From Great to Less Than Average This is used to be one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants because the food was amazing the flavors and the portions were on the large side including the protein, but now they recently sold the restaurant and the new owners are not bad they seem like nice good people, but the food is ok, just average. I love this place! They put care into their broths. I've tried other places around the area and this one still remains my favorite Pho around. If you plan to dine in you'll notice it's never crowded. Got takeout here last night and it was very good. Banh mi was huge and very tasty. combination rice bowl with broken rice was good as well. Appetizer was egg rolls and they were good but filling was kind of mushy for my taste- husband liked them more. Was extremely excited to try this spot out but left highly disappointed. The place was practically empty when we first arrived and had flashing lights and EDM playing, vibes were off but service was extremely quick. We ordered the Thai tea boba, crab rangoons, rice vermicelli special, and pho (with eye round, brisket, and flank steak). The crab rangoons were 95% cream cheese and the entrees were decent but nothing special. The Thai tea was just fine but the boba was an entirely different story. I'm the furthest thing from a boba purist and I really don't mind if they're a bit undercooked/overcooked, but this was just entirely raw and rock solid. We thought it might've just been one or two of them but we couldn't find a single one that you could actually bite through without practically cracking a tooth. I asked for a remake rather than a refund, I wasn't trying to be difficult but I'm not going to pay $5.50 for something that isn't even edible. We spoke to a woman (who I believe is one of the owners) and she came up with some story that it was the manufacturer's fault because she had purchased them from Taiwan. It was pretty clearly a blatant lie, and if that's truly the case then I'm unsure as to why they're still on the menu. She refused to remake the drink and essentially told us to suck it up and pay. She then refused to come out when we asked one of the servers if we could speak to her again. Keep in mind that we had been perfectly polite and civil the entire time, just disappointed. Okay food and service but terrible business practices. You'll probably have an alright experience if you stick to the entrees but don't expect the owners to take any personal responsibility if they've screwed up your order. read more

Authentic Vietnamese food and delicious! Not sure what is wrong with the 1 star review people on here, but service was fine. Place is clean and has great ambience for a family owned restaurant in a strip mall. They also have pH balanced water for those that just drink water with their meal. Smooth crisp, clean clear water. This area is lacking in authentic Vietnamese food and quality restaurants in general, since I am here from NJ, where we never have an issue finding a decent place to eat good food, Vietnamese or otherwise. If you have a problem with this place, then maybe go back to your burger and fries or pizza. Not that there's anything wrong with those options, just maybe your palate isn't mature enough for this place. Excellent egg rolls, Spring(or Summer) rolls, Pho, vermicelli bowls and Com Tam plates. We are so happy that there is pho closer to us now! We have been waiting for so long (it seemed like forever!) for this restaurant to open and we are glad it did. The P1 is delicious and the portions are huge! Enough for at least 2 meals! We also had the A1 and were not disappointed at all. So much flavor throughout the meal! It looks like they are just establishing their business or re-modeling. The place is clean and inviting. The wait was a bit long for lunch, while it was just the 2 of us inside the restaurant *therefore the 4 stars instead of 5* However, the food was very flavorful and fresh. I had the P7 Pho. The broth was clean and lean. It was a rather large bowl for the price! Same with my husband's bun. He took a B6 and said it was really good. I believe he inahled it in one scoop! I have the upmost respect for Asians and anyone , I went and seated myself and waited as he told me to, then a party of 4 walk in and he goes straight to them to ask them for their drinks, I honestly just stared so I waited until he came to my husband and me, and then got our drinks, I nicely asked him why he disregarded us and got someone that had just walked in. Then someone behind us asked why I would ask that and he said to her I was crazy. Wow humiliation at its finest. Yummy local spot! It never seems to busy inside but every time we have gone our food has been fresh and delicious! The obvious go to Is Pho Ga. It can warm anyones soul! So four weeks ago someone bought this restaurant, and it has gone way downhill. I went ahead and ordered takeout, and was told 15 minutes. 45 minutes later while I was standing there the whole time they decided to start cooking my food. I mentioned that I paid full price left a generous tip and asked if they were going to do something to compensate me for forgetting to cook my food. They said no, the new owner an older gentleman, literally shoved my food in my face. He then said he was going to do nothing at all. The worst part about this is I got home and the food was burnt and thrown together. I hate to say it, but I will never be back to this restaurant again. Between the rudeness of the owners, and they being unwilling to admit any fault, I don't see this restaurant lasting long. read more

