Food was good. Service attentive Crawfish was a mixed bag of small and medium. Chicken wings were good The rolls were really good. It was 3 different meats. Pork, chicken and beef with vermicelli noodles, lettuce and rice paper. I didn't use the peanut sauce but I did use sriracha sauce. Place is always clean. I do hope they get bigger crawfish but sometimes it all depends on what they get when ordered.

Terrible service had to wait so long for a spoon for the rice. Only seen one employee actually working while the others including our server chatted. Wings tasted okay Wouldn't recommend eating here waste of money.

The staff were nice but the food was just OK. Good for when you are craving for Vietnamese food when the other Vietnamese places in the area close earlier. Traditional Spring Roll: It only came with 2 and the pork in it was too dry. Popcorn chicken: also kind of dry and it wasnt crispy. Combination Pho: there was a hint of sweetness to it and lacks flavor. Had to add a lot of salt, lime and i even had to ask for fish sauce to add more flavor.

Our first visit to the Pho House was unfortunately a bit disappointing and didn't meet our expectations. As soon as we stepped inside, we noticed that the servers were gathered near the cashier area, casually chatting amongst themselves. It took a little while for one of them to come over and greet us, asking if we preferred to dine in or take our food to go. Opting for a dine-in experience, we were then told we could seat ourselves wherever we liked, which was a nice touch in terms of flexibility. Upon reviewing the menu, we found it surprisingly limited and somewhat unclear in terms of the dishes offered. One notable oversight was the absence of a designated kids' meal section, which left us a bit disappointed, as we were hoping to find more child-friendly options. After some deliberation, we decided to try the Combination Pho, drawn in by the enticing description that promised a variety of meats, including brisket, eye round steak, flank, tendon, fatty brisket, and meatballs. When our dish finally arrived, we were surprised to find that it didn't live up to our expectations. The soup contained only a few of the promised ingredients, specifically the meatballs, fatty brisket, and skirt flank. We felt somewhat shortchanged, as we had anticipated a much heartier and more diverse selection of meats. The flavor of the pho itself was average; it wasn't terrible, but it didn't stand out either--it landed squarely in the middle. Perhaps I was just used to a more aromatic and flavorful broth, leaving this particular bowl feeling somewhat lackluster. For my child, we ordered a chicken soup priced at $11, under the impression that it would be a satisfactory portion for a kid. However, when it arrived, I was taken aback by the small serving size and the overall lack of flavor. It certainly didn't deliver on the value for the price, which was disappointing. As for the restaurant's ambiance, it was fairly average and didn't contribute much to our experience. There was some background music playing, which added a slight touch of atmosphere, but overall, the environment felt plain and did not create a memorable dining experience. This visit left us feeling underwhelmed, and we left hoping for a more satisfying experience at our next dining outing. I'm still giving 3 stars because they are nice!

This is a little confusing because the Restaurant name doesn't match the pictures according to Yelp. We originally were looking for a seafood boil type food place and the pictures for this restaurant showed it, but when we pulled in, it was a full on Pho restaurant. :/ Although we didn't get the seafood boil, their Pho was still amazing. Broth was hot and the meat was delicious. Noodles weren't mushy or pasty and were pretty firm. The cooked dishes weren't what my niece was used to because it seemed overcooked, but she still had a few bites. Waiter was fast and the food was brought out quick, so that's definitely a plus!

Moved away but came back to area to run errands and wanted my crawfish fix. Omg so good as always. Expensive this year but worth it I guess. Buy 5 lb get 1 lb free. Corn potato and sausages extra $$ but we got them. The garlic butter sauce is perfect. My daughter had the pho, that improved a lot over the years. I enjoyed sipping her broth. She licked her pho bowl clean. overall great lunch and fantastic service.

This was our first time here. I had pho with chicken and my husband had the beef vermicelli. We love Vietnamese food. Have had it at other places, but this was the best we have had in a long time. We will travel back to this side of the city to eat here again. I should have taken pictures of our food before we started, but was so hungry. Instead, here are our completed bowls. The staff was very accommodating. I had bariatric surgery a couple of years ago and asked if I could get the child's pho. They accommodated me. The atmosphere was fun and laid back. Kudos to the management and staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Definitely not the best Pho in town. We were the only customers here and drinks still took 15mins and food actually came before my drink! Don't order appetizers if you want it to come out at the same time with your meal- this is a deal breaker for me. The spicy pho is not even mild and no taste. Wings were great with the sauce. Bo luc lac rice dish (steak cubes)is fine. Service is below par and all that for $50 was definitely not worth it.

