrooms. The service here is lovely. The staff is friendly and attentive. The dining area is cozy and inviting, not fancy, just very nice.

Excellent pho. Very friendly staff. Atmosphere is exactly what it should be. Perfect on a cold day.

We were welcomed and seated right away. We learned the owners are new. Mom enjoyed her noodle dish and I ordered the small Pho with beef balls. Good proportions, light but tasty. An observation to note, the water served is filtered so that was a plus for me. The menu has many items to choose from. If you're contemplating a hot bowl of soup, stop in and try something new.

My boyfriend and I love pho and this place definitely exceeded my expectations. Food was so good and everyone there was super friendly and welcoming. The overall place was very calm which I really like! Would come back again !

Great food. Very fast service. Excited to try again! Try the edd noodles in pork broth. I got extra wontons and shrimp.

Under new ownership! A great hidden gem for Vietnamese-Chinese-Thai food! We ordered the beef pho, vermicelli dish and Vietnamese iced coffee. The pho broth is super flavorful and the vermicelli bowl was delicious! The portions are great with a good amount of meat. The Vietnamese coffee was strong and wasn't 75% ice which I appreciate. Overall a really great spot for delicious food at reasonable prices! There's also a large parking lot so no need to street park. I'll definitely be back to try some other dishes on their menu!

Visiting from LA and we were in the area decided to try this place. They have many options on their menu, that's what caught my attention. Did not disappoint everything was good along with their customer service. It appears small on the outside but there's plenty of tables for dining in.

We are visiting from California and this restaurant was right around the corner from our Airbnb. We stopped by and it is truly one of the best Vietnamese restaurants we have ever tried (top 3 according to my Viet boyfriend)!!! The pho is so flavorful and the meat is cooked perfectly. We tried the Vietnamese rice plate and the pork was tender and the shrimp was juicy!! We are on day 2 of our trip and we've already been here twice. It is so nice to see an owner care so much about the quality of his food, which is something we don't get at the Viet restaurants back home. The Vietnamese iced coffee deserves a special shout out as well! Staff is very friendly and service is quick!!! We're already planning on stopping by one more time before we leave! Thank you!!

I'm in town for a long weekend and we were in the mood for some pho and this place was open a little later than the other pho places in the area. We ordered A1. Four Piece Spring Rolls. They came out hot enough to eat but not burn your mouth and were super tasty. They didn't serve it with lettuce like we're used to, but it did come with the nuoc cham sauce. They weren't super greasy either. We also each ordered NS1. Beef Pho with steak. The broth is a bit sweeter than I prefer, but it was good. It's not the best pho I've ever had but it's nowhere near the worst either. The waiter was friendly and attentive. Thank you for the hospitality and your warm, comforting food!

Have driven by many times, dropped in today for lunch. The small waiting area has the pleasant smell of incense to welcome you in. Restaurant is very homey, run by an elderly couple. The beef pho was solid, price in line with others. How to earn 5 stars: more basil/bean sprouts garnishes, better broth:noodles ratio (less broth)

Fabulous food, service and atmosphere!…read more Inside is fashioned after a town in Vietnam and it is beautiful! There's plenty of seating, an adorable bar set up and tranquil water features. Absolutely could be a great date night. We started with an order of Crab Rangoons and Thai Tea. Both were fantastic! Some places over fry the rangoons making them overly oily or leaving a weird aftertaste. These were done just right! Filled with crab, cream cheese and celery. I would not have thought the celery would be a good addition (I hate celery) but in this moment it absolutely works! For a main we ordered round eye steak Phó and it was absolutely perfect! We agreed that the broth is one of the best we have ever had! Plenty of protein and fabulously fresh add ins (basil, limes, jalapeños and bean sprouts). Service was quick and our server was lovely. We will absolutely be back.

The vermicelli noodle egg rolls were yummy and the fish sauce was not too sweet, the chicken satay was pretty average as far as the meat but the peanut sauce? I'd DRINK that sweet firey goodness :P But the real star of the show was the chicken, onion, potato and vegetable curry. At first I was concerned spooning it out because the sauce was a little thinner than I'm used to, what a truly silly concern because there was more flavor in 1 serving spoon than in a cup of sauce from the same dish at other restaurants!! Seriously folks, don't walk RUUUUN to Lotus

We started with a couple Thai mules which were made with a spicy and delicious ginger beer. Restaurant was clean. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating options. We were immediately greeted and seated upon entering the restaurant. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. We ordered a few appetizers to share; coconut shrimp, potstickers, chicken satay and BBQ pork fresh salad rolls. Each appetizer came with an appropriate dipping sauce. The food was good, and tasted fresh. The chicken satay was a bit dry, but the curry flavor was perfect and the peanut dipping sauce helped give it a bit of moisture. I feel like the prices were a bit steep. We only ordered one non-alcoholic beverage and 4 appetizers, and the bill was just shy of $80, with tip. I guess I didn't realize how expensive it was since last time I came for Happy Hour. Overall we were happy with our experience here; however, next time we'll make sure we hit Happy Hour for better pricing. Would recommend.

I can't believe I'm finally saying this after three years of trying all the pho spots in Vancouver…read morebut I believe I've officially found my go to pho spot! Pho Ton offers me the taste of SoCal that I've been missing and I'm so excited to become a regular here! The service is outstanding! I ate here twice in one week and the server remembered my order from the first time I came in! I was definitely impressed by that. The dining area is nice and cozy. Perfect for slurping up noodles on a cold rainy PNW day. My usual order here is Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Beef Noodle Soup). This place does it SO RIGHT! You can see the flavor dancing around in the broth before you even taste it. The broth is rich and beefy with notes of lemongrass and Vietnamese Chili Oil. There's chunks of their house made fishcake, boneless pork trotter, thick slices of tender beef shank, and silky pork's blood topped with fresh onions and cilantro. Top it off with banana leaves, thin sliced cabbage, and a squeeze of lemon juice to bring everything together. If you're a fan of flavor, this is the dish for you. My fiancé's go to is their Pho Dac Biet or House Special Pho. This comes in a large bowl with every meat selection on the menu. They use the perfect combination of spices here, no one spice overpowers another. A lot of places in Vancouver are spice dependent making their broth taste like spice water, which might be tasty if you've never had pho but I've eaten it my whole life and would prefer my pho broth not tasting like cinnamon soup. The amount of meat they use in both the BBH and the pho is impressive. I usually still have a bunch of meat in my bowl after I've polished off my noodles. Pho Ton does pho right and I'm already so excited for my next bowl here.

No need to street park here. AMBIANCE: The restaurant is on the smaller side with only a few tables. Each time we've come, there has been open seating for us to get seated quickly. There's a giant mural of how to eat pho like a pro. SERVICE: Never had an issue. The ladies are always quick to seat us and often refill our waters. They bring the food out hot and fresh and we've honestly never waited more than 10 minutes for our food. She was quick to come to the table to take our orders and are always courteous to us when we come in. FOOD: I always get the brisket pho. They have two sizes, small and large. They are pretty decent portions and I always leave full. They serve pho with limes, bean sprouts, and all the fixings. They have hoison sauce and Sriracha on hand as well. Now the brisket and noodles are always good but the star is the broth. I'm so picky with my pho broths and this one always has that deep, rich flavour that I look for in pho. It's a darker broth and doesn't taste watered down like some of the other places I've had in Portland. I've also had their egg rolls and I love them. Always served piping hot and crispy.