Great place! We're very happy to finally see a Pho restaurant in the area, as we previously had to drive to Sarasota. We stopped by for lunch take out the other day and were very impressed. Across the board, every was awesome. All the food was packed up separately so we could easily put it together when we got home (and so it wouldn't be overdone). The quality of the ingredients were great and very fresh. Portion size was huge (good thing) and had to save a bunch for later. The person at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. And best of all, the food tasted amazing. Unfortunately they are just doing take out right now (Covid-19) but we are looking forward to when we can go there and dine-in as well. This place will definitely be going into our normal rotation. read more

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. THE PHO IS BAD AND THE MANAGEMENT IS EVEN WORSE. As someone who knows pho bc I have been eating it all my life, this is the worse pho I have ever tasted. It was like they ran out of broth so they added more water and MSG to the pot. We waited 2 hours for pho and so many people left. We should have done the same thing but we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. They were busy but they didn't know how to manage the restaurant at all. They served people who came in after us. They all got food, ate and left and we still didn't get our yet. When our food finally arrived, we barely ate our food bc it was so bad even though we were starving. We just paid and left. I'm really amazed at how they stay in business and with such a high rating. Worst dining experience OF MY LIFE and at the end of the 2 agonizing HOURS, I paid $94 for my 5 yo son and I to walk out with our entrees in to-go containers to eat at home. I don't know if the owner is just really stupid, super cheap or a lot a bit of both but my brain is still exploding from the bizarre experience I had. It took 10 minutes to even be acknowledged when we first walked into the door even though there's only 12 tables in the restaurant with 4 servers working and we were the only ones standing in front. Then it took 1 hour and we had to ask 4 times just to get WATER. When the entrees for our party of 4 did finally came out, they only made 2 of the 4 entrees that we ordered. My order was a completely different dish then what I ordered and they never even made my 5 yo old sons meal. When we asked where his meal was and asked them to make it, they STILL DIDN'T MAKE IT. When I asked if I could have the meal I actually ordered they STILL DIDN'T MAKE IT. Instead the older woman, who is apparently the owner gives us a check and starts yelling at us saying she didn't charge us for my son's meal that they never made and weren't planning on making, or for the incorrect random meal that we never even ordered. At this point I'm dumbfounded. I say I just want my 5 yo's food and the dish I ordered to go because we had been there for almost 2 HOURS. It then takes them another 20 minutes to finally get our "to-go" meals, I go to pay the bill and she charged us for EVERYTHING - $94. No I'm sorry we forgot to make your son's food...no I'm sorry we didn't make the dish you actually ordered...instead the owner starts yelling at me AGAIN saying she didn't charge me for the random dish sitting on the table that we didn't even order and that someone at another table ate the dish I actually ordered, over and over and over and over again. At this point I just pay the $94 bill and leave bc I have a headache and both my 5 yo and I are hungry since it was almost 830p and we still hadn't eaten. The entire experience was straight out of the twilight zone. Needless to say we will NEVER eat there again and will tell anyone who even considers eating here to avoid it like the plague. I tried the restaurant because a good friend highly recommended their takeout dinners. This restaurant has one of the tastiest pho dac biet noodles soup that I have tasted so far. The beef broth has the right flavor and aroma complimenting all the fresh ingredients that came with the dish. The beef brisket, flank and eye round steak tasted so tender and flavorful. The condiments that came with the dish was all so fresh as it should be. While eating my meal, I felt like I was invited to a Vietnamese home to taste their family cooking.The chef came to me twice just to check how the food is going. The service was fast and friendly. I have enjoyed their meals twice already since they opened and I will definitely be back for more! read more

We ordered takeout after a long day of travel and we sure got our first meal right! Our food was VERY TASTY, FRESH and PLENTY! Started with a spring roll order, they were fresh with a good amount of shrimp and pork in each. I got the rare beef & tendon pho and I have to say the beef was the most tender meat I've ever had in a pho bowl! They packaged the pho fixings very well and provided a generous portion. The tendon was well prepared and not chewy or tough. My son ordered the House Rice Vermicelli Special and loved it. Portion was large and contained plenty of flavorful and tender meats, fresh crispy salad, and sweet dressing to pour over it. The restaurant itself looks very clean and spacious. So glad I decided to try this new place. I love pho and have tried many, many places around the US. This ranks at the very top of that list. I had the pho dat bit. The broth is dark, rich, and very flavorful. The steak is tender and richly seasoned. The meatballs also have a unique flavor that really compliments the broth. I was impressed with the freshness of the onions, jalapeño, the bean sprouts, and the Thai basil. There was also another leafy herb I wasn't familiar with. Rice noodles were awesome, too. If you're a fan of pho, definitely visit this restaurant. I'll be coming back for sure. read more