Waiter definitely needs training! Staff was more worried about carrying conversation then getting my order correct. Waiter wasn't attentive had to ask me what I want 2 times because he didn't write it down the first time. I'm big on customer service and the fact he didn't look to worried about making sure my needs were met is concerning for a buisness like this. Very immature and not professional at all. highly recommend the hawaiian delight drink, special combination pho, crawfish, eggs etc. The minute you walk in it's like taking a breath of fresh air. The environment feel so light. Somehow everytime the fam n I go in there Dorian is our server. Awesome guy!! Great comfort place to go. Also if ur Vegan please go here Definitely healthy choice!! (Fresh veggies)

Small portions, over priced! This was $14! Cans of soft drinks are $4! My pho wasn't bad but not good. Will not be coming back.

Been here on several occasions and always had great food and service! The servers have always been friendly and helpful with suggestions on what to order. The restaurant itself is neat, tidy, and has plenty of seating. Definitely a place I feel comfortable recommending people try if they like Vietnamese cuisine.

I absolutely adore this place I'm not kidding. The staff is so genuinely fun and welcoming. I went there once and waited a month or so and came back a second time and they recognized me, it was such a sweet experience. As for their food, it's on point in my humble opinion. Filling but fresh and refreshing. There's so many options, and I really haven't tried anything I haven't liked. Their tea is also spectacular. 10/10 from me. read more

I visited Pho House this evening for the first time and I will be back! I ordered the Pho Ga and the Grilled Pork Spring Rolls and the food was great! The biggest reason I took time to write this review was the service I received. I usually have to ask for more limes, but the gentleman asked if I needed any bean sprouts, cilantro, limes etc without me having to ask! read more

The best little jewel in Brazos Town Center South! If you haven't tried Pho House's bone broth or spring rolls, you are missing out! My husband had a #18 Hai San, seafood soup and I had a #25 combo Bun Vermicelli bowl. That skirt steak was so tender in my noodles, I had to make a shout out to Tiger on that one! He is a fun, hip manager who keeps the place hopping with a modern atmosphere! The Pork and Shrimp spring rolls we're fresh and their peanut sauce has that soy sauce kick in it! They don't serve anything with MSG, so when you want some comfort food without the heaviness, do not pass this spot! read more

We were going to head into Sugar Land for Pho when we decided to give this place a try...so glad we did. The Pho was fantastic, the broth was so flavorful. You could taste the freshness of the ingredients. Try the Vietnamese Spring Rolls, they are a hit. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. read more

One of my favorite go-to places when I want a good filling meal. Food is always great, simple menu with plenty of choices, calm relaxed atmosphere that's kid friendly, and close to home. Wow, just wow!!! Accidentally found this place! Had the 8A shaking beef (rib eye, cubed and marinated). Totally amazing. They egg rolls were off the hook as well. Sometimes, accidentally finding a restaurant is the best! Waitress was great, recommended our meal!! read more

Great food, EXCEPTIONAL service, high quality in my opinion, and even the condiments and utensils are plastic/porcelain and not wooden! To make it all the better they now deliver! Their chili sauces taste pretty fresh. The egg rolls are tasty. The rice bowls are filling. The Bahn Mi uses some quality French bread, and the pho is dark, rich and deep brown with herbal elements screaming through. The meats are fresh and plentiful. read more

Surprised at the 4.5 stars honestly....Didn't try the Pho which we probably should've but the beef vermicelli bowl was lacking in flavor in part of the charbroil. But the egg rolls were really not good. Little veggies and something just wasn't right. Nuc Mam was spicy but missing the fishy flavor. Maybe it's just me. But I wasn't very impressed. Tried this place today for the first time. I've been hesitant considering the other pho places I've tried in Rosenberg. Decided to finally give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Anyone who has had pho knows that the broth is the make or break. This broth was absolutely flavorful. I personally thinks it beats pho mai in Sugarland and on par with the pho places in China town. The large size is pretty generous with their meat. Usually other places skimp you on the meat but this place was pretty generous in my opinion. It was worth the $10.99 price tag for a large bowl. Haven't tried any other items though so can't speak on other items. But I would come again read more

Hands down, my FAVORITE place to go!! Jax was our server and she was absolutely amazing. Best service I have ever received, too bad she's only there Tuesday & Wednesday...!! Our pho was prepared perfectly and very quick. The flavor was plentiful and so were the servings. Very clean place, very home-y, they treat you like family here. I recommend coming in for lunch or dinner if you're in the Richmond area. WILL BE BACK EVERY WEEK!!!!! read more

I love this place. Before COVID 19 Pandemic, we would come here once, sometimes twice a week. Since things are opening up, we have continued to show our support to this amazing Pho restaurant. Get anything with grilled pork, it is so sweet and delicious! We ordered Grilled Pork Spring Rolls, Lean Beef Pho Soup, Pork Banh Mi, and Grilled Pork Vermicelli. ALLLLLLL of it was DElICious!! The broth was very flavorful. I don't use the peanut sauce for the spring rolls when I eat there (peanuts gives me acid reflux). I think they've noticed I make my own sauce using their hoisin sauce and sriracha. If so, thank you for the cup of that stuff for the roll!! I'm obsessed with their carrots and radish. Mmmm, I could eat a whole bowl of that stuff with their sauce they give for the vermicelli bowls. The crew is so sweet. Also their Taro Smoothie is very good... It's also a very pretty drink, purple! read more

ho-hum.... when will we get great Pho in Richmond/Rosenberg again?? This place is okay to fix a caving, but it is not nearly as good as Stephans was or Pho Mai is. The broth lacks flavor, the chicken is bland, and they have enough lettuce on the vermicelli to make a salad. I will go when I am really craving pho and dont want to drive into SL or Houston, but not regularly like we did at Stephans . read more

Visited this location over the weekend. I think of myself as a Bun connoisseur so I might be a little critical here. I probably eat at a Vietnamese restaurant pretty much every week. As excited as I was about this new location, after eating there this weekend I'm not so excited anymore. It took us a really long time to get waited on when first got there even though The restaurant was not that busy. First thing that I noticed was that they used iceberg lettuce in the Bun instead of Romaine. Iceberg lettuce is just a cheaper way to go and so your product will suffer. Also the prices were much higher than the place that I usually go. And also the servings were a lot smaller because of the kind a bowl that is served in. The egg rolls were good though. Also my son had the Pho and I believe he liked it. It's not my favorite Vietnamese restaurant, but not bad. Think I'll continue to keep going to my old favorite place...this one just didn't impress. Went one more time because we were in the area. The service was better but the Bun is just really bland. They need a more flavorful fish sauce and need either cilantro or basil. The meats are good, just that the rest of the bowl is pretty flavorless. read more

This establishment is consistently delicious and a main sign that tells one how clean a restaurant is are how they maintain the restrooms-they are IMMACULATE! This cleanliness is a direct correlation to how clean one's kitchen is and maintained. I don't know about you but I want my food to be prepared in a kitchen as clean (if not cleaner!) than my own! And the service is BEYOND top notch! They are positive and helpful and super accommodating. Try it out and tell your friends! read more

This place has amazing pho! The brisket is my favorite! I've also had the rice dishes and spring rolls and i haven't been disappointed! My niece and I come her for lunch frequently, and we call it our regular spot. The staff is super friendly. If you're in the area stop by for some yummy food! read more

Restaurant Owner's Don't Realize What Business They're In..... My visit to this venue on a lazy hot Sunday afternoon was underwhelming for sure. Restaurants, although they serve food, are in the hospitality business. This establishment is seeming unaware of what this may mean or infer. The food was fine, not great but fine. However, 17.00 for a bowl of soup and tea, I would have expected more. Some suggestions, A) A warm felt "hello" from the staff, didn't happen, a check on my satisfaction during the mean once the food was dropped off at my table, didn't happen. The waiter would pass by my table and just look ahead, never down at all. He didn't care or was thinking of something else. At the end, I did have a question about what I ordered vs what I received and got a response of "that's what you ordered." Okay, so pardon me. I get the feeling this establishment is owned by someone who is NOT on site. Now, I'm being picky, but I'll mention it. People, dress up a bit if you are going to serve the public. I'm all for casual attire but the people looked liked they may have been working on their cars before coming. to work. If these reviews are read by anyone associated with this venue, I suggest you become active, train your staff and make they sure they understand what business they are in. I cold have gone to Kroger's, purchased something at the deli and been more satisfied. Not pleased at all. A wase of 17.00. read more

Love going to pho house, everyday on my break. The food is great, and the staff is very cool and nice. I like to bring my friends with me to let them get their first bowls of pho and watch them keep asking me to take them back! The managers there are also very kind to everyone who comes in and they love to share teas with first timers. And the teas!! The teas are so sweet and delicious, I want to get a whole jug for myself! If you ever get a chance to come by and try Pho house, do yourself a favor and try it! You wont regret it!! read more

I had an amazing time at Pho House. I got the pho with fatty brisket. It definitely had the best broth I've tried at a pho restaurant so far. The brisket was extremely tender, and the portion size was perfect. Everyone who worked there was very friendly. I look forward to going back! read more
